Two Floor Villa - Sleeps 8!

Thanks to Hurricane Harvey, we have a brand new place (we went down to concrete and studs after we lost the roof...) - This gave us the chance to address some earlier issues - we have new furniture, upgraded kitchen size, and a walk-in shower downstairs (a full tub is still upstairs!)We have a great villa only 5 mins walk from the beach - 2 queen bedrooms, a loft bedroom, 2 baths, and two futon couches. Full kitchen with all utensils/pots/pans/dishes/etc. Complex also has 2 pools.

Very clean and modern villa, about a block from the beach and very nice swimming pool off the front porch. 2 parking spaces around the back of the building. Well maintained. Close quarters with neighbors, and pool could get too busy for social distancing (especially when beach closed due to storm flooding). Comfortably fit our family - 4 adults, 2 young kids. Surprise arcade in the bedroom! Kids loved it!

This is our second time staying at this location. We love the proximity it to the beach. It was spring break and the crowd wasn’t crazy like in some areas. Very much family friendly area. Only problem we had was down stairs ac wasn’t working. They brought us a portable right away and replaced the whole unit the next morning. Shouldn’t be a problem anymore. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean spot. The time was inconvenient because of the road construction but we made the best of it. The listing was exactly like the photos and description. Our family only stayed for two nights so I definitely recommend staying longer to truly get the best out of your stay. Overall, 10/10 recommend.

Great house for you and your family located only a few minutes from the beach and the nightlife! The Kitchen and living quarters were on point. If you have elderly family members, I won’t take them to this location. Unfortunately, the many stairs, however, didn’t stop us! Great views off the deck as well. A couple of the cons we had during our stay, Wi-Fi password they gave us was off by a number, and we had to wait to get a response back, but we figured it out, 2nd thing was seemed like the doors were hard to close the shower handles felt very lose and thought we would’ve broken them, but that’s it! Minor stuff but stuff that I felt I needed to point out
