Excellent host and stay. Only a 5min walk to the beach and condo had all amenities you could want. Place was clean and quiet. Laura was flexible with our late check in and had excellent communication throughout.

We enjoyed the place so much, we've almost got our next trip to Mark's booked. Exactly what we needed for a peaceful, restful, delicious food, four day get away. Mark's place is terrific - highly recommended. Even the goodies in welcome bag were helpful.

Absolutely loved the space. The only thing I wasn't prepare for was how in order to use the restroom from the main bedroom I would have to pass though another bedroom (where people were sleeping) or go out of the unit through the shared lenai, downstairs, outside, into the main (also publicly shared) entrance and up more stairs. Had I known my morning pee was going to be such a hassle I might have looked at a different location. BUT it was absolutely magical and I'm so glad we stayed here!

The condo was great, great reserved parking spot right in front of condo. Super close to pool and hot tub which were lovely. Didn't get the motivation to hit the gym unfortunately. Very close to the beach. Only down side were all the stickers everywhere in the grassy areas. Our dogs were scared to step into grass after several walks. Nothing the host could do, just the region.

Great, cozy place within one block of the beach. Though dogs are allowed, it’s generally quiet. Overall, great experience! The balcony made it the ideal set up!

we really enjoy this place, everything was clean and accurate, just like the pictures. the kitchen had eveverything we needed to cook a meal. I like that the coffe maker was not a kuering, I prefer to make more than one cup at a time. we will definitely be going back.

This air-b-n-b was one of my favorites to stay in during my visit to Port Aransas over the Thanksgiving holiday. Great location to Whitecap Beach. Other visitors were respectful and quiet. Great eye for design. Enjoyed the king size bed and bamboo pillows and the plush bathroom towels. Was nice to have a washer and dryer included. Will definitely bookmark for future stays.

Very simple and easy check in process. Debi’s description on location and how to get to the condo is exact. It was a very good price for 5 nights.

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. Thank you, Monica, for a great stay and for the great communication!

From my first message all the way through my 11 night stay, Joe was absolutely wonderful! His place was perfect for me and all the little touches of helpful items he made available (extra tp, paper towels, dish soap and the list goes on) made it even more enjoyable. I would recommend his place to anyone looking for a small, cozy spot on the beach!

Great stay at Jeff & Julie’s. We had to RS our initial stay due to hurricane weather, but Julie was so nice & helpful to accommodate us at a later date. The place is very cozy & perfect location. They had lots of local recommendations. We love Doc’s & the Surf Sandwich Shoppe, both recommended. The place was very clean, had all the listed amenities & a comfy bed. Would def stay here again. Mahalo for the beautiful home away from home!

My family and I come down to the coast several times a year and I can only say I regret not finding Ernie and Denise’s place sooner!

This is my 2nd time staying at Leigh's place. Everything was wonderful. I really enjoyed the balcony looking at the canal. The king sized bed was a plus too.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive to our questions. The place was clean and had enough room for all our family. We slept comfortably. Would definitely recommend.

From the start, communication with Dale was friendly and helpful. This charming little place was very tidy and had a fresh, clean scent when we arrived. Despite its compact size of 400 sq ft, my two kids (late teen/young adult) and I found the space more than adequate. The kitchenette allowed us to prepare three meals a day comfortably. We loved the balcony view of the beach. While there was some construction on nearby units and occasional noise from the AC compressors on the roof, these were minor issues. The building itself was a bit worn, but we appreciated its vintage charm. The location was fantastic—super close to the beach, the Lexington, and nearby shops. For the price, it was an excellent choice. We highly recommend this cozy little place and hope to visit it again soon.

We had the best trip to the island we've ever had, and a big part of that was having a perfect place to launch from and stay. It was so fun! As a group of three couples (us and our two grown kids and partners) we had plenty of communal space, but were able to also have privacy. The beds were comfortable, kitchen very well-equipped, and living areas worked for relaxing and visiting. While here you are close to all of the restaurants and shops, just a quick drive to the beach, but in an area that feels like home. I especially appreciated the outdoor patio areas - you usually don't get to sit outside comfortably and privately when you stay in other types of accommodations. And it was so nice to have a yard for the pups to play. We all agreed that we wanted to make this our go-to place for future trips.

Amazing place , very clean , great host , and would definitely recommend to anyone in the future . We will back , hopefully sooner than later!

Cozy little spot in Aransas Pass. Close to services and boat ramps

Nice brand new beach house! We enjoyed the location and the MUCH cooler temps than we're having in Central Texas this summer. We really appreciated having a bathroom in each bedroom and the fact that they have a recycling bin. Yay! First time we've seen that at a beach house in Port A.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Port A. This house was perfect for our two families.

Great place and location! The beds were so comfortable and they had every appliance you could ever need. There wasn’t any grass in the complex for the dogs we saw but that seemed to be the case for most places in the area. Overall, we loved it!
