Loved the location of this house, very close to everything including the shops, stores and the beach. The pool was very relaxing and the heater hadn't been on for the season yet and the owners were very quick to get that resolved for us and it was amazing as the weather turned cooler while we were there. The beds were the most comfortable I've had of any airbnb I've stayed in. The only thing I would change would be more seating in the main living area. The screened porch with the TV was so fun and definitely used! I would stay here again and highly recommend! The hosts were very responsive and so friendly and helpful!

Clean, bright and well furnished townhome within a few block from the beach. Other renters in the community were quiet, but friendly. The pool was so nice. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

We Love this place! A very short walk to the beach, plenty of space, everything was clean and fresh, and our favorite part was there were so many things there that we are used to bringing to other rentals. Coffee, trash bags, paper towels, detergent, SILVERWARE…everything was there and when traveling that goes such a long way! Incredible deal for the price!! Will be back soon!

Enjoy the Breathtaking Views from Mimi's Casita!

This was our 2nd stay at Mimis Casita. A very nice home & very clean. The location is great for us. Close to the beach, restaurants & the IGA grocery store. We also enjoy the views from the front porch. The birds in the wetlands & the ships in the channel are very nice to watch. There is also a small yard area that is perfect for our dog. No complaints. A very enjoyable stay.

This place was top notch. The kitchen had plenty of silverware and pots and pans. There were power-bars on the bedside tables making it easy to plug in devices to charge at night. It just seemed like whoever set this up wanted to make their guests comfortable. The host was super responsive. I highly recommend staying here. I usually send the host a list of areas for improvement when I write my reviews, but in this case the only thing that went wrong was that a bulb burnt out. And the host would have come and replaced it on Jan 1st if I hadn't told them that they should enjoy their holiday instead.

Much better than staying at a hotel on the beach! Spacious washer and dryer for all of our beach clothes and towels. Super quiet. Any outside noise stayed outside. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for 2 adults and 7 kids. Nice hot showers and clean bathrooms. Living space was comfortable and clean. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Would recommend.

Awesome place to stay!! The house was clean and clutter free. Perfect for our large group. The location is great for a stroll to the beach or short car ride. The bikes were a big plus! My family and I had a great stay! The rooms were perfectly sized. We had everything we needed. The location was very close to drive to the beach and access it. We enjoyed the pools and loved that the entrance to the home had its own private section. We will definitely be back!

Laura's place was near perfect. It had everything we were looking for while travelling with a baby. A crib and feeding chair would've been perfect. That being said it was well furnished and equipped. And the location near the beach was fantastic. The only negative was requiring to give my credit card information prior to check in when everything is paid for through airbnb.
