Monthly Rentals in Orleans Parish

I stayed at Jackson's place for three days in November 2024. The place is very much as described - clean, tasteful and perfect for a stay of a couple of days, especially for a single traveller (though you'd be perfectly fine staying there as a couple). I particularly enjoyed the private patio, given the balmy mid-November temperatures in New Orleans. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, with a few decent restaurants within walking distance. Jackson was very responsive before and during my stay. Thanks for letting me use the laundry room as well! Only thing to be aware of is the steep spiral staircase that leads up to the bedroom - it's clearly mentioned in the description of the flat and not an issue, but you'll want to take care when going to the bathroom at night... If you have a lot of heavy luggage or you have mobility issues, this may not be for you - otherwise I very much recommend the place!

Carol and Dana are amazing ladies. The studio is great. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and close to the street cars. They are quintessential New Orleans and are happy to share their love for the city and all she has to offer. I consider them my friends after one stay! Thank you Carol and Dana for my home away from home!

Let me just start off by saying that Emily and Rob were the best hosts i have ever met at an airbnb, they were very helpful and attentive, anything we needed they were there to go above and beyond for us. they literally treated us like family and made us feel so welcomed! their place is very lovely and clean. the misisipi river is down the street where you can fish or have a picnic, or even just take a walk during sunset. they are also located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, i can not express how convenient this place is and how close it is to everything

This was our second stay at Stephan and Jims place and it was as excellent as the first.. lovely, clean thoughtfully decorated rooms, with very comfortable beds. The Bywater neighbor is beautiful and fun but also somehow mananges to be quiet and peaceful.. Great BBQ at the Joint next door, and we had coffee at Bywater Bakery and a drink or two at J&Js bar almost every day we were there. Extremely good value for such a nice place in a perfect location.
