Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Orleans Parish

Met family and spent Thanksgiving together here. It was absolutely home away from home! The house was so well stocked with everything! Fantastic location and breathtaking views. Easy drive into town to stores and great local restaurants.

Adam’s home is so lovely! We enjoyed being in the Bywater neighborhood with all it has to offer - from restaurants, bakeries, and local music venues to the quiet and friendly vibe and access to the riverside park. Staying at Adam’s felt just like staying in a friend’s home, and is a gem in the current era of airbnbs that are hastily built for short term rentals. His local guide was always useful and easy to navigate with the map. We hope to stay again on our next visit!

When we 1st came through the neighborhood we were a little concerned. I wished it had more sitting space for casual hanging out. It was really too cold to utilize the outside space. However, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

We had a fantastic time. The place and location was as described. My kid left something behind, and they were kind enough to mail it to us. Cannot recommend enough, will definitely try to stay here stay again..

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was unusually comfortable outside the first 3 days and the deck is perfect for family and friends visiting, playing cards and other games. Very relaxing. I think it is normal for these raised style camps, but it does take a little while to get used to it moving around. Indoor space was very functional and open for barbecue and watching college football!

Our stay in New Orleans was brief but great! The house is beautiful!! It’s even better than the pictures!! It’s a nice remodel with updated appliances! It gives a home away from home feel. I loved the security features on each door! We were a few minutes away from everything. Some may say walking distance from the French Quarters, I’m not a walker, so I can’t say that! The house is also less than 15 minutes away from several of the restaurants we wanted to try. If you’re looking for somewhere modern & spacious, book this house! 9 women stayed here & had no issues with getting in & out the bathrooms, or space. Chris was a great host. He checked on us throughout the weekend, if I had a question, he responded quickly. We’ll definitely be booking again when we visit!!

Lovely hosts. Very clean and bigger space than I expected. We love this Bywater location and hope to be back soon. Easy walk to coffee, bars and restaurants and we had no issues parking right in front of house. Comfortable bed. Having a big bottle of water and laundry detergent were nice extras from the hosts.

Great location within a short ride-share to both the French Quarter and Garden District. House was clean, comfortable and well-equipped for our stay.

Kim made sure to correct her mistake. Very apologetic. She made us feel safe and let us know if we needed anything she was a call away. The home was very clean and homey. Everything was close. We loved everything.

A wonderful location and a clean, comfortable home! There were only four of us, but you can easily have additional people there. Highly recommend!

Fantastic, quiet mid-city home-base with a comfy bed. I got there a day late due to some travel issues but Ian was communicative the whole time. Strongly recommend both Up&Adam + Biscuits & Buns on Banks. I will definitely try to stay here again on future visits.

Came down for a getaway for my anniversary and this place was so cozy and romantic . Lauren was super responsive everything had sticky notes which I so loved around the house perfect communication I will be booking again next time I come into town perfect location for restaurants etc

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The house had plenty of room for our group to settle comfortably. Anytime we needed anything (towels, soap, paper towels, etc.) they were provided quickly. The decor around the grounds was beautiful. The pool was very nice, especially since it’s heated. Check in and out were very smooth. The location was great! It’s in walking distance of a lot of great attractions and there is a street car that’s in close proximity. I’d absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and I’d stay here again!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We booked very last minute and it was the perfect place on a budget. We needed 3 bed rooms and was hard to find without spending a fortune. Large house and besides the roosters waking you it was perfect. It was a pretty quiet neighborhood. Overall we were happy and Marcus was so nice and responsive.

Michael was a very responsive host. He answered every question. Maintenance was frequently on property. Other guest in compound were friendly. Courtyard was so relaxing and beautiful. One Uber driver complimented the neighborhood as hugely improved, safe and popular. Thanks for a lovely stay in NOLA.

This was a great find. We stayed here for a bachelor party and it couldn't have worked out any better. This place is a compound of 5 houses (7 units) all sharing a private courtyard with a pool. There are on-site staff who are very helpful, including the caretaker Wilson who was there to greet us and show us around our house and spend time putting together a detailed map of the city with all the "must see" places. We had 8 people in our party and the house had 7 bedrooms and they even brought over an extra bed so no one had to share. The location for this place can't be beaten. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood with a great breakfast spot right next door. But only 5 min or less walk to Frenchmen Street and another 5 minutes you're in the thick of it on Bourbon. Michael was a great host who was easy to communicate with and let us check in early. Everyone in our party was very happy with the place and I looked like an all-star for finding it.
