Villa vacation rentals in New Orleans

Very responsive and flexible without check in. No issues with communication. Place was clean and spacious. Pool area was very clean. Had a great stay!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Marcus was very helpful and communicative. I was able to check in way early for a small fee. The house was clean, comfortable and an excellent value. Within reasonable walking distance of the French quarter. As mentioned in previous comments, the neighborhood roosters can be a bit noisy, so worth bringing a pair of earplugs if you’re a light a sleeper.

Good location for getting around NO easily. Enough space for 6 adults. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for a weekend trip to New Orleans. I loved being able to securely park my vehicle overnight & it was an easy drive to the French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again!

The space was spacious, clean, in a good central location and exactly what was described! It was open and spacious and easily slept 8 guests just as listed! There was a minor issue and George responded super quickly, which we really appreciated! Would definitely stay here again

This is a great place in a good location (a bit of walking to get to the tram but manageable, and you can get to most places with a small Uber/Lyft fare). George is very responsive and a good host. The place is great overall. Few items to be aware of and that we didn't know or was not described: parking is street parking (one neighbor were not happy for us to park in front of her house, but we had no issue to find space), unit is a second floor unit, street is a busy street and a bit noisy, padeo is shared with 5 other units and the barbecue is not a gas barbecue, sofa bed mattress is very uncomfortable (and I would only recommend for kids to sleep there - which was our case), kitchen is missing few essential but I mentioned to George so it may be fixed when you go... Overall we had a good time and I would recommend it.

Had a fabulous family Christmas vacation at this Airbnb! Wilson was the on site property manager/concierge and he was accessible, responsive, friendly and communicated wonderfully to any concerns we had. Bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable with good bedding. Fun to stay in a famous chef’s previous home. Courtyard was wonderful - we spent a lot of time out there. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was unavailable from our first day through our second to last day. That was a top amenity priority for me in choosing this property. Wilson, was diligent in getting it fixed and communicating about the status, however. I would certainly return here for future visits to New Orleans!

This villa was better than advertised. It comfortably accommodated everyone involved. It had excellent amenities, clean and private rooms, and a killer roof top. The property manger is exceptional and very accommodating. They were communicative and there when you need them. Very helpful in getting a second unit when our party size grew. High recommendation from us.

This Airbnb was perfect! The place is beautifully maintained and spotless, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. The host was extremely responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to checkout. Great location, just a short walk to Mardi Gras parades, fantastic restaurants, and easy access to the French Quarter. I’d highly recommend it and would love to stay again!
