Dawn was very attentive and super easy to work with! The home was very clean and a pleasant stay. The downside is there is not a ton of walkable options, but if you have a car or don’t mind ubering, it’s a great option!

Asia's place was as described and in the perfect area by Frenchman and a short 15-20 minute walk to the quarter. She was great with communication and the apartment is perfect for 2-4 people. I will definitely be staying here again the next time we head to NOLA! 10/10

The location was great for our stay. It was very centrally located to all of the parts of New Orleans that we wanted to see. We were grateful for the blocking off of a parking spot for our rental. We got to see a parade go down the street close to us.

Spencer is an awesome host! Love the Southern Hospitality..... Definitely would stay again with a large group(10) And it was still plenty space. Didn't get a chance to use the pool though weather wasn't warm enough. Definitely recommend this place for a large group. Rooftop was the highlight of our trip we didn't have to go anywhere . It was close to the Smoothie King Center and Superdome where we seen Mary J. Blige in concert. Everything was Perfect!!! Thank you Spencer for sharing your beautiful home with us ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at Drei’s Airbnb! The space looked exactly like the photos—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with modern finishes, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the provided toiletries and the welcome gift of water, chips, and coffee. Communication was excellent—Drei was super responsive and made everything easy. Plus, the location was great—just a quick Uber ride to all the must-visit spots in NOLA. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Irelis and David's place! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the vibrant nightlife and fantastic restaurants on Frenchman Street. The hosts were incredibly communicative, responsive, and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

Mia’s home was very nice. The home was clean and free of clutter. The bed was very comfy with clean sheets. She had extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot something. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The neighbors on the others side (duplex) had a dog or two, so we heard a little barking, but it was only during the late morning. It was maybe a bark or 2, but nothing disturbing. We definitely did not hear them at night. I loved that we were actually able to park in the driveway and not in the streets. I would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Our group was celebrating a 50th birthday. George was very responsive in all our questions & check in information. He even sent us a great list of recommendations. He was very helpful in extending our stay due to the snow. The home itself was nice, just as described. Both upstairs & down has a kitchen which was nice with our group- didn't have to disturb others to use kitchen facilites. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels & supplies. The location was great to catch the trolly or even walk to stores & restaurants. Seemed to be a safe neighborhood while walking around. We had no issues & would visit again.

Great stay in a lovely neighborhood! We loved the patio and living space. Comfortable beds and nice linen sheets. Easy check in with keypad. We would definitely stay again.

We will be returning to Kyana's home, again! We really appreciated all the personal touches (Valentine chocolates 🍬🍭) and tasteful decor. The beds were comfy, tv had plenty of channels/streaming options, easy key access, and nice neighbors. Arrival and departure instructions were clear and simple. Kyana was very helpful in answering questions we had about Uber, etc. We had a great experience at Super Bowl LIX and a nice Airbnb to come back to made it even better! Note: Drive time to Cafe du Monde/Jackson Square (depending on time of day) is about 5-8 minutes. French Quarter is 8-10 minutes.

New Orleans is one of my favorite cities. I have visited it many times. This visit (January 2025) was my first time to stay in Mid-City and it won’t be my last! The house is absolutely beautiful and so well done. It even has room for off street parking for two cars. The neighborhood is also beautiful and walkable, friendly, fun, a convenient drive or Uber to other parts of the city. I was there with two dearest soul friends on a new year getaway. We all slept well (comfy beds and linens) and had more than enough room. The heat kept us warm during the cold snap. We could have prepared gourmet meals in the fabulous kitchen but ate out instead because you must go to restaurants when in the Crescent City! This is a 5 star house in a 5 star city! I cannot wait to stay here again. Big thanks to Emily—a terrific host!

This place was awesome! It is in a great neighborhood and we felt very safe staying there. The area is quite and easy to get around the city. The house is beautiful and comfortable to stay in. We loved our stay! The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The location is super close to the French quarter and a short Uber away from everything. The place was very clean the decor was cute! Cutie is very responsive and gave us many local restaurants and places to see. We will definitely be returning.

We unfortunately had to cancel on the day of check in because New Orleans sufferered from a once-in-a-decade snow/ice storm that made it unsafe/impossible to travel. Peter was kind and generous enough to cancel our stay and provide a full refund. So we cannot comment on the place itself, but we are grateful to Peter for his flexibility. Thank you! For that, five stars.

We spent four nights at Alice and Scott's place and enjoyed it. Halfway between the Garden District and the French Quarter, we were able to walk to both. It was a great launch location for visiting the various areas of New Orleans.

Great stay. House was exactly as described, clean and quiet. Perfect place to stay to visit kids at Tulane and enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer. Will look to stay here again for our next visit. Thanks!
