Townhome vacation rentals in Orleans Parish

Perfect little place to stay for a few days while visiting New Orleans! It was right by Frenchmen St so we got to hear live jazz music anytime we walked down, and it was about a 15 minute walk to the heart of the French Quarter. Great location and great place!

Very good host with a convenient location! Strongly recommend for those who want to explore Bourbon, Frenchmen Street, and Mid-City.

Large bedrooms and had all of the amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Easy check in and check out process. None of the tedious expectations you see in other Air Bnbs. Great location that is about a 15 minute drive from the typical New Orleans tourist attractions. Very responsive host. Dawn was great!

With proactive and friendly communication, a walkable location close to transit, sights, and amenities, easy parking, and a well-appointed kitchen, Sara & Fred's place was an immensely comfortable home base for our stay in New Orleans :)

I highly recommend this place for a visit to New Orleans that is quiet (the only noise I heard was a fountain in the courtyard) and also very walkable to the warehouse district, CBD, and beyond. It’s also great if you’re heading uptown too. The bedroom is. The main bedroom is the front room so not the most private part of the unit but it’s great for a single/couple/or parent(s) with kids. Beautiful authentic old house with a true Lower Garden District feel.

We stayed for a bachelorette party and this place was perfect. It had lots of great games to chose from, the views were amazing, and we had such a great, fun and relaxing time.

I'm familiar with New Orleans and met up with a small family group, one of whom had never been to NOLA. This place is a great central home base to hit a lot of the city's highlights on foot, trolley, or by car, and we were able to do a great speedrun of city attractions from here. Lots of great food & drink is available a short walk away, and it was easy to find parking and navigate when we were taking the car to farther places. Though there are some busy spots for nightlife fairly nearby, the street was chill and quiet, even on a Saturday night. We were visiting from Chicago & Los Angeles and are used to the kind of precautions you take in cities, but we felt safe walking around late in the area and found it easy to chat with locals. The common areas of the place are comfortable for hanging out, and the front porch was a great place to drink coffee in the morning as the neighborhood wakes up.

great place! we appreciate the location which is very close to the quarter but also off the square where you can drift off into the neighborhoods and nearby local spots.

The place was exactly what we needed for our trip to New Orleans. The neighborhood is walkable with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Additionally, you can walk to Crescent Park which offers a lovely walking path and views of the river and downtown skyline. The amenities were fairly basic but very comfortable.

We loved our stay! The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The location is super close to the French quarter and a short Uber away from everything. The place was very clean the decor was cute! Cutie is very responsive and gave us many local restaurants and places to see. We will definitely be returning.

Great location near the St. Charles trolley. We felt we were in the middle of all the great places to visit in New Orleans. The condo was very comfortable and cozy.

The pictures don't do it justice! Such a gorgeous and comfortable home to stay in. There was so much character to the home and it made it feel more than just the usual airbnb rental. Brian was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Although the downstairs was colder than upstairs, he had the perfect little heater to make the living room cozy already available. My daughters and I felt right at home and safe in the quiet neighborhood. It was walking distance to some great restaurants and a short drive to the park. We plan to make Brian's place our go to spot for our annual NOLA trip!

We had a wonderful time at Chris&Anita’s place. The house was cozy and tastefully decorated, with plenty of room and privacy. Chris and Anita were the perfect hosts. So kind and friendly, we immediately felt at home. It really felt like we were staying at friends’ rather than an Airbnb. On our first day, Chris gave us a city tour in his car and then we had dinner together. At Halloween the children came “trick or treating”, which was so sweet! We definitely know where we’ll stay if we come back to New Orleans 😊

We had a great stay for a long weekend. The place was as described and clean. Robbie was very responsive and quick to get us any information we needed. The location was only a block or two away from the trolly, which came in handy to save on Uber costs.

Peter & Peyton's place is great! Well located, clean and very comfortable. We went with our toddler and the house was just perfect for us. Our daughter had a great time playing with all the toys available. The location is also very nice, walking distance to the City Park and close to streetcar line and buses. Beds pretty comfortable and we could find all the kitchen utilities we needed to make a nice diner. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back. Thank you!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary weekend in NO with the zoo, aquarium, and a saints game. Nancy’s place was perfect for the weekend!! The place was very clean and homey. It is a two story, which isn’t mentioned, but thankfully we don’t have any trouble with stairs. It is also a duplex and in the evening, we were able to hear noises from the other side, but it wasn’t too bad. We would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood is very quiet and all of Nancy’s instructions were super easy to follow!! Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

A unique place that was a wonderful stay! Felt just like home.

We were in New Orleans for a Thanksgiving/Family Reunion. The apartment was perfect for the overflow, but was walking distance to Party Central. Freret Street was nearby so we could feed the multitudes when not at the party house. We needed the upstairs washer and dryer since we had toddlers. When we needed help, we got almost instant responses. A perfect place for 73-1 year olds!
