Beautiful location and a friendly host. I would recommend staying here for a peaceful seaside retreat with stunning views.

A true gem! We stayed here for 5 nights during our honeymoon and it was definitely the best part of our trip. The cabin was beautifully designed (with an incredible outdoor shower!) and was cleaned for us discreetly every day. I'll miss falling asleep to the sound of the waves, the fresh air, and the spectacular view. I'll also miss hiking down to the beach (private!) several times a day. (The waves could get high at times, but you can definitely swim. High recommend swimming at sunset!) The food that Naim cooked for us was fresh, healthy, and flavorful. We appreciated how available and accommodating he was. Marytere was unable to join us, but she was incredible at communicating with us in advance and helping us understand our travel options. We would love to return one day!

Mazunte has 3 primary narrow, but mostly shaded streets that are lined with small hotels, restaurants and shops. Very walkable, a couple hundred yards to the beach, perhaps a little more. Traffic is occasionally crowded, but mostly not bad. We especially like the courtyard/patio common area, filled with large topical trees and plants, hammocks, frequently a breeze, nicer than the photos actually show. Martin sent good instructions on finding the place, which, unfortunately I had not seen until too late. Google Maps was totally screwed up, had us going in circles. We had to call him, but he was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you want a central but quiet location, although we were here in mid-March, and the season is beginning to wind down a little.

My favorite place in the world so far. My expectations were exceeded and I have never felt more at home. Friendly and accommodating staff! Relaxing vibes and lowkey if you need time to drop in. I felt so connected to everything and my natural surroundings. Show yourself some love and come here, you will never be disappointed. I will remember this for the rest of my life. Excellent accommodation option if you like to live with nature and privacy. The place is wonderful, it is perfectly designed and cared for. The personal attention of the host and his team is impeccable. Highly recommended!

Hidden Gem💎‼️ We stayed here for 5 nights during Día de los Muertos and absolutely loved it!❤️ The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Both were very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with (fluent in 🇬🇧🇩🇪🇪🇸). The house was very clean with a cozy, homey feel. Above all, the breakfast was by far the best we had in Mexico yet! 🥐☕️ The house is located around 15 minutes by car (or bike) from Oaxaca city center and they kindly offered to pick us up there. 🚗 There’s lots to explore nearby with their bikes on your disposal, 🚲 from Oaxaca center to Tutla (famous for the world’s biggest tree) to scenic lakes and trails, all accessible via bike lanes. Perfect for those wanting to explore nature but stay close to the city.🌱 The hosts are a lovely couple from Mexico and Germany who just started their Airbnb. The whole stay was a perfect mix of a genuine authentic Oaxacan experience and fluent communication. They even showed us around town and the lake! 🙌🏼

We loved our stay, the sunsets, new friends, the watching and hearing the birds in the morning. Hummingbirds in the beautiful gardens - it’s an oasis! The saltwater infinity pool. The stunning views of Playa Zipolite from up on the hill. It was hard to decided which view was best - at the playa or at Casa Biúlu.

Great place with amazing views above the mountains. The employees of the hotel were really sweet. The restaurant (with a kid's menu too) is open from 8am to 5-6pm. It's really easy to go by mototaxi to the pueblo (5-10 min away from the finca). I recommend to visit the Cascada (400$ aprox. and it's 30 min away from the finca). There is a playground and a pool perfect for kids. I traveled with my family with two kids (3yo and 10 mo).
