We had a great time here, two adults and a six year old. Perfect place for the kid to run wild. Great restaurant on site and not yuppified. We hope to go back and stay here again. The rooms were bigger than how it looked in the pictures, nice hot shower. Great beach. Now have 24 hour power. Hot spring was an awesome bonus!

A cute and basic little hut with everything you need for a few days away from the hustle of the Mexican cities. It lies beautifully next to Lago Tziscao and with a nice view from the room. There is a private bathroom with plenty of hot water. We also really enjoyed the feature of the hammock where we relaxed and cuddled their dog, Roki, who was so sweet. In general, the family who owns this place are really kind and helpful and we felt at home at their place. They have a restaurant on the site with very good food, breakfast and dinner, for a good price. The place in general could use a little tidying up, but it didn't bother us too much and it looked like they were working on some improvements. Tip: Can recommend taking the mototaxi from the town if you arrive by colectivo as we did and have all of your belongings with you. There is a tourist centre almost close by where you can rent kayaks and have a nice swim.

My favorite place in the world so far. My expectations were exceeded and I have never felt more at home. Friendly and accommodating staff! Relaxing vibes and lowkey if you need time to drop in. Wow! If I had known how wonderful it would be, I would have arrived earlier and stayed longer! It is a piece of paradise that I only found because I needed a place close to the airport for an early flight. The room was sweet and good size. The hot shower was one of the best that I’ve had in México! The bed was great and the whole room felt fresh and clean. Dinner was a salad with chicken - vibrant and satisfying. The only thing to be aware of is due to the beautiful vegetation and humidity, the mosquitos were out and biting. The time talking with Laura was a bonus. What a wonderful person! The bit of time that I had talking with Laura was a bonus.
