Villa vacation rentals in Oaxaca

We had a dream vacation at this house with three generations of our family. Everything was as pictured, the pool was the perfect temperature, there was ample shade (and sun!), and we enjoyed the proximity to local beaches (such as Santa Cruz), for morning adventures to other beaches. We also enjoyed our daily hike down to the private beach to look for stones and crabs (as “swimming” at the beach on the property isn’t really possible/recommended due to the rough water, which is noted in the listing). The employees who live-on site are polite and helpful, and cleaned and cooked every day for us, leaving us pampered. Overall, 10/10 vacation, and highly recommend for a relaxing vacation where you will feel pampered and well taken care of!

Our stay at Casa Rosemary was exceptional. The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet and scenic neighborhood that allowed us to easily walk everywhere, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. The kitchen was top-notch. Everything we needed was readily available. The main floor flex space, including the kitchen, patio, and pool area, was truly outstanding. It made gathering, eating, and hanging out so easy and comfortable. It was the perfect size for our group and provided a great space for relaxation and fun. Cleanliness was impeccable. The beds were very comfy, and everyone slept great. There was plenty of room for our group of six to be together or find space alone. The furniture and decor were beautiful and luxurious. The hosts were kind, responsive, and able to answer all our questions quickly, both before we arrived and throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions and recommendations, making our experience hassle-free! We enthusiastically recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. The freshly prepared meals were delicious, catering to both the adults and kids! For day excursions to the city and Oaxaca City, the staff helped organize everything for us making the trips flawless. The location was unbelievable as we had an entire beach all to ourselves. Each day the rooms were cleaned and freshened. We made so many amazing memories and can’t wait to return!

The house is absolutely gorgeous, we loved every corner, the views, the pool, the acoustics. Excellent host! The location is close to Zicatela if you feel like seeing activity and isolated enough if you want to hide away. Only bad thing - to no fault of home owners - is that there is a lot of construction on weekdays 9am to 5pm which means a lot of noise and dust.

Emiliano is an excellent host… he communicates really well… is was responsive to all our needs.. The house was perfect for our group of 12 .. I would stay here next time I come to Huatulco.. highly recommend..

We loved staying here! Close enough to La Punta to be very easily walkable and not too far up the hill. Pool was excellent and the views were amazing.

This place is beautiful! It is so well maintained, so beautiful, looks even better than the photos and the whole team is so incredibly helpful and kind. It is stunning and I will absolutely be back!

A perfect place to recharge. Despite it being fully open air, it didn’t feel hot at night. It’s super close to the beach, and it’s not as populated as the other playas so you don’t have to fight for a spot. Stefan put a lot of attention to detail, I felt really safe and serene staying here. I didn’t stay long enough to try Juanita’s cooking, but there is a cook who can prepare breakies and lunches if you plan ahead. The only downside is it’s a little far from the main town so if you wanna visit the other playas i’d recommend renting a car or a bike, because taxis had a hard time finding the place. But if you don’t really see the need to go to centro or the other playas, frankly you have everything at Casa Teo. Oh last thing to add, i believe it’s not an isolated instance (there was construction everywhere) but there’s construction on all three sides of Casa Teo, i woke up at 6am but right at 8am all the construction noises start.

Stayed here with 6 girlfriends and this place was just perfect. The rooms each had comfortable AC and the unit had a well equipped kitchen. Our host was very responsive and if we needed anything he was ready to assist. By far one of the better hosts ive dealt with. Pool was perfect temp and well maintained. We rented atvs to get around but everything is walking distance. The beach view is incredible and swimming is pleasant a bit south. Overall an amazing place to stay!

The house is beautiful and impeccable, everything is in good condition, the host provided excellent service and answered anything immediately, it is within walking distance of the restaurant area, and there are staff to do the cleaning daily, I would definitely come back :)

The house is amazing, the photos don't do it justice. We were 10 friends at a bachelorette party and we really enjoyed our stay, Benjamin provided us with a chauffeur contact to go to other beaches and great service.

Scott and the staff were spot on weeks before and during our stay at Casa Doris. Place is amazing to have a nice, relaxing and fun vacation. Would totally recommend to everybody.

The house is beautiful, nicer than what you see in the photos, everything is super clean, the best service since we arrived. Chef Omar's food was delicious and he was super attentive, also the transportation recommended by Mr. Gregorio was super attentive and safe. We'll definitely be back soon :)

All day from the back of the house we watched whales swimming. Pretty awesome! Rebecca was responsive to our inquiries while on property as well. Nice place and beautiful views. Location is only a 500 yard walk to the stairs leading down to a nice secluded cove/beach with room and other activities. Easy walk to restaurants, massages, etc.

Our group of 8 friends had a great stay at Robin’s house. The house as easy big enough to accommodate us, with a lovely pool area to relax in. The staff helped us with breakfasts, and some lunches - all of which were fresh, tasty and keep us well fed. The house was clean, tidy and just as in the photos. We had arrange transport to/from the house which was quite easy. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Robin.

Almaviva is a beautiful home located in the perfect spot at the north end of the historic district of Oaxaca City. It is beautifully maintained, a lovely oasis when the city gets hot, and located such that you can walk to almost everywhere in the city easily. There is plenty of distilled water provided, the wifi is very good, the neighborhood is very safe, and we found easy parking on the street (even during a huge wedding close by and Palm Sunday). There is a fabulous local market a few blocks away, Mercado Sanchez Pascuas, for fresh fruit, and a great panaderia, Masea Trigo y Maiz, around the corner for unbelievable pastries and coffee. So breakfast in the morning by the pool with the cat before you set out for your daily adventure is incredible. A lovely place to spend a week in Oaxaca and experience its art, history and food.

Excellent location with a gorgeous view of the waves. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful modern house with all the conveniences needed for a great trip. Outdoor spaces are incredibly furnished and very spacious. The swimming pool was absolutely immaculate.

Everything was excellent during our stay, the Piña house is amazing Very quiet and very conveniently located, we would totally stay with Annabelle again, always attentive to us!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beachfront property in Mexico. The house is situated on miles of secluded, pristine beach—just steps from the door. Waking up to the sound of waves and taking walks along the shore were highlights of our trip. The property is well-maintained and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the open design added charm while still feeling secure. The hosts were responsive and friendly via the app, ensuring our needs were met. The chef team prepared fresh, flavorful local dishes, and the cleaning and security staff went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. A 45-minute drive from PXM airport, transportation was easy. We chose cabs and public transportation instead of a rental car, which worked smoothly. This property is ideal for groups of 10-12 seeking a private, relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. It was a beautiful vacation home for the week—we especially enjoyed relaxing in the pool together and cooking group dinners. Most spots were about a 15-20 min walk, but since it’s so close to the main highway we were easily able to scooter or catch a colectivo to many of the beaches/ restaurants in Puerto Escondido. The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in pde!

Stop searching for somewhere else and just stay at the Pineapple mansion! It’s a gorgeous property, with a pool that you WILL be thankful for. Massive rooftop, pleasant rooms, air conditioning, starlink, it has everything you need. Beyond that, the hosts are (Anna, Josefina) some of the most engaging and helpful Airbnb hosts we’ve ever encountered. Not only did they help us set up dinners , a band, and other needs, they were just super kind. Pineapple mansion is a no brainer. Thank you Anna and Josefina!!!

We loved this place so much that we extended our stay! El Puertecito is a hidden gem and I hope it stays that way. It’s such a quiet, peaceful, and safe little community that is up and coming. The backyard is so beautiful and the beach is just across the road! The ocean has big waves and is not swimmable, but we were pleasantly surprised that are small pools of water between large rocks that our toddler could safely play in. Also, such great sunsets with almost no one else around. The house was so nice and tastefully decorated. I loved the kitchen - it was so well equipped for cooking! Comfy bed! Gemma was such an amazing host! I felt like she really went above and beyond - she even picked us groceries while in town. Only great things to say about our stay here! We loved it and we’ll send our friends 🙂

A very nice house and very friendly and helpful people in charge! After a hectic day it was a joy to come back . Just note that you need a car or taxi as it is far from Downtown . Safe return!!

A very nice space if your goal is to rest completely. The loft is very well conditioned for your rest and stay. The swimming pool and garden are very nice and make you have a very nice time. The mangoes of the trees are delicious asumante.
