A great space with a wonderfully responsive host and on-site team and fast internet to make working remotely a breeze. As a solo traveler on my first trip to Oaxaca City, I felt very well taken care of. The location is phenomenal—tucked away enough out of the central square to be quiet while also within walking distance of everything you need. The rooftop terrace was a DREAM. The place is awesome, it even looks like a hotel. The amenities are just as described. The place is located at the heart of Huatulco close to the most incredible beaches, we rented a car so it was easy access to everything. Loved it, would definitely come back.

The house is nice, it is very well located, very close to the beach, it has the amenities and distribution described; and they give you the necessary orientation to have an excellent stay.

As a larger family with two older and six younger adults, we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful double property. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and functional in all senses. Friendly communication and easy check in and out. The location is absolutely perfect, quiet, yet very close to the busy area of Brisas de Zicatela with restaurants, night clubs, and of course, the beautiful beach. Fully recommended without reservation.

This is our second year back. We love staying at her house. It’s so very relaxing and the house has everything you need. Love hanging out within the Mexican community and the pool is just one thing of what this place has to offer. Our host was responding and helping with all our needs. Nothing was too much:) Will be back next year!

Fanny is a great host, the apartment is well suited for a couple, lots of good restaurants within a few minutes of walking.

Great place to enjoy family vacations, everything is very central; the beaches, places to eat , the pool very clean. I highly recommend the place in both cleanliness, location, and attention, we would definitely come back.

I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at an Airbnb this well stocked! The kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces had everything you need and more. We felt right at home here. The views are incredible, the beach is quiet, and the resort is very convenient. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs to climb from the pool area back up to the condo, with no elevator. The result is amazing views, but someone with mobility issues may struggle. Aviel is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was amazing as in the photos, we loved that it is pet friendly and we were able to be accompanied by our pets, they already had screens in the rooms and that is incredible, we will definitely be back!

What a great stay! Cynthia was so friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive, and this apartment was just perfect. The condo complex is excellent: always clean, well maintained, spotless pool, beautiful garden and plenty of lounge space, far nicer than most of the places on the water. The apartment is huge with super comfy furniture and beds. The corner units here are far bigger and have 3 balconies. You can see the beautiful mountains and birds from both beds and the balcony is lovely in the mornings. The kitchen has all the amenities plus empty space to put away groceries and other things. Everything from dish towels to pool floats was provided. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The only real noise is the party bus that drives by, but you can hear that from many places in town and it stops around 11pm. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay. I prefer it over the waterfront places I've stayed in town, because it's so much better maintained. Highly recommend!
