Orchard House is lovely family home, very comfortable for a large family group stay. Our weekend was a birthday treat for a grandparent and two families with 5 children. Agnes left her own children's toys available to play with and that made the venue a great hit with our youngsters. That and the spacious and extremely well equipped rooms made our weekend a great success. The location is easy to find and well placed for anyone visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas, particularly convenient for Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. An all round 5 star venue and a great and considerate host, Agnes.

Our group of five couples stayed here for a weekend reunion and this large house was ideal for our needs. The large kitchen was really well equipped for prep, cooking and eating (although everything initially took a some finding as there are so many cupboards!) and the two tables together made a great eating area. The main sitting room is huge and everyone felt the bedrooms were comfortable. We didn't use the garden at all, it was small relative to the size of the house but there are plenty of lanes and paths locally to walk on. We found plenty to do and a choice of places to eat within driving distance we managed to fit 5 cars into the parking area although it was a tight squeeze. Anjala was quick to respond to our only query during the weekend and overall, we'd have no hesitation about recommending this property for a weekend stay for a large group.

Lovely home and great host. The house was clean and matched the photos. It had lots of great features for us to use such as a hot tub, kitchen and Netflix access. The host was responsive and answered all queries in a timely manner. Would recommend!

Adele treated me warmly. The room was big and clean and everything was perfect. If I have the chance, I will come again! She responded very quickly, the location of the house is very good, the neighborhood is very quiet, very recommended!

Shane was a great host, very responsive and helpful from start to finish. The studio is really comfortable with plenty of thoughtful amenities to make you feel at home. This was a perfect place for a few days away with work, would definitely come back.

Lovely stay! Very responsive host, really clear directions for how to find the stay and where to park. When we arrived the flat was warm, cosy and clean! Milk in the fridge (always handy!). would definitely use again if we were back in the area. Christmas decorations aswell, nice touch at this time of year! A real home away from home. Callum had a little welcome pack folder providing us with WiFi and his contact details as well as nearby restaurants and car parks and takeaway menus!

Kasia was easy to contact and provided extra amenities such as a travel cot, toys and high chair for our baby. The apartment was immaculate and a lovely space to stay in. It was walkable to the centre of Luton and very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it perfectly met our needs.

We enjoyed another excellent stay in Mary's flat, which is very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Mary is a very friendly and welcoming host, who we had the good fortune to meet briefly during our stay!

Host was quick to respond and very helpful. Ideal location for town and train station. Lovely comfortable little apartment with everything you need.

Lovely little flat, was perfect for us for a short stay while visiting family. Had everything we could need and even left some festive snacks which was a lovely touch. We were struggling to turn the dial on the heating at first and Claire got back to us really quickly and her husband popped in and helped resolve it. The flat is close to things you might want like the Morrisons, there is a wood nearby too which was great to give us somewhere to walk our dog. Private parking was a bonus as well. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area, thank you!

A perfect stay in a great location, place was clean and tidy with the beds very comfortable which is what you want when working away from home fo 2 weeks, would recommend Stewart's place to anyone looking for a break away

Really lovely apartment with pretty much everything you would need to cook a meal in the kitchen which worked perfectly for my stay. Very clean and tidy, easy instructions to enter the apartment, highly recommend!

The apartment was clean and had lots of supplies such as, spices and towels. Ideal for a short or longer stay. Great location very close to the town centre. Really recommend it!
