Host was amazing and extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. The property was a perfect size for our group of 4. There is a sofa bed so you can easily fit 5. The fans in each room were much appreciated to keep us cool. We recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are visiting nearby relatives.

It really was like a home away from home, it's a large space but with a cozy vibe making it easy to settle in quickly. it's a beautiful place and right in the centre of town making it easy to get everywhere. It was especially nice that we were left fresh eggs, milk and butter, coffees and teas of every kind. We had very easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out and overall our short trip couldn't have been any better. Me and my partner will definitely be back when we need a relaxing break again!

Great apartment, excellent communication!

Had a great time at Piers place. It was really peaceful in the countryside, but close enough to civilisation that we got the best of both worlds. The space was lovely and warm, bed comfortable, shower was tremendous. The kitchen utensils were a little sparse but serviceable. And there was a sharp knife, which is always a bonus! Piers was friendly and available with advice which was great. He also allowed my husband to have a short session on his drum kit, which was above and beyond 😊 Many thanks for a great AIrBnB!

A great experience. Adam was in touch prior to check-in and the instructions were clear and accurate. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Small things, like air conditioning, and cupboard items like tin foil helped make it a comfortable stay. Even though the apartment looks out over a square with bars, it wasn’t particularly noisy and all of us got to sleep easily.

Lovely night away, loved the location, the Gin distillery is so cool and a short walk away, great location for Bicester village and Bicester town, Had a kebab from the kebab van outside and it was tasty, The room was clean and cosy, lovely decor, would definitely stay here again. Thank you :)

Great stay and host! The place was lovely and very clean. It had a nice cosy feel to it. I stayed here for some night shifts at Glenfield Hospital, which was only a 10min drive away, so perfect location. Street wasn’t too noisy and I would often forget that people lived in the apartment upstairs because they were that quiet. Adele was quick to respond to messages and turned the heating on for when I arrived, which I appreciated. She provided milk, tea/coffee and biscuits, which was a lovely touch! I enjoyed my stay, thank you very much :)

An absolute wonderstay from our host Bola. A really lovely space to stay right in the center of Leicester. Could not fault it one bit really nice and spacious flat.

We had the best Christmas staying here! The view from the property looking out to the fields was picture perfect almost felt like a frame 🖼️ Every space in the apartment was designed carefully with so much thought. A cosy sofa space to relax, a formal dining set up, seated stools for a more casual vibe. Our 1year old Dog Ace loved this space, it was so nice for her to freely explore and manage the steps on the way up and down on her own. The host was warm and inviting and also left us to enjoy the place. Thank you

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Great location, lots of space, very clean. Ignore the Airbnb photos, the place looks 10x better. The host should get some new photos.

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.
