This is a great flat. Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean and it was very lovely to stay in for the week. I come to Leicester regularly and will always see if this flat is available from now on. It is true that the building could do with some love, but the residents are lovely and the flat is super! There is 24 hour NCP parking right next door too, which has been very helpful. Nice apartment would stay again

A lovely place to stay as ever, we have stayed here many times, conveniently placed for visiting friends and family and many other places of interest, lovely kitchen although you need to provide you own food this is perfect for those with restricted diets. Beautiful location too.

The stay was overall enjoyable. The Host was friendly and accommodating. Only “complaint” was that it was a little harder to reach the host than what we would have liked. But this was not an issue, just a minor inconvinience.

Great check-in experience. Despite it was the night of 31st December, I managed to enter safely and without any problem. New apartment in good order and very cozy!

A well-appointed, cosy annexe, in a peaceful village. The property is very conveniently located near to the M40 for quick links to Oxford and the surrounding area. We had booked for a rest and reset break and were able to enjoy a peaceful evening in. The kitchen is well-equipped for making simple meals, and the rooms felt beautifully warm in contrast to the bitter weather outside. There are many thoughtful touches , including simple provisions in the fridge (water, milk, juice)and even pastries for breakfast.

Clean well maintained property packed with mini toiletries and simple kitchen essentials. Living room window was under repair which i would have liked to know prior to booking but other than that. everything was perfect with a flexible checkout and amazing host!

Nice, quiet apartment with secure underground parking. With all amenities nearby, and well connected to major roads. Was neat and tidy.

The designs of the rooms were gorgeous, easy on the eyes, minimal and classic. It felt right at home. I definitely enjoyed spending time in the living room with Sidra and Freya, the adorable and ever relaxed german shepherd. We had late night movies and conversations. She became a great friend and has always been a superhost. There are cute cafes nearby, def try grumpy cook. They make good cappuccinos and pancakes. It was also convenient to do grocery as sainsbury is nearby, about 5-6 minute walk. No problem going to the centre as well, bus stop is an easy 5 minute walk. Train station is less than 10 mins by bus. Overall, lovely and comfortable stay. Will definitely visit Sidra and Freya soon.

The property was even more spacious than suggested by the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and the furnishings were in great condition. Cloud 9 were friendly and helpful before, during and after our stay. The apartment felt part of a real residency but also secure with good amenities inside the building. There was adequate parking near by and inside a near car park. I would certainly consider coming back to this property when I return to Bedford.

The house was perfect for us. We were at the Silverstone Grand Prix. The house was a short walk to the track. After being in the fresh air all day it was great to be able to walk home and not sit in traffic. Also Oxford is only a short trip.

Amazing Stay at Goose Farm – A Hidden Gem! I had an incredible stay at Goose Farm! From the moment we arrived, the peaceful surroundings and stunning countryside views took our breath away. The property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The farm itself is a dream for nature lovers. We enjoyed watching the animals, taking serene walks around the grounds, and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel like a real retreat, yet close to nearby villages and attractions for day trips. I can’t recommend Goose Farm highly enough for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle

My family and I had a lovely stay at Alec's place. Alec maintained good communication throughout and even informed us of the possibility of early check in and late check out when available. The area was quiet and peaceful with plenty of space to play games with my family. The only thing to note was the hottub could only comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 1 child at a time which isn't a big deal unless that's what you're after from the accommodation. We would definitely recommend this place though!

Our theatre company cast and crew had a brilliant stay at Sofia and Joseph's place for 4 weeks whilst performing at the Macready Theatre. The house was a home away from home and offered space, comfort and relaxation for our company. Thank you both.
