Vacation rentals with breakfast in Northampton

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Beautful location & property,. Zuzana was a wonderful host; friendly, welcoming and made you feel right at home. Breakfast was also delicious! Would highly recommend, we'll definitely be returning in the summer.

Sally-Anne's home is beautiful. She was such a lovely host and looked after us well, cooking breakfast each morning. She made us feel very welcome.

Actually Joanna’s place is really nice and quiet place and all the things were precise as described. She provided a great breakfast as well which was more than I expected and honestly we needed only 10% of that but I have to admit that she is so generous 😊 i would say this a great place and she is a great host very friendly and nice. We came from Melbourne and absolutely loved her place.

We enjoyed our stay at Kay's home. Kay has a beautiful family and she is really friendly and easy going. The room was clean and had enough room for all of us. We definitely recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying with Kay again ! Thank You.

A wonderfully comfortable and warm spacious place to stay.

I can't thank Georgia enough. Her place was exactly as described- clean, walkable to town center. I had to stay for a few days and then had to extend due to uncontrollable circumstances. Georgia responsive communications were always appreciated. She also made sure that I was checked / settled into the flat well. I would recommend Georia's flat if you need to be close to Aylesbury Town center/ Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

Genuinely super hosts. Beautiful home and extremely friendly hosts. I recommend khusi grill only a short walk away and the Ricoh is a short drive. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The room is cozy and located in City Centre. Walking distance to the place I went. Highly recommended!

The studio was the perfect spot for our stay. It was spotlessly clean and really cosy and comfortable. I needed a place to work while I was there and The Studio was perfect. Yvonne was really responsive, especially when I was struggling to get the WiFi to work and helped me get it sorted in no time. We were fortunate enough to be offered a later checkout which suited our timings perfectly. Yvonne was the perfect host (the welcome touches and communication made al the difference). We will definitely stay again.

Esteve’s home was great. Kitchen and room was well equipped. It made our short stay very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Coventry.

Such a great stay. Victoria was so helpful. The place was great and SO cozy. It felt like home. Comfortable mattress/bedding, a cozy kitchen, stocked with everything we needed, and a candle burning when we came in. We will always stay here when coming to Harpenden!

Had the most amazing stay at the little castle. It was even better than the pictures. Beautiful location, the castle had everything we needed and much more. So many lovely personal touches. The castle was very homely, hot tub was absolutely massive and set in a very private and relaxing space. Cannot fault a thing. Perfect hosts and perfect bnb xxx

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Miranda's home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The house was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. Miranda is an exceptional host, always available to answer questions and ensure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect quiet yet convenient to local attractions.and I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area.

Easy to find in a beautiful location. Very cosy room perfect for our family of 3. Joan & her Husband were so friendly and they cooked us the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for being lovely hosts, we will hopefully be back 😊

Glebe Farm Annexe comes highly recommended! It's easy to find, courtesy of the "welcome" sign on arrival. David is a fantastic and very friendly host and his wife makes THE best cooked breakfast. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided along with bottles of water in the fridge. The hosts have put a lot of thought into making it a warm and welcoming space. The location is incredibly peaceful which made for a very good night's sleep! It is perfectly located (10 mins down the road) for Stowe Gardens (National Trust) - the gardens are stunning and definitely worth a visit even in winter. The vast and striking Stowe House (not NT) would also be worth a visit (check website for opening times). There's plenty more to see in the surrounding area and Glebe Farm Annexe would make a great base if you want a few days exploring this corner of Bucks/Northants. It would also make the perfect retreat if you want some peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful time with Jo and Richard who made us welcome and took good care of us during our stay. The ensuite room is lovely and the beds were super comfy. We had use of the dining room and a large lounge with a wood burner which made it warm and cosy. Everywhere was very clean and tidy.
