This home was clean and Dave was responsive and communicative.

Overall this was a very nice place and a good experience. The views of the river are great and the wildlife is an added bonus. For a gathering spot with people or a getaway with family, it’s perfect. Just note that there is not cable tv or local antenna channels so if you want to watch something particular on tv or local news you have to sign into your own account.

We showed up at the perfect time and ran into the previous owner of the property who was stopping by on his way home. He talked with us and educated us on some history behind it. Volunteers care for some birds at this location with the county conservation and were kind enough to let us see them. Upon our arrival we were taken back by the amount of space. The peace and quiet. The pictures don’t compare to the real deal. It is all beautiful and will sleep 8 people comfortably if you don’t mind an air mattress or pull out couch. Both of those items were provided by the host. I would recommend this location for any get together

This Airbnb was super cozy and cute loved the vibe! It’s also in a great location, really close to downtown. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The only thing we struggled with was the hot tub cover it was so heavy that even with two other people helping, we couldn’t get it back on. Aside from that, everything was perfect!
