Monthly Rentals in North Island

What a lovely place to stay! Very spacious with beautiful light and view of the garden. I stayed for 4 weeks and felt it was a very comfortable place to be. Matt and Aga were both very friendly but gave me my privacy. Very helpful and responsive when needed. Would definitely recommend this place! One caution is that there are three children living upstairs so it can get a little noisy during day time hours if you were trying to work from home.

Lisa very kindly let us check in early which was really appreciated as we had been touring around for quite a while by this stage! There’s a lovely little garden so we just chilled out there for the afternoon. Although it is a small studio it is really well set out, with high quality fittings & fixtures. And most importantly, the bed was really comfy so we slept really well 😁

Excellent stay, friendly host & an incredible mushroom farm! 10/10 would recommend.

Tranquil space with beautiful seaside views in a cozy neighborhood. The place was a good starting point for our Abel Tasman kayak and walking trip. Brunch (Toad Hall was amazing), coffee and dining spots nearby. The place was clean with a bbq on the balcony, perfect for summer. We especially love the birdsong and hearing the waves instead of vehicles.
