Our three Garden Cottages are larger than our Garden Studios and a wonderful option for a romantic getaway or long weekend. In each cottage you will find a queen bed, plump pillows, feather duvet and ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. The window divan bed is a perfect place to read a book or view the garden and can be made up as a single bed on request. There is also a TV/DVD player, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle along with fresh milk for tea and coffee.

We offer an Experience not just a room

This 100 years old Manor was lovingly refurbished in 2013. There is a spacious kitchen and lounge with a homely feel, The kitchen and lounge are communal . We have tried to provide a homely environment which you can enjoy while on business or on holiday. Many of the restaurants and cafes are only a short 5 minute walk away. When in season, enjoy a piece of fruit from one of the fruit trees in Cherie's edible garden. We provide a fully smoke free environment and offer free WIFI.

Our atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, letting you recharge your batteries after busy days. Our small country lodge is in traditional 'farmhouse red', with stylish comfort and practicality on the inside. Really good location nice and clean even though the bed doesn't look comfortable it was actually fine! if you didn't move.. Amazing shower towels didn't go around my size 18 body unfortunately always a gripe there! And i had to put out a fire in the UK so needed to stay an extra 2 hours to sort on wifi but was told no as i didn't come back on her text but random considering there were hardly any people there and it always pouring with rain but whatever!

Totally recommend this place. Me and my family of 8 were looking for a place to stay in Taupo we left it too late as it was the long weekend and had no where else to book so booked a 2 night stay with Rachel and me my family all our kids enjoyed our stay here. Not too far from Tūrangi town shop where we were able to take kids to the swimming pools on the rainy day and found a nice spot at the lake on a sunny day. Thank you guys for making our stay here peaceful and comfortable.

A beautiful estate filled with character and charm. It is nestled away in nature and really makes you feel like you've gone away on a luxurious retreat. Our room was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. Our room had a spa bath and a walk in shower. We were right by the swimming pool and garden which was lovely and serene. The managers/hosts at the estate were super accommodating and went the extra mile to make our visit special. The breakfast included every morning was also lovely! Can't wait to be back next time :)
