Beautiful cottage on a private fenced section. Has a wellness room with infra red sauna. 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other has a single bed. The cottage suits a couple and a third person. Off street parking at the back of the house, plenty of room to park a boat. No gate over driveway. Small front lawn with a lavender garden and view of the lake from the front deck. Large living room with french doors to deck. A beautiful space with a healing energy, perfect spot to relax and unwind.

A quaint traditional period home set at the edge of a 100 acre farm. Although it is one of 3 homes on the property it still very much retains its unique quiet country feel. You’ll love the cottage because of its outdoor views down the valley, neighboring farmlets & dairy farms. It has extensive outdoor space being adjacent to the local forest park. My place is good for couples, small families. Being a hobby farm there is stock on the property which can be easily viewed from the cottage.

The Cottage, unique and tastefully decorated.

Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Our stay was incredible! In amongst the cyclone weather Lisa made sure to keep us informed with power outages etc so we knew what our circumstances were when we arrived. Thankfully power was back on before arrival! The space was spotless and was perfect for our night stay with both our kids. Plenty of space for our porta-cot which was a bonus! Would definitely stay again when we visit. Thank you Lisa for an incredible experience for our first trip to the Far North! 1000% recommend!

This stay was so serene and peaceful. It was a way to unplug and just be happy and present. The details were amazing, every day she would check on us, we saw her often walking her dog and upon check in had eggs, bread, juice, milk, ice, fruit, bacon and water and biscuits. Loved the 5 nights here. Would recommend and will be back.

Perfect! Catherine is a generous host. The cottage has everything you need and more for an overnight or extended stay. Warm, comfortable, light and airy. Bikes available and laundry. A lovely place to get away. We spent three nights and were so comfortable we did not want to leave.

The Cottage was perfect after a tramping weekend. My friends and I were able to wash our damp clothes, hang them up to dry, have a fresh shower and feel right home quickly. We went to one of the lovely local wineries and back with indian take away, before a game of battle sticks in the garden and then a comfys nights sleep! it was great, thanks Duncan.
