This was a fabulous place in a great location with very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Great coffee maker. Very relaxing space. Jo was particularly helpful in the recovery of an item left behind for which I am very grateful. I would highly recommend this property during a stay in the area.

A lovely stay with a delightful host. Lynne’s place is immaculate, very comfortable, spacious and beautifully situated to enjoy stunning views over water to Auckland in the far distance. We would never tire of sitting in the lounge or on the upper deck and enjoying the view over the bay and beach. Quite lovely. The apartment itself is well furnished and equipped with a huge amount of space for two people. Lynne is a generous and thoughtful host, making us very welcome from the moment we arrived. We would certainly return.

We Airbnb often. We like to always leave a place better than we entered it. This was simply not the case for Stuart’s place. There was absolutely nothing to leave “better”. This beautiful, peaceful, meticulously decorated home was beyond our expectations and more. Every aspect of Stuart’s place was perfect. The cleanest Airbnb we have experienced. And I thought the flower arrangements were fake until the second night! Stuart adds a lot of little touches that other hosts overlook. And Stuart was the kindest host. Easy to chat with. And extremely responsive. We truly enjoyed meeting him and his pup, Bear. If we ever make it back from the States again, Stuart’s place will be on our list.

The apartment was immaculate and well appointed. It was very comfortable and had everything we required for our stay. It is very conveniently placed for exploring Picton. We would recommend John’s apartment to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here. Very comfortable apartment in a great location. Very close to a park a library which was great for my daughter. We would definitely stay here again. Love the town as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Dianne's apartment. It was well presented, clean with a great layout. The apartment is very close to shops and bus transport. It was easy to get into Queen Street via public transport. We also enjoyed the quiet location and beautiful walks down to the beach through tree lines streets.

Lovely location overlooking Lake Taupo and into the sunset. Spacious deck to relax, eat and enjoy the view. Helpful responsive host. Very clean and well equipped living areas. Lovely Millennium Hotel restaurant right across the street. Great location for a relaxing break.

We had a great stay at Liam’s place! The location is a little bit outside of Rotorua, about a 15-20 minute drive but it puts you right by the lake and is definitely a quieter area. The house itself is great, well designed and has a luxury feel. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it’s a nice amenity if you have time. Plus there is access to a private beach which would be great during the summer months when the weather is better. Would recommend if you’re looking for a nice/quiet spot close to Rotorua.

This house is simply stunning, light filled, so comfortable and perfectly appointed. We wished we could have stayed longer but Tom and Tanya were great hosts and left lots of recommendations and information. Highly recommend if you need to stay in Nelson!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfect for a group of friends, offering plenty of space and comfort. With three bathrooms and spacious living areas, it easily accommodated our group of eight without feeling cramped. The home was clean, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location, making our trip even more enjoyable. We would absolutely love to stay again and highly recommend this property to others. I wish my family could have stayed a couple more days. The house was so lovely, Cosy and comfortable. Beautifully clean, tidy and spacious. We loved the bathroom. Actually, we loved everything about this house. Absolutely worth the 5 stars we gave it. Response time said approximately 20 minutes. How about 5 minutes. This is what sold us on this house, and we're so glad we cancelled the other air b n b we looked at. Levi you and your air b n b are absolutely second to none.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. Channy was an amazing host and had excellent communication. Channy went truly above and beyond for us - Allowing us to host our baby shower at their beautiful home was the most perfect venue we could’ve ever asked for and we were so grateful. The photos don’t do the place justice as it is just so spacious and inviting in every room. 1000/10 would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back again!! A couple friends and I stayed for a couple days over the long weekend. To say we were in awe as soon as we opened the door is an understatement. An incredibly beautiful house in an equally beautiful location. Easy to follow instructions on how to get there and a check in follow up message received as well (we had pretty bad weather on our travel) Check in was easy and the host maintained our privacy but it was reassuring to know that if anything happened or we needed anything else there was assistance nearby. The info pack which was emailed by the incredibly friendly host and a copy at the property contained plenty of info on the house and its ammenities as well as local markets and eateries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the views, to the spa and the well stocked kitchen, it really is a gorgeous property and highly recommended for a getaway.
