We really enjoyed our stay at the Retreat. Lovely place, squeaky clean and private. We used it as a base for exploring Cornwall which worked really well. Would definitely recommend.

Especially so now the nights are drawing in. Lots to do & see locally too and thank you for the warm welcome an kindness. Everything perfect :)

The kids and I had the best time! Having the sea and beach on our doorstep was incredible. Fossil hunting, fishing, walks, amusements, great food and a very cute little cabin to call our home for 3 days. Waking up and seeing the sea every morning was the icing on the cake. Thank you Neil & Sarah for letting us enjoy some of the magic. We very much hope to be back soon.

We had a fantastic time staying at James and Emma’s. Whilst the location is tucked away off the normal path, their clear instructions made it easy to find. Their restaurant recommendations were also great and meant we found some real gems that we wouldn’t have otherwise known about. We would love to stay again if we were ever back in the area.

The hideaway was the perfect accommodation for our Cornwall Autumn break. Just a few minute’s drive from both Bude and Widemouth beaches. Their are 4 of us plus our little dog, and their is ample room for us all to chill out. The accommodation had every amenity to make our stay easy: Dishwasher, large cooker, American style fridge/freezer, tumble dryer and washer to name a few. Their was plenty to entertain ourselves, with 4 tv's with access to all the usual streaming services, Internet and board games. We particularly liked the Bananagram game. We opted for the hot tub, which was conveniently located outside the patio door and under cover. Many relaxing hours were spent in there. Hot tub dressing gowns were provided. Claire was an excellent host, providing us with all the information we needed and informing us we could check in early if we wanted to. She responded almost immediately to any questions. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We wanted a weekend away from everything and that what we got at the Rock Shack! It was cosy, warm and quiet. A good location to see the sights but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. A little gem tucked away in the countryside!

A wonderful stay! Brook Lodge is set in a beautiful, peaceful woodland location with a pretty garden. Clear directions and instructions on how to find the lodge etc. Location was perfect for us and our dog. The lodge is spacious and cosy with everything you need for your stay. It was absolutely spotlessly clean. The biscuits and fresh milk were a nice touch. Alison was a super host - quick responses to messages, popped by to check all was ok after arrival and was so friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return! Thank you!

Love staying here when I am working in Cornwall, always clean and cosy and the dogs love it too, thoroughly recommend

Helen's home is such a good place to stay in. Spacious, comfortable, full of all the things one might need. Milk, tea, coffee and biscuits were there on arrival and Helen responded to our queries straight away. The location was fab. We were able to do a long walk to Lyme from there and the scenery is gorgeous. Definitely going to book this again as I want to come back. Thank you Helen.

I had a really lovely week at Lucie’s studio. The accommodation itself is absolutely beautiful, really cosy, perfect size and has everything you need, really felt at home. The surroundings are also stunning, beautiful view of the garden while having morning coffee and great places for walking locally. Lucie was a fantastic host, super helpful and friendly and was really flexible when I needed to change my dates, didn’t make it feel like there was any drama! I would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Granary Retreat. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. The area is lovely and Jacqui could not have been more friendly or welcoming. Liz was a wonderful host: we checked ourselves in (there’s a keybox but the key had been left in the door for us) and Liz knocked on the door to say hi! She was so lovely and made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with the space: it is spacious and open, very clean and has everything we needed (including a couple of games to keep us entertained). The bed is really comfy, and it was perfect to go to sleep/wake up to the skylight window above us. Easy vicinity to get to all the sights we wanted to see by car. The instructions were helpful and clear so that we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived and we got exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend!

The accommodation was easy to find, check in was super simple and the place was immaculate. Lots of little details that made the stay very comfortable and homely. Very quiet area. We would definitely stay again!

Our 2nd stay at Jon's property. Great annexe in a lovely location, separate from the main house and accessed via a private gated drive. Clean and comfortable and done out to a very high standard. Superb!

We had a wonderful stay once again! Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time there. This was our third visit, and it still feels like a cozy home away from home. The only small thing was that we missed seeing the delightful cat as often as last time—such a charming presence! We can't wait to return next time!

We loved our stay at the barn, we felt so relaxed in such a peaceful place surrounded by trees. Amazing walks on the door step, pretty nearby villages too. The bed is very big and comfy and it's a treat to be able to see the trees and sky from the two sky lights. Very attentive great hosts and delicious jam. Would return to try a summer stay!

Had a lovely stay! Really sweet touches which made it feel special. Lynsey is a wonderful host who has made every detail so special. The beds were so comfy and the rooms were thoughtful decorated.

A great cottage in a beautiful and quiet area. It looks like the hosts put a lot of thought into it. It is well equipped with everything you need, the kitchen has everything you can think of. And their jams and marmalade are simply delicious!
