Apartment vacation rentals in North Devon District

We had such a lovely stay at Carol & Dereks’s Annexe. We took our dog Douglas who was very well catered for with a beautifully kept small garden to explore. Carol & Derek were extremely knowledgable about the area and helped with a few questions we had. An extremely pleasant stay.. Thanks both!

Great place to stay in Plymouth, just off the Hoe, but with a sea view. The apartment was perfect for us, with good facilities and bathrooms. Kitchen equipment was adequate, but a few more cups would have meant a little less washing up. Also, the microwave needs replacing, but these are minor things. Would definitely look to come back next time we are in Plymouth 👍🏻

This flat was an amazing find. The view of the sea as you come into the flat is breathtaking. It's almost like being on a boat but much more spacious. The flat was spotless and comfy and well equipped. The beaches and walks nearby are spectacular. We were lucky with the weather but I could just sit on the balcony and watch the sea and the birds for hours. The host were efficient and responsive. Can't fault the experience.

A perfect, very good value place for a visit to Glastonbury. Fabulous to have parking and very easy and quick to walk to everything. Lovely comfy sofa, great smart TV. well equipped kitchen, powerful and hot shower and cosy and warm.

A lovely, modern, clean and well placed apartment. Matt was helpful and the welcome treats were greatly appreciated. Would recommend Matt’s place for anyone staying in Bude.

Fantastic little pad for break right by the coast and in lovely little town. Only thing to make it perfect would be check out at 10am as 9am very early after night on the beers 🍻!

This place is a gem, not sure if it suits peoples location as we were there for work. But it was exceptional. We have never stopped in an air bnb so clean. The jacuzzi bath was a massive bonus after a long hard day. Would stop again 100%

We stayed here for our annual trip to Lyme to visit family and enjoy what the area has to offer. We felt incredibly settled and comfortable. The view from the decking was beautiful and allowed us to enjoy the beauty the super moon. Location was perfect. Thank you for hosting us. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to booking the space again.

Me and my wife really enjoyed staying at your place and it makes our first time visitation to Cardiff even more memorable, this place is too convenient with groceries , nice restaurant and transportation with bus no.9 completes it all.

Our stay at Abi’s was great - despite staying in the middle of Storm Darragh! The third person in our booking wasn’t able to join us as all the trains were cancelled, so plenty of space for the 2 of us. Comfortable beds, hotel quality linen, coffee tea sugar and basic cooking ingredients. Great shower and all the basics you need for a city break. Despite it being on a main road we found the place really quiet. Warm inside and cute little courtyard garden. Very central location, under 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Free & paid parking 3 minute walk away. Lovely market on Fitzhamon Embankment on the Sunday where we got pastries and local honey. There is a convenience store across the road for essentials - though they are still awaiting their alcohol license FYI! The cleaner came at 11am sharp, so be ready to check out on time - luckily we were :) would absolutely stay at Abi’s place again. Thanks for having us.

Kingswear is a fine place to stay. Accommodation felt very cosy and warm. Spotlessly clean with good facilities. Stunning views, the local pubs were good, the locals friendly, fun to hop on and off the ferry across to Dartmouth. Mark arranged the parking in advance for our stay. We would stay again. Firstly, Mike and Carolanne. Very good hosts, they responded quickly to my questions. They left little extras in the flat, which made us feel welcome. The flat is ideal for 2 people. A nice little balcony with views over the bay and pier. The bedroom is large, 2 chairs to sit looking out of the patio doors if it's raining, the bed was large warm and comfortable. The bathroom had a bath and over bath shower. There was plenty of hot water. Good towels. AND a plastic mat for the bath so we didn't slip while showering. There was also some nice shamphoo, gel etc. The kitchen is small but well equiped and plenty good enough. Living/ dinning area is also smallish but again, plenty good enough. The TV is large and connected to the internet, so you can log onto Netflix etc. It's up the hill, so a walk into town and to the beach. We used The Captains Table. Which is out the front door, left past the carpark, down through the small park. Down the steps. We parked on the street. Our 2nd visit

We had a wonderful time staying at Debbie’s apartment. There was everything we could have wanted there. We were greeted with a warm welcome and Debbie had a vase of fresh flowers in the room, a lovely lemon drizzle cake and a bottle of wine. Such a thoughtful treat for us. The apartment is very clean, a nice comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. There is also a real log burner but we didn’t need to use it as we were cosy without it. The private garden is an added bonus and was a lovely addition to our stay. We will definitely stay with Debbie again

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Stunningly beautiful spot, right on the beach. Like being in a ship when the tide is in! Everything about the apartment is beautiful. Very comfy beds, lovely linen and towels. Kitchen has literally everything you could want and more! Very much appreciated the eco products and good recycling practice on site. Chris and Tanya were both very good at communicating. We will definitely return asap.

Hy husband, daughter and I had a fantastic time staying at Ilona’s barn conversion. The space was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything we could have wished for. My 2 year old daughter loved her bedroom and all of the toys and books and really enjoyed going to visit the chickens! In the evenings, my husband and I enjoyed sitting out in the private garden area and watched the sun set in the hot tub - just perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere that is not only child friendly but beautiful and in the most serene setting, then look no further! Thank you for having us, we hope to come and visit again soon!

Sheila was the host I’ve ever used through air bnb, communication was very good, she went above and beyond for us, the view is just incredible and needs to be seen! The little touches of bread, eggs, milk, scones in the over and pressco is just like no other! Thankyou so much, will definitely be back!

A modern beautifully furnished and well equipped ground floor apartment. A touch of luxury whilst visiting family in the local area. Sea view and hot tub - fabulous.

Really happy with this find. The host was really helpful and friendly when communicating. The apartment was clean and tidy. The hot tub was pre-warmed, clean and easy to use. It was located in a small, very private garden area at the back of the property. Considering the property is located, essentially, in the city centre, it was really quiet and peaceful. There are nice trees and bushes surrounding the garden area which makes you feel out of the city and in the wilderness. It was a 12 minute walk to the train station which is essentially the top of the main street in Cardiff for restaurants, bars and the main shopping centre or £5 for a cab if you don't/can't walk. The apartment has everything you need and is a good use of space. A TV in the bedroom and living room. Plenty of furniture, without being cluttered. The front door is secure and leads to a hallway with clear signage of where to go. All in all, a great stay and I'd definitely return.
