Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house has 8 beds and a futon which can sleep 10 adults or 6 adults and 5 children. The spacious kitchen with a gas range is completely stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and spices to make delicious meals. Enjoy grilling on the back deck while watching beautiful sunsets. Ping pong matches can be enjoyed downstairs. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach wagon and toys are provided. Parking on premises. The pool deck has lounge chairs and a fire pit.

We spent a weekend in St. Augustine to celebrate a birthday. I chose this location because the house was gorgeous and roomy (2 bathrooms upstairs) and was within walking distance to the historic area (where parking is generally limited and paid). The home was just as gorgeous as the photos and very comfortable with a driveway for parking. We really didn't take advantage of the immaculate kitchen in the home, but there were ample TV selections via Roku including Netflix. The neighborhood was safe, I went running both N and S of the location in the AM. We could walk to all the bars and restaurants in the historic area, which was quite nice, and then return to a quite neighborhood in the PM. All around a great experience and I would stay here again.

Our stay was excellent! Home was really nice and clean (really important) - It was equipped with everything you can think of! We even bbq’d! Neighborhood was quiet & close to all the places you’re gonna want to see! Prettiest and cleanest beach (Vilano Beach) so close by too. My family and I were so happy here. Many nice memories made. Thank you for having us, til next time St. Augustine, back to Miami we go!

Perfect location across the street from the beach ( and as photos show, one can see the beach from the second floor). Side note if you are worried about noise - the windows did a great job of soundproofing/traffic noise not an issue. Great beach supplies - umbrellas, chairs, towels, and a cart to haul it over in. We had a few mechanical issues (nothing surprising for a house so close to the ocean) that Randy and Karina took care of asap. Stayed here for a girls trip with 6 total - very open spaces and 4 bathrooms a huge plus. Grocery and restaurants less than a few miles away (we rented a car - uber would work as well...no sidewalks if you are thinking of walking to say, Publix). Would return!

Beautiful new home that looks just like the photos. We were within walking distance to the historic area, restaurants, and attractions but far enough that it was quiet and peaceful. We loved the cafe a couple of doors down, the history of the area, and the house itself provided everything we needed.
