Our small yacht is the perfect way to see Boston. Perfect space for a couple or couple and one child. Please note the yacht stays docked during your stay. Walk to many area attractions. Free Wifi. Come home to the boat after a busy day in the city. Enjoy the peacefulness of being on the water, sip a cocktail on the back deck while watching the sailboats skim the harbor and be rocked to sleep every night. Parking is available for an additional $25 per night and will be invoiced separately.

You are a short two block walk from vibrant downtown Greenport. No need for a car - an easy walk from the train or bus station. The harbor view from the cockpit is the best on the North Fork.

This was a fantastic experience!!! The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We were able to walk to a concert at Boston Gardens and the next day start the Freedom Trail steps from our place of stay. The breakfast join was great - everyone got something they loved - and it was easy to get to and quick. The view from the harbor was beautiful and the boat clean with all the amenities needed. And the hosts were super friendly. Highly recommend. Won't come to Boston and stay anywhere else again!

Super easy check in! The host was great and walked us to our boat during check in and showed us around. The boat was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room. We walked to the TD garden which was about a 10 min walk, very convenient. Other restaurants and coffee shops around within walking distance. We were able to park in the marina parking for a reasonable price during our stay. I usually get sea sick easily but was not even affected at all staying here. The boat was very smooth and didn’t move much. Would def stay here again!!

Justin was an incredible host and very personable. He always made sure you had what you needed and that you arrived to the boat safely. He also has some incredible sailing stories and life experiences to speak about. And for the dog lovers, you can play with his dog Sam which is an added bonus. The boat itself, Kai, was very clean, organized, and easy to move around in. It was also much larger than I anticipated as well. As a 6'4 individual, the forward cabin had ample room and I was never camped for space in the bed, bathroom, or shower. You also have plenty of privacy and space to do your own thing below deck or on the deck. Overall I am extremely happy with my choice to stay on Kai. I would highly recommend staying if you have the opportunity to do so. You will not be disappointed.

The most exceptional Air B&B we’ve ever stayed! The sailboat was docked in a beautifully, well kept marina. The few people we saw on their boats were quiet and very polite. The boat itself is well maintained and beautifully kept. We were in the heart of the historic district with sights to see and many restaurants within a short walk. And yet…as we sat on the deck with charcuterie and wine it was quiet and peaceful, exceptional! We will be back!
