Several times I have been welcomed here for business travel. Nice bonus to be able to unwind with a view of the ocean after a long day. Laid back, no frill’s atmosphere is what I love about this place.

We had a great stay! The host was super communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed to find the parking lot, check in, etc. They even gave us a heads-up when the weather started to turn, so that we could plan accordingly. The room was comfortable and very spacious, and the location was super convenient. Even with a winter storm hitting, we were able to walk to coffee shops, great restaurants, and multiple bookstores. Would definitely recommend!

We will definitely return. We love the bakery and the hosts are very responsive and friendly.

This was such a fun visit. Jeanette made us feel right at home. The house is a treasure. The outdoors have so many areas to sit and visit. We loved being able to walk on the trail and have dinner and walk to the shuttle. Very comfortable and cozy stay!

I had an amazing stay at eastwind! The hotel and room were exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and right next door is union + post where you can have dinner. Eastwind had a link sent to your phone when we checked in that was incredibly welcoming, providing helpful tips about the area and making sure I had everything I needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient spot. Thanks again for a fantastic experience!

This was our 3rd time staying here. We have been in three different rooms they have all been great. Last time we had left something in the room they called us within 30 mins of checking out and I was able to go back and get it. Their prices are clear and extremely reasonable for the accommodations and the location. Our daughter is a senior at Keene State College so it has been 4 years of knowing they are there when we need to stay. The rooms are always clean and neat. They are not over burdened with furniture. The rooms are up to date yet also match the area and home. They have a very quaint vibe. Parking is not an issue as they have plenty of it out back. Even when our daughter graduates in May we sill still go back to see her friends next year and the Burrell house will definitely be an option for us. The only thing I would say is the WIFI could use a boost. I was able to use it but only on one side of the room. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.

Our time at the Franklin Hotel was amazing, the room was clean, updated and in an amazing location and the host was very timely with responses and more than friendly! we will absolutely be staying there again!

Fantastic place for our road trip to Maine, we arrived too late to use the theater and other amenities. Those would have only enhanced the stay, everything was great!

So happy to see Tides Inn & Social arise in Seal Cove. Hospitable, delicious, perfectly located on the island, very happy and friendly. Smiles all around. And fostering live music to boot. Hats off!

We had a lovely stay. Very cozy and welcoming with a sense of history on the picturesque property. The outdoor tree lights were stunning as we pulled in after dark. Check in was easy and we felt right at home immediately. There were lots of little extras that made us feel special: book lights in the bedside tables, coffee/tea, yogurt and milk in the fridge, cookies/biscuits and fruits, lots of throw pillows and blankets. It was a really nice setup for working or lounging. The bathroom is beautiful! Huge shower with an artisanal bar of soap. The bed was very comfortable and the heat was easy to adjust. Everything was scrupulously clean and well-labeled. The wall and ceiling candelabras cast a warm light and were all dim-able. Lovely touches all around! We would come back again!

I can honestly say it was way better than expected. Host reached out to me before I even realized I might miss the check in window and took care of me and my family. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay at the BBI and will certainly be back. Beautiful property with quiet and cozy rooms. Conveniently located to Burlington and many outdoor recreation areas. Mike was a wonderful host, very responsive and even treating his guests to delicious homemade baked goods. We enjoyed visiting with the goats and chickens, too!

It was really very nice, nice clean and quiet room close to the water with our dog. Beautiful walk on the beach in the morning, and very nice village to spend the weekend. Recommended:)

We had a wonderful time at this place. We loved our room and the pool was great to relax in. The atmosphere was very peaceful and the host was very friendly.

We only met Dave. His wife was away. We were visiting family and he was very helpful. They have a beautiful home.

Brigitte is so kind and very polite and informative lady. I was there nearly three months time to time and this place is so clean and very comfortable place to stay. I was alone and I recomand if family even suitable very good place with safe environment. Laundry facilities and car parking leisurely available. It is suitable for a family with children to stay safely and very clean and safe environment.

I have been to many AirBnBs and this is one of the nicest I've ever stayed at, the room was extremely spacious and includes a fridge, the kitchen is stocked with every tool you need to prepare dinner, bathroom was spotless and there is plenty of parking space. Host Brigitte was very responsive, both on-line and in person
