Beachfront vacation rentals in New England

Very pleased with the accommodations, lots of room for us to have our own space to chill out, way better than the cottages we've stayed at before on Grand Manan. Location was great, peaceful and private, great spot to walk the dog and watch fog and tides roll in and out.

Incredible Views and Ultra-Comfortable Cottage! This is an absolute hidden gem of a place - it is RIGHT on the water (you feel like you're on a cruise ship at high tide, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves is super dreamy!), immaculately clean, both cozy and spacious, filled with thoughtful touches (extra blankets and pillows, earplugs, welcome snacks, etc.), and REAL PLANTS!! Matthew and Celia were so flexible, friendly, and responsive, making the entire stay feel all the more peaceful. This is for sure the place we will return to when in the New Haven area - highly highly recommend!

We only stayed for a few days and it was extremely worth it. Being so close to the water, walkable to the beach and cliff walk, makes this spot so great. Kathleen was also super friendly and helpful and an overall great host. Cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at!! We will definitely be staying again!

It’s easy to see why Suzanne is a Superhost. It was close to 90 degrees when we arrived, Suzanne knew we had two young daughters and had the little pool setup for them to play while we unpacked, truly thoughtful. Standing on the back deck when we got there was amazing, the views and the proximity to the beach/ocean was even better than we expected. I personally loved the outdoor shower, a nice added touch that we used daily. Suzanne had the house fully stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was a good size and had a great variety of pots/pans/cutlery/oil/spices etc. We felt right at home and our girls did as well. We enjoyed the location, it was a short drive to many great restaurants/nearby towns, but most of all we absolutely loved the beach Walking a half mile out and playing “tag” on the tidal flats is something I and hopefully my daughters will never forget. We would definitely recommend Suzanne’s place!

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

Andrew allowed me to stay in his wonderful apartment where me and my gf enjoyed our time. If I could I would've spent more time at this location. The location was private, quiet, near stores, and sits right by the water. I definitely encourage others to spend some time here if you are looking for a something private, a place where you can clear the mind.

Stunning property! Amazing location to beach, shops and restaurants. From the clean and beautiful decor, to deck views of the ocean to the plunge pool, everything about our stay was just perfect. We will be back!

The house and landscaping were lovely, our girls loved the huge yard to play in and the cozy TV room for downtime. Spencer was super responsive and helpful, we appreciated the area recommendations for exploring. We had a great visit and would highly recommend a stay here!

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

Carol and John were great hosts and very attentive. They have a beautiful view of the water as well!

We loved our stay. The location and view is gorgeous, house was spotless, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen is small, but very well stocked. Lots of dishes and thankfully a dishwasher. Samantha was communicative and helpful. It was quite cold during our stay and she made sure we knew about the space heaters and extra blankets. She also gave helpful instructions on how to find the house due to a road closure. Great host and great home!

A group of my family stayed at this stunning home as a surprise for my mother’s 60th birthday. It was a perfect stay and we felt right at home. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need - we cooked up a feast and had everything we needed to work with. Super comfortable mattresses, cozy linens, and fantastic showers. The ocean views are so beautiful and we really enjoyed taking nature walks along the rail trail right outside. We loved having coffee with the fire pit on, and searching for shells on the beach out back. Thank you Caitlin & Monette for being so accommodating and helpful. We hope to stay again!

Excellent stay. The Private beach is perfect for families and is an extremely short distance from the house which is convenient. Great view of the ships right from the windows. Stay was perfect

This is a lovely little beach cottage! We were very comfortable and had a great time! It was wonderful to have our dog with us! The location is beautiful and private, with access to a very special stretch of beach.

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

AJ was very kind and extremely responsive. He was very understanding with the fact that we brought our dog along, We loved the house, the layout, the decoration, the location and the beautiful sunsets. The house has a lot of light and charm. It is a jewel in the bay and amazing located in the Hamptons. Definitely is a place we will come back.

Perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of space for 7. We traveled mid October and the weather was beautiful! Plenty of places to sit outside and inside. There is an outside gas fireplace right on the beach, which was a great place to have an evening cocktails and relax! The house was accommodating, clean, and fully equipped. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!
