Lisa’s home is incredible! Beautiful, clean, organized, and a great place to stay for families or group gatherings. Lisa is proactive with communication and shared great recommendations. Best part- watching the sun rise over the water from the patio! And great coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from the home.

This is our second stay at this house at same time of year (Thanksgiving week). This time we brought our dog and it was perfect. Neighborhood was great for walking her, there is a fully fenced back yard and they even had some dog bowls, a dog towel to wipe her paws, and some toys. The location is perfect for us, as my brother lives in New Haven and have Thanksgiving at his house. My husband, our two young adult children and I were very comfortable here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house in Milford. The house was immaculate and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The views from the house were simply breathtaking. Even the stunning photos in the listing couldn’t capture the true beauty of the scenery. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck with such a picturesque backdrop was a highlight of our trip. The host was also very responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Wish I would have stayed in area to enjoy it more, as it is a PERFECT location with so many things to walk to. It’s about an hour to Salem (where we went) and a few hours to Maine (we did another day) so it worked for us as a home base. Definitely will look at coming back just for this area to thoroughly enjoy. Smaller place, but was perfect for us 3 BFF’s for a long weekend getaway!!! Clean and cozy! It’s easy to see why Suzanne is a Superhost. It was close to 90 degrees when we arrived, Suzanne knew we had two young daughters and had the little pool setup for them to play while we unpacked, truly thoughtful. Standing on the back deck when we got there was amazing, the views and the proximity to the beach/ocean was even better than we expected. I personally loved the outdoor shower, a nice added touch that we used daily. Suzanne had the house fully stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was a good size and had a great variety of pots/pans/cutlery/oil/spices etc. We felt right at home and our girls did as well. We enjoyed the location, it was a short drive to many great restaurants/nearby towns, but most of all we absolutely loved the beach Walking a half mile out and playing “tag” on the tidal flats is something I and hopefully my daughters will never forget. We would definitely recommend Suzanne’s place!

Absolutely beautiful home with full amenities. We had a wonderful weekend stay. It was comfortable and spacious - there were so many spaces for people to break away and relax - comfy couch on the enclosed patio, porch swing, adirondaks around the fire pit or a secluded bench in the garden. The bedrooms were spacious and immaculate - with comfortable beds and white bedding and towels that made us feel like we were in a luxury resort. We had a personal chef come in to cook for us one night and they commented on how well stocked the kitchen was with cookware, dishes and glassware, cleaning materials, etc. She didn’t need to supplement with any disposables she had as backup. The heated pool and sauna were also a plus! Darius was also flexible with checkout time, which we really appreciated. We had such a great time. Would definitely return to this house for a future vacation!!

Stunning property! Amazing location to beach, shops and restaurants. From the clean and beautiful decor, to deck views of the ocean to the plunge pool, everything about our stay was just perfect. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed for a 3 day take a break and relax visit and Paul and Katie's place was just perfect. It is beyond wonderful in its description and so beautifully maintained. We are so grateful to have found this amazing haven. From soaking in sunshine through all the big windows, playing a board game next to the fire, relaxing in the peace and beauty of the home and walking along the paths down to the water, this amazing gem is already a place we have a place in our hearts for and will look forward to returning.

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

This was my first time using Airbnb and I have to say, amazing! Carol and John’s place was exactly what we needed for a quiet and peaceful weekend getaway. We were able to stargaze from the hot tub, cook a great dinner in the kitchen which had everything we needed, enjoy a comfortable and cozy night in watching movies while also having easy access to the train to go right into Boston. Carol was the best! Making sure we were comfortable and having everything we needed. We would definitely recommend to our friends and stay here again!

Great beach house very close to New Haven. Very well maintained, very clean and fully supplied. Incredible views of Long Island Sound from every window.

We will be back- such a nice relaxing location... The view from the living room/kitchen is unbelievable We will be back in off season, but id love to rent the spot in the summer time as the beach and surrounding area is beautiful!!!

Excellent stay. The Private beach is perfect for families and is an extremely short distance from the house which is convenient. Great view of the ships right from the windows. Stay was perfect

This is a lovely little beach cottage! We were very comfortable and had a great time! It was wonderful to have our dog with us! The location is beautiful and private, with access to a very special stretch of beach.

Staying at C-Breeze even in late November was amazing. The beautifully decorated house was sunny, exceptionally clean and had everything a family would need for a wonderful and relaxing stay. The view from the living room was incredible, just as all other guests have described.Having access to the garage for parking, proximity to great restaurants and communication w a responsive host added to our wonderful stay. I'd love to return!

The house was perfect and what we expected for a quick couples getaway. Steps from the beach. good local restaurants. Close enough to concert venues without having to stay in Bridgeport.

Denise's place was perfect for us. 4 ladies stayed here to go to the soundside music festival and it was amazing. So close to the venue and relaxing in between festival-ing. Thanks, Denise.
