Monthly Rentals in Nevada City

This Airbnb was lovely and very close to downtown Nevada City, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Everything was as described and was very comfortable.

Peaceful surroundings only a couple of minutes drive to town where there's everything you could possibly need. The house is cosy with a large kitchen, and deck, overlooking the back yard where many birds visit and some deer and squirrels! The linens were of high quality and really helped for a good night's sleep. The gas pot belly fireplace was much appreciated when it snowed. Rachel is a lovely host who communicates effectively. She thoughtfully shared some wonderful local products that really made the stay special! :) I would definitely stay again!

Perfect little place for my stay

Our stay at Betsy’s house was again fantastic! The location and privacy can’t be beat. It is so quiet and relaxing while being a quick walk to town. This was our third time and will definitely be back!
