Vacation rentals in Nevada City

Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

we will return! Constant communication and Racj=hel went out of her way to have us check in early as we arrived sooner than we anticipated. The house is perfect! We have a small dog, there were dog covers, a fenced yard (with pooper scooper), a sweet fireplace, a footed bathtub, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels and great sheets. We really loved this place and it would be great for 2 couples and/or a family. Great for dog people.

Lovely house with beautiful garden and outside seating. Nice size kitchen with all necessary equipment. Quiet street in Colfax. Felt right at home.

I had a great stay at Ted and Katrina’s place! The house was nice, cozy, and tucked away in a sweet and quiet neighborhood. Ted and Katrina were fantastic hosts—super responsive and very helpful throughout the stay. The location is perfect: close to the highway for easy access, but you’d never know it with how peaceful it is. Definitely worth the stay—highly recommend!

Beautiful place, clean, fun decor, super clean, super cozy!

Sarah’s place is a gem! We felt right at home during our stay. The home is spacious, comfortable and clean; the kitchen has the necessities to cook at home; and the location is really close to town for all the conveniences. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings, views of the trees, and being able to hear the river are added bonuses! Sarah was proactive and responsive in her communication, and made getting there and enjoying the space easy as could be. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

We had such a great stay! The property was perfect for our family getaway—our kids especially loved the trampoline and the hot tub (they barely wanted to come inside!). Our Doberman, Lincoln, had the best time playing fetch in the large open space—it was such a treat to find a spot that’s truly dog-friendly. Melissa was a delightful host—super responsive and thoughtful. She even set up a fun scavenger hunt for the kids to find hidden gnomes around the property, which they absolutely loved. It’s little touches like that that made our stay really special. We’d love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Comfortable space and Immaculately clean. Private and peaceful.

Thank you Tami for hosting our group! The place was a literal backdrop and the jaw dropping description fits the view perfectly. At first we were nervous about being so remote, but there were many restaurants and fast food chains within 10 minutes of the property. Tami provided multiple amenities and help in managing the winter cold so we could stay warm. We will definitely be coming back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property with our large family. There were plenty of activities for the kids and the host was incredibly accommodating, hospitable, and easy to reach. A couple of things to note: there is a large wooden staircase separating the house which made it a bit tricky with the real little ones and one of the full-size beds is in an open space without a door. These weren’t issues for us but might be worth considering for others. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and we’re so grateful to the host for their kindness and attentiveness!

We booked with Julia & Craig very last-minute and later in the day when weather conditions prevented us from reaching our initial rental in Truckee. They were highly-accommodating, very responsive, and in less than an hour of booking we were getting settled in at their rental. The house itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and much nicer than what we were expecting to get for a day-of booking. Check-in was seamless and their instructions were clear and comprehensive. We will definitely be booking with Jule Vacation Rentals again if we're ever in the area. Thanks Julia & Craig!

Our host was extremely flexible on check-in and checkout. We greatly appreciated it. Lovely home lovely surroundings.. the spring flowers were out the dog trees were in bloom and maple trees were vibrant red. Loved being out in nature, enjoying my family for our special time. Jess’ place was both incredibly well designed and cozy at the same time. It was immaculately clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was a perfect distance to the main drag in town. In addition, Jess was the most responsive and flexible host - answering all our many questions and asks for local recommendations (we were staying with a big family and kids over Christmas). Would 100% stay here again!

This was a great property in many ways. We needed rest, peace and quiet. It was perfect for that. There are stairs, fyi. The WiFi was strong and very useable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a grill outside too. All in all very clean and updated.
