Family-friendly vacation rentals in Naples

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Melanie's place was very clean and conveniently located to each place we wanted to go! We enjoyed the views of the canal and even saw a few local critters (turtles birds and an iguana). The hot tub was nice to relax in each evening. Thank you!

Exceptionally beautiful interior. The pool was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable.

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

We were in the house for a week with another couple. It was the most enjoyable time as we had full privacy and all the amenities of the resort, but only for ourselves. House is very clean, specious, and delivers everything you see on pictures and more. The management is caring. They are available if you need them but are not overwhelming you, and they respect your time and privacy. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone.

One of my most Favorite places in the world to stay! 3rd time!! Kevin is a wonderful host. He is very easy to get ahold of and will always provide useful information as well as things to see or do in the area. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. Exceptionally clean and everything you can think of that you will need is there and then some. Neighbors are very friendly and you will feel safe. You will even see the famous Cape Coral Burrowing Owls!! Definitely has become one of my "Happy Places!" Can't wait to return! ❤️

the house was updated and very accommodating. we felt right at home. the outside amenities had the pool, jacuzzi, and an amazing area to sit outside and relax. beds were very comfortable. Alex had great communication and responded quickly. would not only recommend this house, but would stay here again.

We had an incredible week in this lovely, inviting, relaxing slice of paradise!! Responsive and friendly hosts, lovely landscaping, private lanai with nice chaise lounge chairs and waterfall hot tub and pool! We were outside enjoying it every day. Comfortable sitting areas, beds, kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and pans we needed to make several meals. Location was great for walks. It exceeded expectations each day! This house was perfect for our family vacation, it had everything in it, that you could possibly need especially the kitchen and the pool area I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen, and the grandkids loved all the pool toys and accessories We are definitely going to make this our yearly vacation designation !!!!

Carla’s place was absolutely beautiful and she was a wonderful host! Extremely helpful and responsive with lots of great recommendations. The house was clean and just as described and we never wanted to leave the pool. Thanks Carla for an awesome stay - we will definitely be back!

This is the second year I have stayed at Connie’s. Everything is always top notch. Always feels like home. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. no better place to stay. Until next year.

A beautiful location, very quiet neighborhood, yet within 1.5 miles of a large supermarket and drugstores. Pictures are very accurate of the home. We loved the outdoor pool area/lanai. There was an issue with the pool filter causing the pool to become too cold for swimming during the last few days, which was unfortunate for us, but that was not the hosts' fault, and they were very responsive, within minutes. The home as a very comfortable layout with several large sitting areas inside, as well as a very large lanai area. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we could need. We did not use the grill, but there was one available. We had an issue with the smoke detectors and, again, a simple text to our hosts brought immediate response and remedy. Alexina and her husband are lovely and very responsive. I would recommend this beautiful spot and we would return on our next trip to Cape Coral.

Elvira's place was beautiful. Spotless. Up to date. All the comforts of home, plus extras. Quiet at night. Friendly neighbors. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Due to a change in plans, my daughter and I came alone. We felt safe and immediately at home. Thank you so much for providing us with a home away from home. We have wonderful memories of our trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & beach house was perfect for our family! Spacious, clean, comfortable, perfect for grilling & nicely equipped for making family meals. Great location & quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the pool & walking distance to beach!

My flight out of Fort Myers was delayed by a day due to weather, and I ended up staying the night here. Caitie & Erik’s place was wonderful—comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed after a long day of travel disruptions. They were great hosts and made the unexpected stay feel easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 5 nights with husband, 2 kids ages 11 and 12 along with Grandparents for a relaxing Spring Break getaway. The house was beautiful. Kitchen contained everything needed to make meals. Was great to have a washer and dryer. House is located close to beach and shopping. The highlight for us was the hours spent in beautiful backyard. The spa and pool were amazing! There is a covered area by pool where we ate many meals and played card games. Eric was very responsive whenever we had had a question.

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

Alan’s place was absolutely perfect! The cottages are adorable and make you feel like you are right at home. Everything is close by and the club itself was great with my 3 year old. We had a fantastic trip and look forward to hopefully returning next year! Alan is a great host and explained the condo exactly the way we found it, there was nothing missing whatsoever. Highly recommend renting from Alan at the cottages!

We had the BEST time-taking a last min vacation, would definitely stay again! Beautiful home, amazing pool, lots to do! Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay, nice quiet neighborhood. If your looking for a quiet place near a lot of beaches, this is the place.
