Vacation rentals with breakfast in Naples

This beautiful, spacious, comfy home is in a super location in Bokeelia. Great neighborhood, excellent for long walks with pup; even quick jaunt to Jugs Creek Marina & Seafood for amazing drinks on sandy beach & yummy shrimp & stone crab claws & freshest fish. Oh, and fun live music shows almost every afternoon. Fishing in our quite canal was good times, too. Many local places to put in kayaks and find real nice fishing spots or sightseeing; out there for hours. Then coming back to warm showers, easy scrumptious fresh seafood dinners, relaxing tv, and luxurious bed time felt wonderful. Whenever wanted to be pampered, good choices of restaurants real close or just up road 10 - 15 miles to quaint St. James City. The nearby clean and lengthy bike trails and many verdant park walking trails made exercise fun for folks & pup. The bestest thing are the owners, Valerie & Wayne! Their genuine, generous consideration made this vacation feel like coming to a fine second home. We'll be back!!

Beautiful home. Nice pool. Could’ve used a few more kitchen necessities like dish soap and foil. Looks like brand new construction. Secure fence to let the dog free.

The home was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. Very quiet safe neighborhood, took several walks. The pool was great!

We spent two weeks at this property. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and lanai which is surrounded by local wildlife and birds. A very peaceful spot. There were plenty of chairs, pool floats, etc available to use at the beach. The beach requires a drive. So having a portable pushcart to tote all the beach gear was very helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. The location was central to restaurants. Since our visit was during high season the island is very busy. It was our first visit to the area. Felix’s place is a lovely home.

We loved our stay at Angela's place. So wonderful to arrive and have everything we needed. Quick run to the grocery store and instant relaxation. The outdoor space was wonderful and appreciated access to the bikes and kayaks. Our kids loved the heated pool and pool table. The house was very clean, stocked with everything you could need and very comfortable. Angela was quick to get back to us when we needed to reach her. Would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Bonita Springs. We had a great week!

My partner and I absolutely agree that Estella's place was the best place we ever stayed. She makes you feel right at home and had milk, water, juice, coffee, snacks, bagels, and more. She truly goes above and beyond as a host. It was extremely clean and organized. We enjoyed the heated private pool, beach equipment and her lovely property. The brand new California king bed was dreamy.. we wish we could have brought it home. lol We will definitely be visiting again, hopefully for longer than 4 days. Thank you for everything you do and for the lovely conversations.

Had a wonderful stay at this fabulous place! This was my first experience with an AirB&B and it was great. I’m really picky about cleanliness, and I didn’t find one thing I had to “re-clean” myself! Location was awesome - we walked to Sam Snead’s restaurant in 2 minutes. This unit has everything you could possibly need - every kind of utensil, pan, glassware, etc. Every outdoor thing you might need - umbrella, fishing rod, pool tools, you name it. It was quiet, it was safe and I’m already rebooking for next year! Terrific place- would totally recommend!

Very nice little place to stay. Perfect for me and my pup. The fenced in yard was great!! Very clean and orderly. The bed was comfy and had all the listed amenities. It was cool at night 65 degrees or less so the temp was fine in the stay but there is no temperature control in the apartment. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom but no AC or heat control. Just be aware of this if you book but I was never uncomfortable. The area was very peaceful in a neighborhood. The owner was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time and had a lot in common..beautiful home and easy access to anything in Cape Coral, Ft.Meyers and Punta Gorda..would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was adorable, bathroom was clean- loved the rain fall shower head! Breakfast was out the next morning by the time we asked and it was fresh, hot, and delicious! Also, in walking distance Publix. Would recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone staying in the area! Thank you for your hospitality!

Diane's hospitality is an 11 out of 10... don't pass up on breakfast and just sit an enjoy the company, the birds, and the view! We were only in the area for a one-night stay but were able to enjoy two local restaurants and grab a coffee from a local coffee shop before heading to our next destination. Our next visit to Matlacha will be a longer stay!

Had an amazing stay at Heather and Jesse’s lush oasis! Their home is beautiful, and they’re wonderful hosts—warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. An added bonus: their two sweet pups make the experience even better! I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay in Naples.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Heather's home with my mom for a short, yet truly memorable vacation. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in—making it hard to leave! The serene outdoors provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation, and chasing peacocks for a photo was an unexpected highlight. We would be thrilled to stay with Heather again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat :)
