Beach condo vacation rentals in Naples

The condo has been recently remodeled and is beautiful and very clean - one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many thoughtful touches, and we cooked several meals during our stay. King bed was comfortable (we did not use the other beds). Being so close to the beach was fantastic! This was our first time on Sanibel and we loved it, in spite of being there during unusually cold weather. Definitely hope to return and would love to stay in this condo again!

Cindy has gone above and beyond in what she provides with her places. The furnishes and decor are beautiful and high quality. The bed is comfortable, everything you could ever want or need is available in the kitchen, there are all sorts of bathroom and toiletries supplied and the sheets and towels are very nice. The location is close to the beach and so many beach items are available to take to the beach. We have stayed at MANY Airbnbs but this one was tops!

Great view, wonderful location. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. The condo was really nice with a great balcony. Pool conveniently located. The internet had some issues but overall the condo was fabulous. It was just my wife and me but the condo was very spacious and would have held many more easily.

Thomas was a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and see on the island. The condo was clean and spacious and the location is convenient to the restaurants and shopping. The ocean view was amazing!

We really enjoyed the condo and it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, plus we were pleasantly surprised with supplies that we did not expect! (beach wagon, portable beach chairs , fishing equiptment,etc). We had a few questions come up and Fred responded literally in minutes. Great place, great experience.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Beach View Getaway at Gullwing Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, Lisa proved to be the best host anyone could ask for. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met promptly and efficiently. The property itself exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a perfect home away from home. There was construction still going on but that didn’t stop the overall charm of the condo, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in Fort Myers. Thank you, Lisa, for making our trip so memorable.

The condo was super clean and had all the amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was great for exploring the beach area of Fort Myers. Decor is nice and condo layout convenient. Parking spots are a bit difficult due to their location near the dumpster.

WHY? Oh, WHY..would you spend the same dollars for a hotel ROOM, miles from the beach when you can have a THREE bedroom, TWO bath, fully equipped kitchen, LARGE space.. biking distance [for a fit person!] from the beach in a quiet environment with a small and mostly private pool!!?? A super plus for some people who are light sensitive sleepers is the bonus of hurricane shutters that can be closed for complete darkness. Beats "black-out" light seeping drapes every time! When we stayed the primary bedroom mattress was not great for us but by the time you stay may be replaced...or..not a concern for YOU as those items tend to be personal preference. Quiet, small community in a great location for access to beach, restaurants, and shopping. A "no brainer".

Simply perfect! Beautifully decorated, impeccable taste, clean, convenient, quiet, well-equipped, great location! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay anymore than we did. We will for sure be back.

We loved Kelly’s gorgeous condo, especially the amenities for children: pack and play with sheets, high chair, wagon, pool floaties/toys, books, carpeted living room area, etc. Beautiful view of pool and ocean. Kelly was an excellent host and communicator prior to and during our stay. Kelly has thought of everything you may need during your stay and has them all stocked (kitchen, bathroom, laundry, pool/beach items). Easy check-in process and she let us know when it was ready for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. The live music right outside of our door was a great perk, and we were able to walk to some of the local restaurants as well. Would definitely go back!

Kelly’s place was perfect! Very quiet at night, great atmosphere, very low key not a bunch of party people in the other units. Great restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable, furnishings were very good. The view of the gulf was amazing from the ninth floor as was the coastline. We’re are very happy we picked this unit and will definitely come back on our next trip to Fort Myers Beach.

Wonderful location. So much better than a local hotel. Walking distance to the beach and too many awesome restaurants. The unit was so quiet and relaxing we were really impressed. It was exactly what we hoped it would be.

We absolutely loved Pauline’s Airbnb. There is an amazing restaurant on the premises and the pool is fantastic! The condo itself was comfy, we loved the bed and couch! Don’t have enough good things to say about this place! Definitely 5 stars!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Yenny's place. It was beautiful and very comfortable to live in. Great location - close to many restaurants, grocery shopping and the beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Yenny answered our questions promptly and was very helpful. We highly recommend staying at Yenny's place and we would definitely stay there again.

We love Sanibel. Nancy’s place met our needs very well. It is an easy walk to the beach and very comfortable. We were very happy to be able to have our two little dogs with us for a very reasonable fee.

Had a nice time, the sunny weather cooperating of course helped. The condo was clean and as described. Paul was very responsive on the few times I contacted him.

We can definitely see why people want to come back to Cynthia & Roger's place. The location was perfect for our needs. Their home was immediately comfortable and relaxing. The big windows, view and amenities were fantastic. We loved seeing interesting photos and the decorative touches. They put extra thought into routine necessities that people forget to bring, like bug spray placed by the back door, an umbrella by the front door, kleenex and hand sanitizers in a central location, etc., etc. So many "little" things that show thought and caring. What a wonderful, relaxing visit. Thank you!

Caihlin was an amazing host! Her place is beautiful and in a great location! She saved us at the last minute when our other condo turned out to be not what we expected. We lived our stay! She is extremely responsive and friendly. Well stocked kitchen, paddles, racquets, beach chairs. Everything needed for a relaxing fun vacation! I would highly recommend this location!

We enjoyed the condo-it was clean and centrally located. I also appreciate that the unit had beach chairs and towels, an umbrella and a cooler. It’s a bit pricey considering we were at the end of the season but you are paying for a central location and ability to walk to the beach.

We loved the Florida feel and vibe to this place. It was located close to all the things to do in Marco island and close to the Everglades and Naples. Just a short trek to the beach too. It was wonderful that beach chairs, towels and a cooler were all provided too.
