We loved our stay at the Boucher Beachcoma!! The house was beautiful, everything looked brand new, very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. It was very well stocked and great amenities. Good location close to everything. Elise was extremely friendly, helpful, communicative and accommodating to work with through our time renting with her. Would absolutely stay here again!!

it is a nice comfy house esp for a family. Swimming pool and game room down in the basement would be alot of fun for kids to keep them busy at day time and night time. Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc are all right there esp. only like less than 5 to 15 minutes drive and also less than 25 minutes drive to go to north Falmouth or Wood Hole. They have a nice downtown with many stores, restaurants, bowling ally, etc which that is only less than 15 minutes drive from the house Also taking a walk from the house to the beach is so beautiful esp morning time. i walked every morning, and love every bit of the walk. It rained once during our vacation week and rest were sunny days for the rest of the week. We were lucky to have the good weather. Anyway, the house is approximately about less than a mile and half from the beach. Driving to Chetham is about little a hour drive from the house. To Provincetown, about 1 hour and 45 minutes drive.

Rodrigo‘s place was excellent. It is spacious and clean and has everything that you would need for a Vineyard visit. You are in someone’s backyard but it is still very quiet - except for the roosters - but even that was more charming than irritating. I would absolutely stay there again.

Ananta was very communicative and proactively helpful. Her residence was very accommodating for a family of 6 plus a cat. We all really enjoyed our stay. P.S. Thank you for the welcome snacks and the plant!

Have stayed here more than once. Will def stay again. Very accommodating, very clean. Instructions are straight forward and the house is exactly as described. Walking distance to Morning Glory. They provided bikes and chairs as well. Nice quiet place for a small family. Thank you!

This place is everything you see in the pictures and more! Location is perfect - in a quiet enough neighborhood but a short walk from scenic falmouth ocean views and beaches and a short drive from downtown Falmouth for shops and restaurants. The pool is in excellent condition, clean and even though the weather didnt cooperate during our visit, the water was warm enough to enjoy even in 50 degree weather. The bedrooms are roomy and there are lots of unique cozy places to socialize for mid to large families or groups. The house is immaculately clean and Susan is perfect as a host - super responsive, prompt and flexible.

Prescott’s house is such a relaxing place to stay with a big group. The house has a very pretty view and is very clean and peaceful. We are very grateful for such a nice stay at this beautiful house. The BBQ outside didn’t work great but other than that we had a wonderful time! Thank you Prescott.

This rental is exactly as described with accurate pictures. It was recently renovated with all new furnishings, new kitchen, appliances and baths. Our family enjoyed the brand new outdoor deck, picnic tables, gas grill, swing and s’mores by the fire pit. Unfortunately it was too chilly to use the pool. The kitchen had all supplies to make a large pasta meal. Our daughter ran the Falmouth Road race and so Sunday was a bit chaotic and the owner gave us flexibility to check out a bit later, which was a huge help!!. A wonderful family vacation!! Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed for a 3 day take a break and relax visit and Paul and Katie's place was just perfect. It is beyond wonderful in its description and so beautifully maintained. We are so grateful to have found this amazing haven. From soaking in sunshine through all the big windows, playing a board game next to the fire, relaxing in the peace and beauty of the home and walking along the paths down to the water, this amazing gem is already a place we have a place in our hearts for and will look forward to returning.

Michael is a great host with a phenomenal property. The house was clean, the amenities are great, the pool was warm (we were there at the end of September when highs were in the mid-60s), kitchen is well equipped, and the location is great. We were a group of 3 families - 6 adults and 5 kids - and the layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. Each floor has its own main bedroom, it's own bathroom, plus ample extra space for a crib, pack n play, mattress, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better setup. Unfortunately for our stay the weather didn't cooperate with nearly non-stop rain, but we still had fun in the house (great spaces for movie watching, games, and ping pong), at the nearby children's museum, the beach, and Mashpee commons. We'll be back for sure!!

It was a great stay. Already booked again. I read the reviews (complaints) and had concerns about cleanliness, laundry at checkout, and spiders. No issue at all! There was 1 spider outside, and the house was spotless. Checkout expectations were perfectly reasonable and doable. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you off-the place was awesome and the beds were more comfortable than my bed at home!

There should be more than 5 stars for this lovely property and its hosts!!! We were three couples vacationing for the first time on the Cape and this charming home was perfect for us. Conveniently located to serve as home base for many excursions we felt immediately at home. We each had our own themed bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. All common areas including the sun porch and outdoor deck were fantastic places to gather and enjoy our time together. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. As only one example, on a rainy day the host proactively contacted us wth suggestions on things to do in the event of rain on the Cape. We so appreciated this thoughtful gesture and there were many more. When I think about it, this really sums up why we had such a wonderful time. Everything about this property speaks to how much these hosts care about their guests! Hope to return one day. Thank you!

Amazing house with three bedrooms in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Stephen was a great communicator. The house lets you feel comfortable from the very first minute. You have everything that you need (kitchen is fully equipped, nice gas fire place, garden, veranda etc.). It was super clean. Great day trips possible to explore the wonderful island. We can definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pineapple House! The neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful, perfect for peaceful morning walks with our dogs. We spent countless hours relaxing on the patio, soaking in the breeze and the serene atmosphere—it was truly a little slice of paradise. The location couldn’t have been better; a ten-minute drive to town meant we could get there at a moment's notice, but we were also just two minutes from Madaket Beach, where we witnessed some of the most stunning sunsets we've seen in a long time.  The house was impeccably appointed, with every detail thoughtfully looked after. It felt like a home away from home, and we’re already missing it! We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to return. Thank you, Adam, for making our stay so memorable!

Incredible house in a fantastic location! It was the perfect place for a special family vacation! The upstair space had incredible views and plenty of room for us to gather, eat, relax and discuss the days adventures! An awesome experience was had by all!

Great central location to points in all directions! Very comfortable stay for a family of 5. The outdoor shower was a major plus!

nice place and nice location, near bowling and bars and restaurants. The basement was mostly unused as it does not have a bedroom. Some rooms very small where the door could not fully open. Nicely decorated and the heated floors in the main bath was a plus. Tight squeeze but our group of 7 fit.
