Beachfront vacation rentals in Nantucket

Beautiful apt for a couple! You can see and fall asleep by the ocean. My husband and I stayed for a wedding, but we'll definetely be back in the summer to take advantage of the pool to teach our baby how to swim!

Perfect stay - just be sure to bring or order sheets and towels!

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The space was incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Patrick’s place was absolutely perfect! We made great use of the kitchen with no problem whatsoever. We really appreciated the nearby trail to get some fresh air and enjoyed being close to a grocery store for cooking meals. Highly recommend this place if you want a quiet laidback place to rest and refit!

I loved our stay . The place inside was bigger than I was expecting. They have so many dishes, glasses, towels, blankets, chairs, etc to use. The place was great, just wish our weather was better. Thank you for being so helpful before and during our stay . Hope to return next year .

We had a great time! Everything was as advertised we booked last minute and ended up finding this beautiful tiny home. They were very accommodating allowing us to check in early when we unintentionally got there earlier than we expected. My wife and two year old son had a blast and we look forward to coming back soon!

Great location right on the beach.. the sun rose at 5:00am right off the ocean and into the condo's window. Very nice for 2 people looking for down time, bikeable, walkable, great restauraunt 1/2 mile down the beach. Staff on hand was very helpful in answering questions.. I'd go back there again next June

Beautiful place to spend a couple of days with my family while on school vacation. House was well maintained with outstanding views and excellent space. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend. We hope to return in the future.

Perfect for a family with little ones. They loved the bunk beds and going to ocean edge using the amenities that were given. Will continue to look at chris's spot when coming back to the cape.

First, Art was great to work with: near immediate helpful responses. The home is as described but still bigger than we imagined. Second was the location: right on Sands pond with a dock and boats we could use. It's on the end of a cul de sac with direct access to hiking trails and cranberry bogs that the dog (and us) really appreciated! Easy access to all Cape attractions - you can't go wrong with picking this home for your Cape experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the Front Cottage on Monomoscoy Island. a very cozy and comfortable space for our family of four + pup. We spent a 3-day weekend for my birthday. Slight mixup when we arrived but Ann was very responsive and everything was cleared up quickly. We really appreciated that. Takeout from nearby Moto Pizza the first night was spectacular. Day 2 was breakfast at Moonakis Cafe and a stop at Coffee Obsession in Falmouth, definitely recommend both of those. We took in the winter beach scenery at Mashpee town beach in the afternoon and then snacks, games, and beer flights at Bad Martha's - such a fun spot! Movie on the cozy couch and ice cream sundaes later for my birthday. Day 3 was sleet / rain so we stayed in with coloring books, board games and puzzles, watched the rain on the water and the ducks playing. It cleared up enough in the evening for the grownups to enjoy the hot tub. Checkout was easy and late enough for us to have a relaxing final morning!

We have a view from the living and bedroom of the ocean. The place is sparkle clean, has everything you need. Instructions are clear and hosts responsive!

Great little place right on the beach . . .we had everything we needed and a basement full of things i case we forgot something. Very nice and comfortable. The dogs had a great time!!

We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

We had such an amazing time at Anne’s beachfront cottage. My girlfriend, pup and I spent about a week there to celebrate my birthday and staying here while on the island made it such a stress free trip. The house was well-stocked with supplies, towels, and pantry items that we would have otherwise forgotten to bring. The LOCATION was unbeatable, close to everything while still being secluded from the main road. The backyard views were immaculate, sitting on the beach for the sunset and enjoying the breeze, playing in the water with the dog. We all loved it! My only minor complaint is that the beach got a bit dirty with seaweed by the end of our stay, but I know that’s unavoidable due to the position within the cove. We would definitely come back for a future stay on the Vineyard!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

We were very happy with our stay. The space was spotless and sparkling clean. We found it charming, cozy and inviting. Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable and check in a breeze. Our host Steven, was very responsive. 5 stars. We’ll be back!

We just got home from Sunkissed Cottage and we already miss it! It was so relaxing and peaceful! We loved the view of the water! It was extremely windy and chilly while we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks! Everything was so clean and nicely decorated! Meg also gave a huge list of things to do and restaurants/ markets which was a huge help. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Truly professional hosts that care about their visitors. Little things like coffee and creamer at the ready, as well as a gift waiting for you. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Literally steps to the beach which our k9 enjoyed as well. We'll be back...

My family & I have been vacationing at Larry’s Historic Arcade for the past 7+ years. It is in the most perfect spot located right on Circuit Ave in the heart of Oak Bluffs. There are many stores and restaurants located on this road and it’s super convenient to have a market right across the street for any last minute essentials. We always rent the third floor apartment. It is very spacious and has a full size bed, a loft with 2 twin size beds and a pull out couch. It also has 2 decks. One over looking circuit ave and one on the other side with a grill. The house has WiFi, 2 mini splits (for ac or heat) a tv and a full kitchen. I highly recommend booking Larry’s Historic Arcade. It has everything you need and more. Thank you Larry for providing the perfect vacation spot for me and my family. We are already looking forward to next year!
