Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the upstairs apartment was very clean. There is quick access to local beaches and restaurants. We would stay again!

We sought quiet for our Cape Cod extended weekend and we found it at this cottage. Dead end street in lovely, quiet neighborhood, with easy path through woods at end of street to walk to small public beach. For those with small children, know that the beach has a playground and clean bathrooms with generous hours. The dead end street is perfect for kid (or adult) bike riding. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with the bonus of AC in case of heat wave. The host is very responsive.

A minor communication glitch between host and cleaners meant two of the beds had not been made and probably a general cleaning between guests wasn't done. Fortunately the property was already very clean and the guests before me must have been, too. Everything else was in order. When I let the host know, she immediately contacted the cleaners while I went out for groceries. By the time I got back, the place was perfect and the cleaners were gone. I don't think this is a regular occurrence at all. In October this neighborhood was very quiet, which is a priority for me. And I felt very safe, which is also important. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week staying at Melissa and George’s Airbnb. The place was the perfect size for our family, a great place to hang out in between activities and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was heavenly and perfect for drying wet stuff from the beach. Lots of great amenities (chairs, boogie boards, etc) to use as well for our many trips to the beach and nearby lakes. Plenty of games to choose from too. The foosball table in the basement was a nice bonus. The hosts gave helpful recommendations and there was plenty of fun things to do within a short drive. Would highly recommended this place!

We had a really great stay and it was perfect for our group of friends to enjoy a wedding that was nearby. The home is comfortable and perfect for cooking and hanging out. Loved the backyard. The bed (at least the one in the master bedroom) was super comfortable for my bad back. Be sure to bring shampoo etc and you’ll have a wonderful time.

The house was very clean and spacious. The backyard was so nice it had plenty of seating and also shade. The outdoor shower was my favorite it had good water pressure and had a great changing area.

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

My two friends and I were looking for a peaceful place near to the beach and to restaurants and Haiyan’s place was perfect. It’s on a quiet residential street and at night the stars are beautiful! Haiyan’s instructions were easy to follow. The house was clean and exactly what we needed.

Julie’s place was wonderful! She was so kind and spoke to me well before my arrival. The house was very easy to find, conveniently located to Coast Guard Beach, which was so nice we loved it. Perfect location to P-town, above 25 minutes. She made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond and even got me a little welcome gift. We felt right at home at Julie’s place. We will definitely be back!

You won't find more responsive hosts - literally within minutes. Check-in and communication throughout was great. And it's the first rental I've ever seen that had REAL toilet paper! IYKYK! They were super clear about everything. The only small issue we had was with the AC. It's listed as Central AC, which it has but only on one floor. This wasn't a big deal because it was later in the season but if it was in the middle of the summer it would have been an issue. The first floor didn't get any of the AC and just cracking the door from the upstairs wasn't really sufficient to cool it down, even at night. Again, not a problem around Labor Day when we were there but in mid-July I don't think it would have been very comfortable to sleep there. But other than that, a great stay in a great location.

My party of 4 adults was completely satisfied with Nicola's property. The house is exactly as described, very cozy and comfortable. It's in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach. We found the house to be well-outfitted with everything we needed. There was good sightseeing and dining options within a reasonable distance, even in off-season. Nicola was extremely helpful and responsive, although we needed nothing from her once we arrived. Highly recommended. We would stay at this property again.

Our stay was a pleasant experience. Host messaged us a week before with instructions and a welcome email - so helpful! Communication was great. Clear check-in/check-out instructions given. Beds & bedding were very comfortable and cozy, towels were soft. Ample toilet paper and towels. Garage parking for 2 cars was helpful. Great place to stay with a family. Will rent again!

The house is great for a group trip. It's roomy, charming, and in the perfect location if you want to walk to downtown Edgartown or use the local buses to navigate the island. The large back deck and outdoor shower were huge pluses! Nishi was kind, communicative, and offered flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which helped our travel plans run smoothly.

The house was in great condition and walking distance to the beach. It had plenty of room for all seven of us and was a great getaway to the cape.

Beautiful comfortable home, had all the amenities needed for a stay, great communication and suggestions of things to do in the area. Cute pond right on the street, nice quiet safe neighborhood for a stroll, close to the highway, and easy to travel to the other parts of the cape.

Very beautiful place the only negative is it’s not a four bedroom it’s really a three bedroom with a sun porch with a pull out couch. Very clean and close to a beach at the end of the st. Very quiet. Definitely would go back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect for two people. We could walk into town easily and was central to everything we wanted to do and see.
