Perfect location. Modern cottage. block off Main St. Cozy for 2, gas burning fireplace & AC. Well-equipped, open floor plan, lvg room/galley ktch/dining/ full bath WD down. Upstairs, queen bdr. and 1/2 bath. Private outdoor deck. Outdoor shower too! Beach chairs & towels, tote, cooler, umbrella, hair blower, iron. We care about the details like ironed sheets, good pillows, new mattress, & fluffy towels.! We don't provide parking & discourage bringing a car. Parking at a premium in season.

Brant Point Studio in heart of town

Studio apartment, in Nantucket Harbor, walking distance to all restaurants, boutiques, and museums and Jetties and Children's Beaches!! It is great for 2 people, (but can technically sleep 4 tightly). There is a Murphy Bed/full size mattress and a queen pull out sofa. Ample kitchen, fully equipped with full refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, dishwasher. Nice bathroom tub/shower. Private entrance and private side screened porch. TV w/ cable, shared laundry room and outdoor grills.

We spent a wonderful Christmas Stroll weekend at Jennifer's place. The house was excellent for five adults and two small children. It had ample space to spread out, clean bathrooms (with plenty of hot water), and comfortable beds. It's a short walk into town for easy access to shops, grocery store, restaurants, and the ferry. We enjoyed our stay!

Benjamin was very quick at responding and attentive to our needs. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Location was great because it was just a 15 min walk to downtown and the store was 10 min walk. We had a situation after checkout and even after we left the property, he was willing to help.

This is an ideal spot, centrally located. It felt as though every destination, from downtown to Skonset, was 7 minutes away. The home is quiet, comfortable, spacious. The hosts are 100 % responsive. There is a lovely sitting area outside, to catch your breath after touring the island, prior to your next adventure.

Our stay at 260 Madaket Road was perfect. The house was walking distance to the shuttle to town. Short distance from the beach and the beautiful Nantucket sunsets. Michael was very responsive with our questions and was a great host. Would look to stay again next summer.

If you’re visiting Nantucket staying at Connor’s is a must do. Very charming and super close to the beach. Quite neighborhood which is a great escape from how busy downtown can be. Nothing beats listening to the waves as you fall asleep instead of a sound machine.

The cottage is absolutely charming! While it's cozy in size, it’s incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed. The space was spotless and very well-maintained. The highlight for us was definitely the outdoor patio, with its cozy firepit and grill—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We made the most of this space, which really enhanced our stay. We had another wonderful stay at Susan‘s! This is our second time staying at her place for the Nantucket Christmas stroll and we had another great experience. Susan’s apartment is beautiful, bright, spacious and private. It is walkable to Cisco brewery. The decor is beautiful and the accommodations very comfortable. Susan was very flexible with check-in and gave us lots of helpful local suggestions. I am sure we will stay there next time that we are in town for stroll. Thank you, Susan!

Karen and Seth were wonderful hosts. They were there to greet us upon arrival and provided several local recommendations for beaches, restaurants and how to use the Wave shuttle. Their cottage was perfect for a 2-night/3-day mother-daughter getaway. Great location- less than 2 miles from our fav restaurant, Millie’s! Highly recommend this place for 2-3 singles, a couple with young kids or a couple traveling alone. Wonderful find!

Geoffery was so great to work with! In fact, when it looked like weather was going to force us to stay on the island an extra night, Geoffery worked with us to help find a solution and a place to stay that extra night. His timely communication was essential and so appreciated! The house is the perfect representation of old Nantucket and was so charming. There was plenty of space and we loved the secluded deck/courtyard space. We hope to come back soon.
