Beach house vacation rentals in Nantucket

A minor communication glitch between host and cleaners meant two of the beds had not been made and probably a general cleaning between guests wasn't done. Fortunately the property was already very clean and the guests before me must have been, too. Everything else was in order. When I let the host know, she immediately contacted the cleaners while I went out for groceries. By the time I got back, the place was perfect and the cleaners were gone. I don't think this is a regular occurrence at all. In October this neighborhood was very quiet, which is a priority for me. And I felt very safe, which is also important. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

Deena could not have been a more responsive and accommodating host. The house was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach every morning. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see. We visited Nantucket, Provincetown and Martha’s Vineyard, but the house would also be perfect if you want to do nothing but enjoy the beach and relax.

This house was perfect for a fall getaway weekend for my family. The owners have done a lovely job renovating--kitchen is gorgeous and seems brand new, the shower is the best I've had in any Airbnb, better than home! The beach was gorgeous, right out the door and we loved long walks with our dogs where we would see barely anyone else. Couches and chairs in the living room were very comfy and we had lovely cozy evenings playing games and watching TV. We will definitely be back!

The home is in a beautiful location! Beautiful views of the water, private beach, and within walking distance of the Cape Cod Canal. Calvin was very responsive and a great host. The home was clean and just like the pictures. We would stay there again! I highly recommend the home!

Jack's place was a great spring getaway for our family (2 adults + 2 kids and a grandpa). It is very nicely decorated, spacious and seconds from Kingsbury beach. Nice sea view from the upstairs lounge, the sunsets never disappoint! Unfortunately the weather was still too cold for enjoying the very nice garden at the back.

We had the most wonderful time! The walk to the beach was so easy and it was exactly the peaceful, relaxing trip we were looking for. Would definitely go again!

Great house with enough space for a group of 10!

We had a great weekend …close to the beach, close to the wedding (why we came!) and room for everyone! The only thing that would make it better would be including linens!!

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Very nice house and location, definitely spacious and able to sleep 10 comfortably. Look forward to checking out their other properties when I have less people in our party

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The space was incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. it is a nice comfy house esp for a family. Swimming pool and game room down in the basement would be alot of fun for kids to keep them busy at day time and night time. Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc are all right there esp. only like less than 5 to 15 minutes drive and also less than 25 minutes drive to go to north Falmouth or Wood Hole. They have a nice downtown with many stores, restaurants, bowling ally, etc which that is only less than 15 minutes drive from the house Also taking a walk from the house to the beach is so beautiful esp morning time. i walked every morning, and love every bit of the walk. It rained once during our vacation week and rest were sunny days for the rest of the week. We were lucky to have the good weather. Anyway, the house is approximately about less than a mile and half from the beach. Driving to Chetham is about little a hour drive from the house. To Provincetown, about 1 hour and 45 minutes drive.

We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay so much! The neighborhood is adorable for walking and our little one loved the playground right down the road. The house is so quiet yet so close to downtown and beaches. Will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this cute unit. It was at the perfect location, conveniently close to the beach and a number of attractions. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. It was comfortable and felt like home. The host was also very communicative, accommodating, and welcoming!

Excellent home. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Beds weee comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Highly recommend.

Gino’s place was super clean and comfortable and matched the description. The kitchen was well appointed and equipped with all the essentials plus some nice extras; ice cream scoop, corn holders etc…. We were able to have another family over for dinner without an issue. The neighborhood was quiet on a non thru street, but not so quiet that a couple kids running around outside seemed out of place. Gino was super responsive and helpful and we would be happy to stay there again.

This house is absolutely divine. I wish I was an author and needing quiet time and a cup of tea to write. It is clean, spacious, and perfect for families looking for a weekend getaway with kiddos!

We rented both sides of the duplex. It was perfect for us and our extended family a total of 12. The grill was large enough to accommodate enough food for all of us. The back yard was private, had blue tooth speakers and a picnic table with gas fire pit. The location is walking distance to the public beach. Our family had a very comfortable stay and I would recommend this property.

If you're planning a Cape getaway with a large family, this home is an absolute gem! We had both homes on the property, and it worked out perfectly—one for the early risers and the other for the night owls. The homes were incredibly clean and offered plenty of outdoor space. The property is surprisingly large for the Cape, with expansive outdoor areas to enjoy, and the outdoor shower was the best I've ever experienced—spacious and very private. Both homes were fully stocked with everything we needed to cook in, which we did a few times, and everything worked flawlessly. Even though it's on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal, and we always felt peaceful. I’m very particular about where I stay, but this home checked all the boxes. I can't think of a single negative. Dom, the property manager, was fantastic—super responsive to all our questions and truly a top-notch host! I hope this property continues to be available because I will definitely be back!

The home was really great just as advertised and my family members felt right at home. Many family memories were made the back yard fire pit and grill was perfect for relaxing and laughing in the evening The beach and beautiful scenery just added to the experience two thumbs up from our littlest family member of 9 months who looked forward to his stroller ride to the beach every day Location was terrific close to Falmouth shops restaurants and ferry to Martha’s Vineyard Tam was very responsive and a great host We really enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend to other families
