Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mosteiros

I've stayed in hundreds of airbnbs and this was definitely one of the best. Even though it was just two of us, there was plenty of room for much larger groups. The apartment is centrally located and less than a 10 minute walk to the town and the beach. We had no issues finding parking in front of the apartment. The wifi worked great (~136Mbps) for two digital nomads that needed to have reliable internet. Guido was very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ponta Delgada

We had a great time staying in Água de alto. The house was perfect for our group and Selma was an excellent host with lots of great recommendations. The house was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The view is amazing and the stairs to the beach are just outside the gate. The location was central to a lot of the things we wanted to do with short drives into Villa Franca, Ponta Delgada, Furnas, and Ribeira Grande. We can’t wait to come back! PS The road into the property is tight, but we were able to fit a small rental SUV with the mirrors tucked.

Marie’s house is stunning, and we had a wonderful stay. It truly feels like a home away from home. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail make this place truly special, one of the best we’ve experienced in our travels. The house has everything: a fully equipped kitchen, an incredibly comfortable bed, a crib and high chair for our little one, and a bathroom stocked with everything we could need. The garden is gorgeous, and the energy of the house is magical. Marie spoiled us with a welcome basket and even personalized towels and the crib for our child. A huge THANK YOU! Every evening, she shared a new itinerary with us, offering invaluable advice. We can’t thank you enough, and we’re certain we’ll be back in the future! See you soon.😊

My family and I stayed for a week, they left and then friends joined me for a week - so 2 weeks in all. The pool was cool (it was january) but some did try. The hot tub was fabulous and was enjoyed by everyone. The house is spacious and perfectly clean and tidy with good supplies. The owners and the cleaning service were very helpful and responsive to any messages which was appreciated. The island is wonderful and we loved everywhere we visited.

It was our first real family vacation and I don't think we could have chosen better. The house is great for families or couples with kids. The super comfortable beds, large spaces and the house was designed for children. Allied to this a 5-Star hostess. Super accessible, always available and very friendly! I'll be back for sure!🙏🏼

Good location. Even time driving to east or west of the island.Not far from many attractions. Away from the city crowds. Quiet countryside setting. Florbela & Luis are friendly and respond quickly to communications. Would like to stay again.

Good house ande we had a good stay

Loved the place very convenient to everything and the city. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed , just wish there was air conditioning it was very humid . Sofia always responded very quickly when we had a question and we would definitely come back . I give this 5 stars 💗

Great place right on the edge of the center of town, very walkable and great views from the balcony! Highly recommend staying here, Gigi is very responsive and helpful with every need.

The apartment is really great! It's right in the historic city centre with a lot of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. There is also a free parking in the garage of the building. Everything is new with a very high standard. The two rooms are very spacious and have separate bathrooms. The highlight is the beautiful terrace with a nice view over the city and the sea.

Well I came back - what else do I have to say? However, if you‘ve got the choice: flat #3 is even better than flat #2

Isabel and José were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Even once there was something small to fix, they took immediate care of it to make sure we feel comfortable. The place is as spacious as described and the interior is very stylish and cosy. The apartment, also the kitchen, are very well equipped with all the amenities you might need in your everyday. The location of the place is super central and you can reach everything relevant in Ponta Delgada by foot.

The best appartment we have ever stayed in. So well appointed with everything provided you would ever need. Conceiçao is a kind and generous host. Her appartment is immaculate and spacious. The locality is quiet and walkable into Ponta Delgada. we will definitely be staying at Conceiçao's appartment again.

We had an excellent stay at Cláudia's place. Check in process was easy and easy access to the private parking. Location was central. Cláudia was very responsive and easy to contact. Kitchen came with all the basic appliances needed and towels/toiletries were provided. The shared terrace/patio area was very nice.

A spacious, stylish, bright apartment in the city center, where there is everything you need for a comfortable stay and a good rest during your trip. I recommend it to everyone who loves comfort in a pleasant atmosphere.

What a lovely stay we had at Pedro's! The accommodation is spotless and it is located a few minutes from downtown Ponta Delgada. A beautiful walk takes us along the sea, perfect for morning jogging. The terrace overlooking the sea view is beautiful. A crush!
