A lovely place to stay - quiet but with lots of parts of Norfolk easily accessible. Cottage had everything I needed and was warm and comfortable. Close to host's house, but still very private. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful few days at this charming cottage in the lovely village of Binham. Very well situated to explore this lovely area of north Norfolk. The local pub, only a 5 minute walk away does lovely food and is dog friendly. The cottage is well equipped and has a secure back garden for the dog.

We absolutely loved our Easter break! Jess's place is just great - very cosy, in a peaceful location, close to the locations we were planning to visit. Very easy to check in, all the instructions were clear, communication was great. We loved the place and would love to be back!

Church Cottage is absolutely beautiful both from the outside, with a wonderful, sunny garden, and the inside, which is beautifully furnished and comfortable. There is a huge amount of space with the two sitting rooms, dining room and 4 bedrooms, and the whole place is extremely well equipped. There is even a second fridge, as well as a freezer, washing machine, dryer and microwave. We had a wonderful time sitting in the "snug" in the mornings before moving onto the sunny patio, and getting comfy in front of the fire in the living room in the evenings. It's a short walk to the coastal path and to the seal trips at the quay, and an easy drive to restaurants and pub in Wells or Blakeney. Sadly, the Anchor pub right by the cottage seems to have closed down. The steam train from Holt was also a fun thing to do. We can all thoroughly recommend this beatiful cottage. Louise sent really clear instructions about how to find it and was super helpful in all her communications. A great host!
