This home was absolutely beautiful. Loved the kitchen and all of the amenities. The patio and fire pit are perfect for having a glass of wine and watching the sunset or making s'mores. The beds are very comfortable. I actually took pictures of the flooring to try to match for my own home. We will definitely book again.

Lovely place would love to be back

The airbnb is as described in the post. It was clean and easy to check in. Area felt safe, and David was very communicative. Kitchen is fully stocked with pans and spatula so you could easily cook if you wanted to. I do want to mention that the couch and bed are very soft, which I don't prefer, but that's just my personal preference. The airbnb was walkable to the Pismo state beach, but the beach does not have any walking path and has a lot of RTV rental vehicles. Because of that, I didn't end up spending much time at the beach.

We were thrilled with every aspect of this condo. This condo is comfortable, cozy, and well furnished. Our hosts were quick with responses. The beach and restaurants were steps away. We hope to visit this space again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for 4 adults and 4 kids. It was clean and everything in the listing was accurate. Very close boardwalk. Highly recommend.

Great location! Direct access to the beach and we did a bonfire with the pits provided. I wish we were there longer.

Quiet, clean, and beautiful views! Convenient proximity to the beach, which was very private and barely saw anyone there the whole time we were there. Us and our dogs enjoyed sitting out on the back deck watching the sunset each evening. If you bring a dog, I would recommend bringing a little baby gate or something to block off the stair way to the deck though. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but be sure to bring your own spices and cooking oils. They do provide salt and pepper though. We would definitely come back when we plan our next trip to the central coast!

This rental was the best we have stayed in while visiting Morro Bay. The location is amazing, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, shops, museums, kayak rentals and more. We had all of the amenities needed and especially enjoyed the comfy king sized bed, beautiful views of Morro Bay and the rock from the front patio, living room and bedroom, the large walk-in shower, and fireplace. We experienced proactive communication from Beach-N-Bay, and I liked how they immediately invited feedback regarding any maintenance needed. I highly recommend the La Roche rentals for your next Morro Bay vacation!

This place had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is so convenient to the beach, restaurants, and Farmer’s Market. We stayed in one evening to use the BBQ on the rooftop. Very fun! Everything was clearly communicated, and they checked in on us the first day to make sure everything was going well.

The condo was exactly what we needed for a long weekend with our 10 year old son and our poodle. We went to dinner the first night, cooked breakfast in the mornings, packed picnics for our beach trips, and bought local fish to make dinner the last 2 nights we were there. Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from the condo. Just walk right down to the beach and local shops. Very relaxing environment. We will definitely be back!

This spot is amazing. Tucked away and super easy to find. The space was exactly as advertised. Paige communicated very well and gave clear instructions. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting San Luis Obispo!

It was lovely! VERY comfortable beds and linens, and lots of haircare products and tools to choose from. The fancy couch was very comfortable, and accommodated us nicely. Everything worked. It was very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

The condo and location is beautiful. A lot to do and see. From sitting on the patio eating breakfast and watching the waves, to walking the beach and boardwalk. The description was spot-on. Olivia provided a list of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We tried several on her list and all were excellent. Most were within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and Olivia communicated the process clearly. Overall, this is a great getaway location that is clean, beautiful, and stress free experience. We plan on coming back again.

This property is safe, impeccable and included all the comforts of home while at the shore. Couldn’t help being drawn to the beach and pier since the views reminded you of how close they were. Plenty of dining options and close proximity to vineyards and Morro Bay. Definitely recommend to anyone vacationing here or visiting Cal Poly.

This is a marvelous place to stay right on Pismo Beach by the pier. The location could not be better. The condo itself is wonderful, especially with upper and lower patios looking right at the beach and the ocean. The home itself is clean an comfortable. We would definitely return. Our hosts were quite responsive. Good stay!

Nice condo near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a walkway right to the sand to walk out to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again, enjoyed it! There was also a pool and gym available, but we did not use those during our stay. Looked very nice as well. Just remember to take a key to get OUT of the gated community. If you don’t have a key, you’re pretty much looked in. Oh, and I can’t forget, it’s really close to the cinnamon roll place, so fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls whenever you want! Yum!
