This is my third year in a row staying at Brad's. I keep coming back because Brad is a great host and the location is perfect if you love surfing and wind-related water sports. On days when conditions aren't right for water sports, there's hiking trails in the area and the state park at Sebastian Inlet is only 15 minutes away. Early in stay my board was damaged from the surf (2nd year in a row!) but Brad stepped in again and did a professional repair that had me back on the water the next day. How many hosts can do that!

My stay at Linda’s Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, she was sweet, pleasant, and incredibly accommodating. Her hospitality truly made me feel at home. The space itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean, cozy, and so comfortable that I instantly felt relaxed. Every little detail showed how much care she puts into making her guests feel welcome. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay again!

Fabiola's private rooms and experience is always fantastic! Easy to check-in, access and convenient to all the Space Coast has to offer--Cocoa Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center. The accommodations are comfortable and clean, and Fabiola is super lovely and attentive to getting the stay perfect. I have been there 3 times-whenever I'm hitting Cocoa Beach, which is just a 25 min drive, and there is ample parking and security as well. Thank you as always, Fabiola and I look forward to my next stay!

We had a very nice stay with Jenice. The house was spacious with more than enough space for two couples. The pantry and refrigerator were well stocked for our month long stay. Our location gave us many options for dining out anywhere from 10-20 min. Jenice was always prompt to communicate when we had questions, offered local recommendations and checked on us often to be sure we had everything we needed. She is a great host.

We had the Best Stay in this lovely and spotless house. Enjoyed breakfast on their porch overlooking a huge garden. Ruby and Jerry are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. A plus is the location very close to Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral. We were fortunate to see a rocket launch of GOES-T which was very exciting. No need to stay in a hotel….this AirBNB is THE PLACE TO STAY with very comfortable beds and soft pillows. If we had to rate a 10 Out of 10 we would give this home a 100. 😀

We really enjoyed our stay at Jason's place. Check in was extremely smooth and straight forward. Jason had provided clear instructions that assisted with this. The place is very spacious and ideal for kids(pack and play and even a mini high chair included for the infants). Within a minute walk and you are to the beach. Pier is only another couple minute walk and recommendations that were provider were very good.

This airbnb deserves all the nice comments it has! Reality is better than the pictures (large room with nice decoration) and great attention to details makes you wanting for nothing (not even food, as homemade bread, fresh eggs and a variety of healthy snacks were available in the kitchen), plus Maria is very welcoming!

Felt like I was back at home with how comfortable I was there. Would definitely stay again

Karrie and Roan’s B&B was a wonderful find for a stay down the east coast of FL. Great location and a very cool and unique place to stay. The house and rooms were nicely decorated with themes. I had the Mardi Gras room on the first floor. Very quiet and private, well appointed and the continental breakfast was a welcome treat. Karrie was very accommodating of my unscheduled, late arrival and met me at the door. She’s a great host and committed to her guests having a great experience. I highly recommend for a stay in the area.

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The beach was about a 10-15 minute drive and they did have beach chairs and towels in your room. The outside grounds with a view of the creek and pool area are beautiful. Loved the chance to use Kayaks, fishing poles and hammocks. Yes, there is an active train track, but anywhere in that area would hear it. Loved the fresh eggs for breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

Absolute heavenly place to stay! Everything was in close proximity, mark and his wife make everything possible. The amenities were amazing, kayaks and fishing poles available for use, stocked kitchen, the pool, the private and quietness are all things that lead my fiance and I to have the most relaxing vacation we could have ever asked for. It killed our souls to have to leave. We felt connected to this place, like it was our home away from home. Our own little oasis. We will 100% be back again!

Frank and Elna are absolutely wonderful hosts! We enjoyed their beautiful place and would 100% visit again when we are in the area. They provided a nice array of breakfast options and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. They had local restaurant recommendations and menus, and even made sure we had all of our items ready for our cruise. Wonderful hosts and highly recommend!

My son and I had a great stay with Phil and Misty! The zebra room had everything that we needed. My son loved their animals and foosball table! Phil graciously picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the cruise port During our stay he offered to drop us off and pick us up wherever we went instead of Ubering. Also offering to join them for dinner. Definitely recommend! We will see you next cruise!! Diane and Tyler 🙂

Mark was a very very nice host that made check in very quick and easy! Not to mention the place was absolutely amazing with beautiful outdoor items and an amazing place to stay. Without a doubt would stay here again!
