The West Wing

**The West Wing is currently on the market for sale. Please be advised there may be showings during your stay. Please make sure the number of guests and pets match your reservation. This is our guest house. We live in the main house at the front of the property. The west wing is separate from us and has a separate fenced in courtyard with small grass area.

Make yourself at home in our updated 1930's bungalow. Located just a few blocks walk from all the shops & restaurants in downtown Melbourne. You'll only have a 5 minute drive to the beach! House has 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed and 2 twins. There is a large fenced backyard for you to enjoy. We are also right across the street from the library which has a small walking path filled with all types of birds. We do allow 1 dog with a $100 pet fee. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the house.

Spacious and pet friendly 2100 sq ft 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a quiet relaxing beachy feel. About a minute walk to the beach. Three full bedrooms with extra beds in the office and sitting areas. Plenty of stuff to do: surf/fish/kayak/paddleboard/beach sunrises/dolphins/beach bars/SpaceX launches/NASA/casino cruises/Ron Jon. Also very work from home friendly, with many private workspace area if you need to catch up on emails or attend a Zoom meeting.
