Merritt Island vacation rentals

Super convenient location & impeccably clean. It’s as central of a location as there is in Melbourne, making all the downtown restaurants & shops walkable + just over the causeway from the beach & only a couple miles from FIT’s campus. Simply for awareness, the only location drawback is being situated right on the main road through town, there is steady street noise, but we would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting our son at college. Thank you for the memorable visit!

Great place to stay for a peaceful getaway. Really enjoyed the dock! Lots of great areas around to enjoy nature. Hoping to return when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool! Overall a great stay.

We stayed at John's place for a wedding. John was friendly, helpful and responsive. It is a really cute place. The beach was a quick walk across A1A. The beach wasn't busy at all for a holiday weekend. We used the kayaks right on the little canal in the backyard. A momma dolphin and 2 babies swam around us a few times. Then at night we saw the dolphins feeding right near the dock. It was right out of National Geographic. I saw so many reviews mentioning the dolphins. I think John has a deal with the dolphins haha. Anyway, great place to stay would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks.

We had an amazing time!! The house was exactly what we wanted. Close to shops. All amenities available and heated pool and spa was a definite plus. Host was very prompt,helpful when needed…Would definitely recommend!!!

Location was perfect. Everything we needed was no more yhan 15 minutes away, including the beach. Place was comfy.

This unit is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Very clean and nice. The location is excellent. Within a few blocks of all the restaurants and lounges in downtown Cocoa Beach. Just a few blocks to the beach. The location is a block away from A1A - which means you do not have thousands of cars driving by day and night. Thus, this location is relatively quiet. That is exactly why I chose this property.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at Matthew’s beach house. The pool was fantastic, and each day we took advantage of the 3 minute walk down the street to Cocoa Beach!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Our stay at Cocoa Beach Villas was absolutely wonderful! The beachfront location is unbeatable—just a few steps away from the ocean. The condo unit was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed: a kitchen stocked with essentials, a cozy living room, clean linens, and a balcony that became our favorite spot. Watching the sunrise with coffee from the balcony was a highlight of our trip. The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of five. If you're looking for a relaxing, no-fuss beach vacation, Cocoa Beach Villas is the perfect destination. We'll definitely be back for another stay! Highly recommend.

Great house! The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood and easy walk or bike ride to the beach and shops/restaurants. The house had tons of space and everything a family would need/want for a fun getaway. The communication with the hosts throughout the stay was great and check-in/check-out was very easy. Really great, if not a short stay. Loved how relaxing and comfortable the house was. The super comfortable couch was a highlight. Had a fantastic dinner at Gregory’s. Highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay at Cocoa Beach and Drake was super nice and lovely to deal with.

Close to where we needed to be and convenient to major roads for travel.

This place worked out great for a replanned trip to Florida. Originally, we were supposed to stay elsewhere, but the hurricanes forced us to change and find this part of Florida. The unit itself was great. The pool was great. The beach access was great. We rented 3 units in this complex for an extended family get away. Lots of restaurants, etc. in the area.

Having never been to Merritt Island i did not know what to expect - after staying in this cottage I would definitely go back. The cottage has such a nice feel I wish we could have stayed longer. It is quiet, well decorated and clean. The space provides a separate work area and cozy lighting. The yard is a sanctuary. And the pier is the best place to watch the sunset.
