Tim is a very good host and the house was immaculate. Tim left perfect instructions and recommendations. Tim is a very responsive host also! Would definitely return and highly recommend Tim and his residence.

We were in town for my son’s destination wedding. We had plenty of space! Great being right on the canal and access to kayaks! The pool and hotub were a wonderful bonus when we had a little down time. Heather was great to work with.

We spent a month working remotely from Wayne's place and had a fantastic experience! The house is clean, quiet, very comfortable, and was nicely stocked with supplies and even some extra goodies. It has a nice layout for remote work, with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the other bedrooms on the opposite side, allowing both of us to take calls without disturbing the other person. I especially enjoyed the pool table in the garage! There are many coconut palms and other fruit trees in the well-kept yard. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores and other conveniences, around 20 minutes away from the beach. As far as hosts go, Wayne is in a class by himself! Very friendly and responsive, he checked-in on us occasionally to see if we needed anything, and when there were a couple of minor issues with the house he was on it immediately. The rental itself was a great value but was made even more valuable by Wayne's hospitality and accessibility.

Nice place and exactly what we needed for our single night stay! It's really close to lots of restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood; we could hear the distant train at times. A person was staying in the rented carport but was friendly and we hardly ever saw him.

I have no words to describe how GREAT this place was, everything was exactly as it said it would be!!

Best place by far that we have stayed in when visiting Cocoa Beach! We will be back!

We loved our stay! We wanted to be able to see and listen to the ocean anytime we wanted to and this unit was perfect. Only steps away from the water, it’s quiet, clean, not crowded, and the view was outstanding! We had ample room for five people and everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

This was a fabulous place to gather with family before a wedding. Loved the space - lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, and a fully outfitted kitchen. Hosts were helpful and responsive. Beach access was a short walk away and we enjoyed the sunrise.

We loved this adorable condo! Right on the beach and easy to access local sights and eats. Sam was very responsive to communication- we arrived a few days after hurricane Milton and he made sure we were up to date on need to knows.

This place worked out great for a replanned trip to Florida. Originally, we were supposed to stay elsewhere, but the hurricanes forced us to change and find this part of Florida. The unit itself was great. The pool was great. The beach access was great. We rented 3 units in this complex for an extended family get away. Lots of restaurants, etc. in the area.

The cottage is a wonderful place to relax from the hustle of the major hotel chains.I visit at least 2-3 times per year. My home away from home
