This place looked just like the photos. Beautiful and private. House itself was very spacious for just us 2. Loved the Google assist! Had a few issues with the grill but the host was super supportive and sent the handy man to help and filled the propane for the inconvenience. The pool and outside was great! Definitely will book again!!! Host was so nice and responsive.

Great place to stay for a peaceful getaway. Really enjoyed the dock! Lots of great areas around to enjoy nature. Hoping to return when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool! Overall a great stay.

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

We arrived from the cold North and were very pleased to relax and enjoy this location. The house is in a lovely neighborhood in a quiet setting, and all photos exactly represented what we found. It was a wonderful place to escape from Winter for a few days. The pool was enjoyable, although the Florida weather was a bit chilly and so was the water when we arrived. As Florida temps rose, the pool felt more comfortable too. Rooms are stunning and decor is so beautiful. I highly recommend this home for a large family looking to relax for a while.

This was a great stay!! Host was very helpful with recommendations on places to eat. I wish we could have stayed longer but we got on a cruise. The house was very clean, the snacks were a nice touch. Will for sure keep this place in mind any time we are in the area in the future!

Our family can barely believe how awesome our vacation in this place was. We did so many things in the area, cocoa beach, Melbourne beach to see a sunset and 5 days in disney world parks. So the location of the house is perfect. The place itself is so quiet and cozy, and it’s much bigger than mike’s photos makes it seem. Very high ceiling helps a lot. The yard is a special place, you can feel that at some point in the past someone was very obsessed with it. So many little details and different kinds of trees. The sunroom is nice too, gets quite hot in a typical july afternoon but it’s perfect in the morning. Mike even allowed us to collect a pineapple and some mangos (they were the best we ever had). Really you can’t go wrong with mike’s place, he is a responsive host and his home is perfect. We were 2 adults with our 3 kids (2,3,6 years old) and we had all the space we needed. I cooked all our meal in the kitchen that has everything one needs.

Comfortable home and great Hosts!

This place was amazing. We have rented a lot of houses on Airbnb and more often then not they don’t really live up to the expectations from description and pictures but this house exceeded them instead. We really value cleanliness and it felt really clean. The kitchen was really fully stocked and no problem using it for several meals a day. There was lots of toys, things for the beach and for the pool, what was different here is that everything was clean tidy and organised, you could really feel that the owner cared about the property and wanted guests to have the best stay possible. We have 3 kids ages 11, 6, 1 and they loved it, and so did me and my wife. I recommend this 100% and thank you to Sara for all help and hospitality

The rain was pouring on our check in day. They unlocked the door and put the keys on the counter right before we got there so it made bringing in luggage in the rain so much easier! Tony came out to meet us the next day and was very friendly and personable. We would definately stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! Our family of six had plenty of space to relax. The grandparents loved the private main-floor primary bedroom with an ensuite. A standout feature was the added privacy - no one above, creating a peaceful oasis. The other bedrooms were spacious, and the pack-and-play made travelling with our one-year-old easy. The bathtub was great for the kids, and our three-year-old loved her room. The second-floor primary suite, with a TV and ensuite, gave us a private retreat. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the home was spotless. We were thankful for the high chair and IKEA kids plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery. Beach towels, comfy beds, quality linens, and beach gear made our stay effortless. The pool table was used more often than we expected.! The backyard, with the outdoor kitchen, pool, and hot tub, was perfect. We opted to heat the pool which made it even better! The design was beautiful, and Marc was kind and responsive. We highly recommend this home!

Great stay in a really nice location, quiet neighborhood near to restaurants and beach. The house was spotless and very well appointed and also much more spacious than we expected. Would definitely recommend.

Have been staying at this house for several years for an annual girls trip and it never disappoints. The host is very responsive and the house is thoughtfully appointed and well designed.

Perfect home for us and our small dogs. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels including for pool. Easy bike ride to town.

Accommodation was excellent with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, toys, surf boards etc. for fun at the beach- which was a short 5 minute walk. Inside was well stocked with soaps, lotions, paper towels, plastic wraps, salt and pepper etc. Paul was quick in responding to ?? And very helpful. The garage was an added bonus. 5 Star rating for our stay.

Very clean home close to the beach, port, and restaurants. Alexander answered all my questions right away making it a great stay.

John’s place is a quiet retreat away from the busy areas but close enough to get there in a few minutes. And the three minute walk to the beach is wonderful. The place is clean and John was responsive but not at all overbearing. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it for others.

Anna was very responsive, house was as advertised in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Place was very clean.

Perfect for our large group. There is room for everybody to spread out. location is terrific and Joshua was super easy to work with. We will definitely be back again.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at Matthew’s beach house. The pool was fantastic, and each day we took advantage of the 3 minute walk down the street to Cocoa Beach!
