Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Melbourne

Stuart was very responsive, polite, and kind. Some transformers blew a block or so away on the first night of our stay which made the AC act strangely. We informed him and he made sure to send out a technician right away to get the issue addressed. The AC was perfect afterwards. The unit was as described. Clean, lots of linens, with nice amenities. The fixtures, shower, and details are all beautiful. Some of the kitchenware and beach amenities were not in great shape. Once again, we let him know and he made sure to send out fresh pots, pans, and look over the equipment. The complex is clean, easily accessible, and is so close to the beach that even my spouse could walk to it with her mobility issues. The pool was clean and sparkling. We had a great stay in Cocoa Beach thanks to Stuart's prompt responses and excellent hospitality. Thank you again for everything!

Thanks to Stuart's great info, the place was easy to find and easy to open. Listing looked exactly as described. The beds were freshly made and clean towels were provided. The amenities are great. Everything was clean. Only the pots were not quite clean, which was probably not due to Stuart but to the previous tenants. The pool was great and you could get to the beach very quickly. You just have to cross the street briefly. All in all a very nice place to stay. Highly recommend.

One of the best air bnb stays! The location was perfect, the house was extremely clean, and the hosts were very responsive! No issues at all, and we would come back in a heart beat!

The accommodations are just as advertised. We enjoyed this cute space. For those who are pickier-the only cons are the squeaky floor boards and thin walls (all to be expected with the age of the building). We unfortunately had neighbors who fought and had yelling kids. We will definitely consider this space on next visit. Hopefully we can come back when its warmer to use the pool and grill. looks nice! Thank you

Stuart was an excellent host! Answered all my random questions throughout my stay! The location was great - so close to the quiet beach - no noise issues with neighbors, great patio w bbq and pool and outdoor shower! we loved the space theme art so much - my 10-year-old chose the place bc of the cool murals. There was an EV charger which was a pleasant surprise! The feedback I would offer is that cotton sheets seem like a given to me and I almost went and bought some at Target bc the polyester sheets were awful - many people might not care but oof. The kitchen had a great selection of dried spices and all the stuff one would need to make a full dinner - we did not however, bc we didn’t want to use non-stick pans and plastic cooking utensils - again a personal preference. The photos definitely made it look bigger than it is, and the coffee table and couch need replacing ie: it has seen some use since the photos were taken, but overall we loved it and would definitely recommend Stuart!

It had a laid-back, beachy feel. I’d book again!

Love this spot! We are from Tampa and have never been to Cocoa Beach. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, and lovely pool was just perfect. Kid friendly. Space itself is beautifully decorated and high-quality.

We had a great stay, the beds were extremely comfortable, there was extra toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as kitchen appliances and tools. There was a fire-pit with extra chairs which was nice on the cooler nights. Everything was found clean in great condition. The pool was a bit chilly but not bad for December. Hot tub worked well, and was relaxing. Thank You for a great stay!

Our family had a great time at the beach house! Was a short distance to Cocoa Beach! We all had a great time and got a good night's rest before heading back to North Carolina. If we ever get back this way, we'll sure be looking to see if the beach house is available!

We had a wonderful month-long stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Ariel was an amazing host. The house was pristine. His pride of ownership was in each and every detail. He went above and beyond to make my kids feel special at check in with sweet surprises for each of them. The amenities in the kitchens and bathrooms were top notch. We forgot a few toiletries and it was so nice that he supplied above and beyond what we would have needed. The view! The picures do not even do it justice. Waking up to that waterfront view each morning to watch manatees and dolphins swimming by was amazing. My children love to fish and they caught countless fish from the dock. There is a bait shop just across the street which made it easy to access. We were there to visit family but spent a lot of time in the house because it was so homey and comfortable. My kids loved all the eclectic parts of the house layout like the loft and "secret" trap door room. We made many fun memories in Ariel's home and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting the area.

We had a great time! Adam was very communicative and easy to work with. The house has an awesome layout and everything we needed. The beach is a short walk and they had plenty of chairs and beach items at the ready. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and so did the kids! We would definitely stay again!

Staying at the Beach Haven was an awesome experience. The kitchen was well equipped with everything in great working condition. Our favorite places were the kitchen and dining area. Which housed all eight of us as we shared in prepared our meals. The great room upstairs was very accommodative and presented a beautiful room for taking pictures. The whole house was very beautiful. We plan to return in the future. 👍😊

This was a great place for our family to stay together. It was spacious, clean, and had lots to do to keep the kids entertained. Instructions were well laid out and easy to find, and the location made it easy to get everywhere we needed to be. Our host was responsive, and even let us check in a bit early.

Stayed 1 night to be closer to a holiday party and cannot think of even 1 thing negative to say. Having lived in Indian Harbor Beach/Satellite Beach for many years, I love coming back to this quiet, peaceful beach town every time and will absolutely try to stay here again. Great home, perfect pool, and very accommodating and responsive host.

Perfect location across the street from beach access and having showers right outside to rinse off was also very convenient! Restaurants are a very short drive away (or walkable if the weather is nice). The walls aren’t very soundproof unfortunately, but there is a noise curfew at 10 pm which the host was happy to assist with if it became an issue.

When I contacted JJ, he made himself available and communicated proactively with me. The apartment itself was AMAZING! Everything was brand new, and it had a beautiful, modern vibe. It was exactly like the pictures, very clean, and it was a very peaceful location. As an added bonus, my family and I clearly watched a rocket launch, which was so exciting. We were only there for the weekend, but JJ made it relaxing. Thank you for an exceptional stay, JJ. We’ll definitely be back.
