Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Melbourne

The accommodations were absolutely incredible. A lot of restaurants were within walking distance. I would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone.

The building at 400 South and Stuart’s place specifically is in a great location, clean and well kept. 10 minute walk to shops, bars, coffee shops, restaurants in Downtown Cocoa Beach. Pool is heated and clean, plenty of pool chairs and loungers. Property is right across the street from public beach access. Kitchen is well stocked and Stuart even had microwave popcorn and snacks there when I checked in. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet even with several other guests in the building. Parking is provided right out front of the units. This was my second trip to 400 South, it’s a great place. Highly recommend!

I booked Maria’s place for my daughter and I while she attended a softball tournament. I knew that we would be in and out every day, would be leaving early and coming in late, and I would need to do sports laundry while I was there. This place was a great way to make sure my kid had a good breakfast made before we left, a good dinner before she went to bed, and have clean uniforms to play in. Maria was so nice when I told her that we ran into issues on our way, and stayed up to make sure we got in safe. Maria also checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and knew to reach out if we did need anything. I would definitely recommend this place, and stay here again! We had a family gathering for a long weekend and this unit was perfect. Great price and only about a 10 minute drive to all the beach areas and great restaurants. The pool area is beautiful. The unit was very clean upon arriving, and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as laundry detergent. The kitchen was very well stocked although we didn’t use much because we were out a lot. There is also a free coffee/cappuccino machine in the main area by the pool which is great. Nice workout room as well. Amelia was a great host and I would highly recommend this unit. Would like to rent again next time I am in Cocoa, FL

The accommodations are just as advertised. We enjoyed this cute space. For those who are pickier-the only cons are the squeaky floor boards and thin walls (all to be expected with the age of the building). We unfortunately had neighbors who fought and had yelling kids. We will definitely consider this space on next visit. Hopefully we can come back when its warmer to use the pool and grill. looks nice! Thank you

Review for Beachfront Bliss Airbnb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb near the beach, and I loved it! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the cozy bed and blackout curtains. The vibe of the place was perfect. It had a laid-back, beachy feel. I’d book again!

We loved our time in Cocoa Beach. With mobility issues Stuart’s place worked perfect for us. Access is possible without steps. Clean, neat, and just as pictured. The couch was a little uncomfortable, although most people don’t spend much time sitting. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Stuart, Charlie and Jeanette.

The place was amazing, great location, well appointed home. The place actually exceeded our expectations. Jes provided us with information just before we needed it. The home was very clean, homey and seemed to anticipate any need we might have. We have already recommended it to our family.

Peacock Bungalow is a comfortable, cozy home with a very artsy feel. The thoughtfulness of so many nice touches in every room made me feel right at home -with lovely colorful walls, so many useful amenities, and comfortable bed and linens. Darcy was a great host! I will definitely enjoy another stay again.

Staying at the Beach Haven was an awesome experience. The kitchen was well equipped with everything in great working condition. Our favorite places were the kitchen and dining area. Which housed all eight of us as we shared in prepared our meals. The great room upstairs was very accommodative and presented a beautiful room for taking pictures. The whole house was very beautiful. We plan to return in the future. 👍😊

Absolutely loved this home. Stephanie had anything and everything you could think of. It’s perfect for large families. I booked this for my company trip and brought all of my employees and we had plenty of room. Will definitely be saving this for future stays. Stephanie gave lots of recommendations on places to eat that are near by and they were perfect. We really liked coconuts by the beach. Sooo good! She answered every question I had and even reached out prior to the stay. The home was spotless!! We had everything we needed and have zero complaints.

We were very impressed with the home provided by Paul. The home was very clean The pool was a pleasure to swim in and it being heated was appreciated.. The home is situated in a quiet neighbourhood near beaches and local ammentities. We would highly recommend this house for a family.vacation!

A perfect and hassle-free stay after visiting KSC! The listing was easy to find and access. JJ’s place was beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and absolutely spotless. Overall, an excellent value, wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved River Fly-In Condos! It is close to all the Space Coast destinations. We had two-day passes to Kennedy Space Center and the location was perfect. It is also close to downtown Cocoa which is full of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and spacious and had everything you could want to set up a temporary home for vacation. JJ was also very responsive when we had a slight issue with our door lock. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my husband+baby and 2 sisters and we had a luxurious experience living here for the week. The entire condo was so clean - absolutely spotless and shined. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots/pans and coffee maker. The sound proofing is pretty good, my sisters rarely heard baby cry overnight. I would come again for my next visit.

Can’t wait to go back we had a blast beautiful views. The condo look like the pictures but even better in person! Watched the sunrise and sunset from both balconies every morning/night. There’s two one in the living room and one in the master bedroom ! We even got to see a rocket launch from the living room balcony straight across it was so cool for the kids to see! The clubhouse was great as well has a gym, a sauna, a jacuzzi and pool it was empty our entire weekend so we had it to ourselves. There’s even a walkway through the land that like a trail to the playground on the other side bring water comfy shoes it’s a bit of a walk but fun adventure for the kids. So much to do and see out in that area and plenty of yummy restaurant. check out margarita island !

This place was amazing while we were in town for USSSA softball. Easy 20 min drive to the ballpark, 20 mins to the beach, 5 mins to a movie theater, 5 mins to all kinds of foods & shopping. The condo was HUGE, master bath is great with tub/shower & a walk in shower. Big TVs throughout the place. Nice large table for dining and games. Great view of water. But the highlight is rocket launches from your own balcony! 100% worth staying here.

My brother and I stayed at JJ’s Airbnb at River Fly-In Condos for a fishing trip, and it was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed our Holiday weekend at Stuart ‘s place. The beach access is across the road so easy to go back and forth a few times a day. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the extra bath and beach towels. The grill and the pool were so nice to have also.
