We booked this place for a place to stay before our cruise and it was perfect! The house is spotlessly clean and uncluttered, open and very nicely styled. My kids and I were able to chill-out! We loved the pool and great yard. The house is close to the village and filled with restaurants and shops. And we were 15 minutes from Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. I wish we had a few days booked after our cruise to come back. I would recommend the house for families or no-kid adventures, great fit either way. I should note that Anee was very responsive and helpful in all communications.

KC and her team took care of us as she always does. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The house had all the amenities that we need. We have used her team and home multiple times and will continue to do so.

Wonderful place to stay. We hoped to see the rocket launch but it didn't happen. We were a group of 7, grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. We only stayed one night but the screen room and pool was the family gathering area and enjoyed by all.

Our stay was fantastic! Everything was just as described and pictured. The pool area was great, very spacious for a large family. The house was very well stocked with any type of supplies you could possibly need from a beach wagon and chairs to garlic salt lol! If you think you forgot it, Tara probably has it there for you to borrow or use. We will definitely be returning to Tara’s properties in the future. I 100% recommend booking with Tara! Oh and the beach is dog friendly and has FREE parking. It’s within walking distance of the home as well. GREAT PLACE

Not too much to say. The place was as described and I was only there for 3 nights. No problems.

We had the BEST time at Morgan's place! My whole family had a blast, and we cherished every minute we spent there. Playing pickleball was such a thrill, and the pool was just perfect for cooling off after all the fun. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures—if not even better! It had everything we could possibly need and more. Morgan was super attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was fantastic!

Our two families equaling 9 people stayed here and it was absolutely lovely! Very modern decor with everything you need and more! 5 kids greatly enjoyed the toys and such in the garage, and they all had their own space to sleep. We had a great stay and would absolutely return!

Tim's place was perfect for our reunion. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of room for all of us. Thanks!

Tim's place was perfect for us! It was right across from the beach and 1 block away from our favorite Thai restaurant and surf shop (MTB). We also discovered Mel's tiki cafe - a very yummy breakfast spot. An added bonus was the hot tub. All in all it was a great stay!

As a group of 5, we really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The aesthetics of the space both indoor and outdoor were lovely and peaceful. The hot tub was clean and worked beautifully. The beach was a block and a half away and a safe walk through a residential neighborhood. Would highly, highly recommend for those wanting a more quiet, private get away.

Christine and her husband were so kind! I loved staying at their place and enjoyed our occasional interactions. They went above and beyond - I was sick during my stay, and Christine brought me some medicine and offered to get whatever I may need which was such a blessing. It was like staying with family! They have a sweet dog named Miles who was also very friendly, and he treated my little dog very well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the garden was lovely. I had a very restful stay here and would absolutely come again!

Place perfectly met our needs, it was clean and the pool was great. Beach was amazing and the easy access made our stay. Hosts had great comms and absolutely would return!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming house! The location is great as it is close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The backyard and pool was truly our own private retreat and we found it tough to leave to enjoy the beach. The host was awesome and made us feel right at home with a welcome sign and snack. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

David's place had plenty of space - and spaces - for our 2 families totaling 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). We especially liked the covered areas near the pool and the firepit area. The kids could disappear into the game room for hours on end. The beds were comfortable. The few questions we had were quickly answered by David and his team. The beach is about a 10 minute drive and there are restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay at David's place again and recommend it to anyone looking for a house with plenty of amenities.

My friends and I LOVED staying here for our spring break! Everything about it was perfect- 5 min walk from the beach, cutest house, budget friendly, and so many restaurants and shops around! The hosts were also so responsive and kind!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, modern, and most importantly comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location; 5 min walk to the Ocean, 3 min walk to the Indian River, and a quick drive to the main strip of Cocoa Beach. The extra beach items available for use was a great addition we took advantage of. The only thing missing was a bbq/grill and a nice place to sit outside at the house. However, this would not stop us from booking again.

I felt right at home as soon as I got there. My dog loved the fenced in back yard and I really enjoyed sitting on the back porch. It has a great view of the sky during sun set.

Anyalie's home was absolutely beautiful! The pool and backyard was resort quality! The home itself was very clean, welcoming and spacious! It was great for kids and adults! We thought Anyalie was a fantastic host! She was so professional, responsive and kind! This house and host will not disappoint!
