Our stay was fantastic! Everything was just as described and pictured. The pool area was great, very spacious for a large family. The house was very well stocked with any type of supplies you could possibly need from a beach wagon and chairs to garlic salt lol! If you think you forgot it, Tara probably has it there for you to borrow or use. We will definitely be returning to Tara’s properties in the future. I 100% recommend booking with Tara! Oh and the beach is dog friendly and has FREE parking. It’s within walking distance of the home as well. GREAT PLACE

From our first contact in July to our December check-in, our 3 night stay was perfect. Laura and Bob are true “Super Hosts.” The central location can’t be matched. We walked to the Oz Museum (don’t miss it) & found easy driving access to other local venues we researched in Cocoa, Cocoa Beach and the port (for watching ships depart.) A BP gas station is around the corner. The house is so private with the best beds ever & the most comprehensive guest manual we’ve ever seen. The amenities are top-notch and the house is squeaky clean. A grab bar in the shower would be helpful. If you are a beach goer, this is the place for you with everything you need down to the sand toys. It was too windy to really enjoy the private back patio but what a retreat in warmer weather! The neighborhood is very quiet; we never heard a dog bark. Sunny Delight II is a treasure! And remember to sign the Guest Book.

The place is so cute! Very quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach! The mature vegetation in the yard was beautiful and made for a very relaxing visit. Evan and Elizabeth were very kind and helpful hosts.

What a location! A three to eight minute walk from: a brewery, pizza, 2-3 other restaurants, a speakeasy, and a handful of benches down by an inlet off the Intracoastal where i walked to sit and drink coffee every morning (and saw a dolphin, woodpeckers, parrots, etc). Peaceful, no traffic around the house…. We loved it!

This Airbnb was perfect for my family and I. The rooms were bigger than expected and the yard was adorable. Michelle always responded within minutes and left clear and easy instructions! All of us agreed we would stay here again in the future 😊

The house, pool and property are all well maintained. Just a few blocks walk to a beach. It is the dog beach, which is great since the house is dog friendly. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was nice.

Nice place and exactly what we needed for our single night stay! It's really close to lots of restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood; we could hear the distant train at times. A person was staying in the rented carport but was friendly and we hardly ever saw him.

We stayed 3 nights here before leaving for a cruise. Everything was perfect for our family and the little playground next door was the icing on the cake. The only thing that bummed us out was the pool was wayyyyy too cold to even think about using the pool. I didn’t catch it wasn’t heated but Anee definitely listed it as non-heated. The weather was cold-ish when we were there and obviously out of owners control.

KC and her team took care of us as she always does. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The house had all the amenities that we need. We have used her team and home multiple times and will continue to do so.

We had a great stay at Ben&Lisa’s place! The house was very clean, nice decorated and well equipped. It had everything we needed and an amazing view at the backyard! We enjoyed our time sitting at the dock seeing sunrise and fishing. We also got a chance to see dolphins playing in the morning! Ben & Lisa were very responsive. We’ll definitely stay at their place when in this area!

Everything was great, but there was a pan filled with oil in the oven and the coffee pot was dirty and had an old coffee filter. Besides that no other complaints.

Went with a couple of friends and everyone loved it. There is plenty of stuff to do at the house but when we wanted to go out, it was only a short drive. Overall our stay was excellent and I recommend staying here if you are thinking about it.

Nice condo in a convenient location to the beach and local restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels/linens. Kitchen has all of the necessities. I really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Loved having a washer and dryer so we could pack lightly for our flight. I’d stay here again!

This was the most wonderful airbnb experience I have ever had. When they say that Yulia is a super host, they are not kidding. She is warm and welcoming and offers all necessary information in perfect detail shortly after booking. No detail is missing in her listing or her beautiful home, which is private, pristine, perfectly stocked, spacious and comfy cozy...you will feel just like you are home. Walking in you are greeted with a sweet welcome note and little gifts which we found to be so thoughtful and charming. Only a short walk to the beach, yet not a speck of sand in the house! The back yard is private, fun and perfect for families and pets. A great place to unwind after a day at the beach, shopping, restaurants, all are so close by! Yulia is super responsive and so kind and her home is a superstar amongst listings! If you are lucky enough to book with her, I am confident you will be totally delighted! Venture investments was very accommodating. We initially had booked the entire property l, however some of our group were unable to come and Venture investments worked with us to cancel part of the property so we only paid for what we needed. Very responsive to messages and offered lots of recommendations of things to do locally. Provided Lawn and beach chairs along with beach toys, boogie boards and coolers. Laundry facilities on property. Overall very impressed with our stay and would recommend!!!

Amazing Airbnb!!! This place made us feel like we were at home on arrival! Everything you could ask for and more! I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs and found something I wish I had. Not here. The beds were amazing. They each had a variety of pillows, the sheets were better than most hotels, the toiletries were provided. I could go on forever. Trish responded when I thought I had an issue and was so pleasant. Can’t rave enough about this place. Hope to return.

I loved how close this property was to the beach!

If we had brought our dogs I would have been disappointed that the backyard was not fenced in. A portion of the fence was on the ground. But, we did not have the dogs so not a problem this trip. The location is quiet and an easy walk to beach and restaurants. The unit is clean and well laid out.

Great Place to stay, especially if you cruising from Port Canaveral, 13 minute drive , Very Clean and modern, just like pictures, Great place to stay if you visit the Beach area as well

Cinderella’s Castle felt like home within the first 10 seconds of getting there. Extremely clean, meticulously planned out, and beautiful! We got to see dolphins in the morning while drinking coffee on the dock and watched a rocket launch at night. The house was the best part of the trip!
