Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Marquette

Cozy and very convenient house, walking distance to lots of great restaurants, pubs, downtown, waterfront. The house & furnishings are older but consistent with the neighborhood and clean. It felt like home. Kyra was very communicative, responsive, and helpful, even arranging a late checkout for someone with an evening flight. A great place to land for a few days in Marquette.

We were very pleased with our first stay. The house was very spacious, had well stocked kitchen which made meal preparation very easy. Bedrooms were good size. House was even decorated for Christmas with a real tree. Loved all the little touches in the home.

The hosts were responsive and it was a nice place, with all you needed on hand. The home is in a neighborhood and the only neighbors I saw were some college guys across the street. It is located just a short drive to campus and downtown which is convenient to go out and get food or it was a 20 minute drive to some pretty beaches on Lake Superior. Overall I had a nice stay for the week while working in the area.

Beautiful house with lots of space. The master bedroom is simply amazing. The shower is fabulous. Has everything you need to live other than food. I will be back for another stay!

It was very easy to check in and out. Sally was very nice & she lives next door in case of any emergencies. Close walk distance to get to the restaurants, park & bay beach (nice spot to enjoy the sunrise & fish) which we loved the most. A very quiet, clean, safe & peaceful town. Overall a great place for family time. Thank you so much Sally for sharing your house with us.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at Dennis's, and it never disappoints. It's always extremely clean and well stocked. Dennis is a kind, helpful, and conscientious host. The peaceful atmosphere and walkable neighborhood are lovely, but you're still only a few minutes drive from anything you could possibly need. We love it there and will return soon! Very beautiful and spacious house, had the right amount of amenities and everything was pretty much accurate from the listing, the house does have some wear and tear issues which is to be somewhat expected (a rip in the seat cushion on the couch), everything worked great during our stay and any issues that arose she was quick to get it figured out. overall very satisfied with our stay. looking forward to staying again in the future

A wonderful place for a large group and we added on extra space to accommodate the whole group. Big kitchen for everyone to chill and snack. Plenty of room for everyone to chill after a big day out. We would come back again!

Deborah’s retro dream was my absolute paradise. The photos do not do this gem justice. As soon as I opened the door I felt right at home. Close to the main strip of shops, bars/pubs, eatery’s and restaurants in Marquette, as well as access to the lake, outdoor walking/cycling paths within minutes. Local organic grocery/supermarket “Co-op” a 15-20minute walk - Gluten and Dairy free options! The residence itself was thought out, including everything one could need. I appreciated little details such as herbs/spices, utensils of all sorts, and filtered water. Deborah was a stellar host who was always on call and responded promptly. She went above and beyond for my personal needs, ensuring my stay was a memorable and comfortable one. Her kindness, understanding and generosity is one of a kind. Appreciate all you have done. Hope to visit in the near future!

Although we didn’t get to meet Sue during our time, she was always responsive to messages! The space was clean and had everything we needed! The location was perfect: the weather was fantastic and we were able to walk all the way downtown and back. We would definitely come back to stay again!

Pam was the most wonderful host. She has carefully thought of every little detail you might be in need of while you are away. The place was spotless and cosy, with the most heavenly bed. Pam was easy to communication with, obliging, and responded promptly with any queries or needs. Jake the happy go lucky pup was also a beautiful, well behaved and comforting furry addition. This place is beautiful. The beach was great. We really loved the sauna. We had campfires every night. I would recommend this place for a peaceful relaxing weekend. Can’t wait to come back again.

I’ve had my eye on this BnB for years and finally had an excuse and big enough group to book it! This space was everything I expected and more! The kitchen was beautiful and spacious! The living room was comfy and the big enough for everyone to unwind at the end of the night. Each room had so much character and charm. I could go on and on! This space did not disappoint!!!! Plus, the location was walking distance to so many wonderful shops and restaurants! I highly recommend!

The best Airbnb stay I've had in ages. I've been using the platform for 9 years and this is easily one of my top stays ever. The place is more beautiful than the pictures show. I stayed with my husband and a friend for a birthday weekend and this was the perfect cozy spot for morning coffee with a view, warming up after a hike, making a great dinner, walking to get drinks, and relaxing. It has everything honestly. Beautiful views. A well appointed kitchen. Walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. Immaculately clean. Thoughtful and personalized touches. Comfy beds. Loads of space and natural light. A friendly and quick to reply host. We're already planning our return!

Peaceful cozy cottage. Nice place to relax and wind down after riding the trails. I love how you have transformed from what was there. We especially enjoyed the outdoor bar and firepit. We will be back to stay or make a rest stop next time we are in the area.
