Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Marquette

Jessie's place was roomy and welcoming. It has a relaxing UP vibe. 2 full baths is a bonus. Lots of wide open space in the neighborhood being across from the golf course. Close enough to downtown Munising without being right in town. We would stay here again for sure.

My husband and I took 4 teen boys to Marquette for a week and stayed at Kyra’s place. It was perfect! Everyone had enough personal space and we could comfortably watch tv/eat meals/play games all together. The location is fabulous … easily walked to so many things. Would stay here again in a minute!

We were very pleased with our first stay. The house was very spacious, had well stocked kitchen which made meal preparation very easy. Bedrooms were good size. House was even decorated for Christmas with a real tree. Loved all the little touches in the home.

Lovely stay in a comfortable home. Squeaky clean, very responsive host. Charming architecture, woodwork and some lovely furnishings, which gave it loads of character. Tastefully decorated. Well-supplied kitchen - be sure to check the coat closet at side door for more cooking essentials (griddle and large pot). Easy door access and lovely front porch/furniture. Plenty of parking, close to everything g in Marquette. Comfortable beds and loved the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Quiet neighbors, safe area. One thing to note: our small shih tzu could fit through the slats in the large fenced-in yard, so needed supervision while outside. Absolutely beautiful. We celebrated our 5 year anniversary and wanted to rest and relax. Boy did we do just that. The tub is massive, we had the best sleep, and the light feature in the bathroom is cool. Only issue we experienced during our stay was the water pressure in the shower. Winter wonderland was in full effect while we were there.

It was very easy to check in and out. Sally was very nice & she lives next door in case of any emergencies. Close walk distance to get to the restaurants, park & bay beach (nice spot to enjoy the sunrise & fish) which we loved the most. A very quiet, clean, safe & peaceful town. Overall a great place for family time. Thank you so much Sally for sharing your house with us.

We really loved the location and the private fenced in yard, it was great for our pet. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable and close to everything. Amy was very proactive prior to our arrival and getting in and out was super easy. We also loved the plants and the pottery, very nice. Thank you again Amy for allowing us to stay in your home.

Very clean and nice place. Very happy with the stay and looked just like it did in pictures. Free of clutter and all the things you need. Great communication and would definitely stay again.

We added this apartment onto our main house rental for our college age son. It was a perfect situation for him to have his own space but also join the family anytime! We loved this idea and option of adding on another private space.

The apartment is minimalist, but has all the essentials. I love the live plants in the apartment and a particularly appreciate the high quality water filter. The location is wonderful-walkable to downtown, to restaurants in a great coffee shop right across the street.

We loved the location and the ability to walk to nice restaurants, coffee shops, and the library. Many nice walking trails are nearby. We also enjoyed seeing the sunrise over Lake Superior each morning. What a lovely community! Debora was helpful and the apartment was great. Our stay was wonderful.

Sue’s place was sooo cozy for a winter visit! She had everything we needed and the beds were a dream ! My son reported to the USCG station and was able to look sharp with the mirrors and iron.. We will definitely be back to Sue!

Pam was the most wonderful host. She has carefully thought of every little detail you might be in need of while you are away. The place was spotless and cosy, with the most heavenly bed. Pam was easy to communication with, obliging, and responded promptly with any queries or needs. Jake the happy go lucky pup was also a beautiful, well behaved and comforting furry addition. Lois was a great host and very responsive, helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and cozy. perfect for just a few people. Highly recommend!

This place is beautiful. The beach was great. We really loved the sauna. We had campfires every night. I would recommend this place for a peaceful relaxing weekend. Can’t wait to come back again.

We stayed at Amy’s place for the Noquemanon ski race weekend - which ended up getting cancelled, but we decided to make the trip and enjoy the area. Amy’s apartment was roomy, loved that it had 3 separate bedrooms and a living space with a beautiful, large window facing the downtown area. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and bars and only a 15 minute drive from the Forestville ski area trailhead. The apartment was very homey and had old charm, it was loved by our whole group and we’d definitely return again!

My husband and I stayed at Watermarq1 for two nights. Check-in and communication with Brooke was very easy and there were no issues. The condo was absolutely perfect--the layout, cleanliness, location and all of the amenities were top-notch. Anything that one may need on a trip away from home was provided; we made breakfast and lunch there each day and had everything we needed. The tub in the master bath was a nice addition, as was the electric fireplace, easy-to-work television, electric shades and heated floors. Overall, Brooke's Airbnb was one of the nicest places we've stayed at and we would love to go back again sometime!

Enjoyed our stay at Bonnie's! Appreciated the extra goodies ( Swedish Bakery treats and chips) . Nicely decorated and cozy. Would highly recommend! Felt right at home.

I’ve had my eye on this BnB for years and finally had an excuse and big enough group to book it! This space was everything I expected and more! The kitchen was beautiful and spacious! The living room was comfy and the big enough for everyone to unwind at the end of the night. Each room had so much character and charm. I could go on and on! This space did not disappoint!!!! Plus, the location was walking distance to so many wonderful shops and restaurants! I highly recommend!

Great location with a view of the Ore Dock and harbor. Close to restaurants & breweries. The place itself was clean, quiet & comfortable

Julie's place was so comfortable and cozy. Sunrise on the beach shining through the windows in the morning was awesome. Julie was very responsive and helpful. It was a great spot to stop and relax on our travels.

Beautiful place for a great price! If you're in Iron Mountain it's worth the stay.
