We had a lovely second stay in the woods. We even got some beautiful snow!

This cabin is absolutely cute and cozy. The fireplace was perfect and there was plenty of firewood on site to purchase. A nice getaway for me and my dogs!!

So grateful to stay at the Green Apple Lodge! We had a lovely stay. The location was private, very peaceful and quiet. The cabin was roomy and cozy with all the amenities, and perfect for a long weekend. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long hike. Patty was a friendly and responsive host that did a great job with clear directions and instructions for the cabin. We would definitely stay again!

An absolutely beautiful cabin perfect for a weekend getaway! Nestled perfectly in the woods and just steps from the lake, it had everything we needed for countless adventures, as well as plenty of comfort and charm to encourage staying warm and cozy when home for the night. We especially loved being able to bring our dog with us for our adventure! We will be back here for sure!

Fabulous place to stay in Door County! Everything we wanted to go to was within about 15 minutes but the cabin is located in a quiet area that feels peaceful. King bed was comfy. Impressed by how stocked the kitchen was with utensils. Would happily stay again.

What a wonderful cabin in a great area of Door County. Check-in was easy, very clear instructions for the fireplace which was great as we stayed in March. Nick & Michelle responded quickly when I had a few questions. My daughter loved the loft and there were plenty of games to entertain us on snowy days. Just a very quiet, peaceful retreat. Also, very easy access to great restaurants in Ellison Bay and Sister Bay. Would love to visit again to see the colors in autumn.

Robert's place is so cozy and lacks nothing in "creature comforts." We love escaping from "people" after a day of visiting hot spots in Door County and Robert's cottage provides just that respite. He communicates extremely well, beginning with the document he has prepared for visitors that tells all that is needed for your stay as well as other suggestions of things to do; continuing with what is needed for check-in; and in response during your stay, if needed. I cannot recommend this cabin and Robert highly enough.

We loved staying at Gregg's cabin! It was beautiful, cozy, very clean and comfortable. We liked the pellet burning wood stove~ kept the living room warm + toasty as the weather was kind of nasty (rain, freezing rain, then an ice storm) We appreciated begin able to stay in such an awesome cabin as we weren't able to do as much hiking as we hoped. Had a nice time+ great coffee at Kick Ash coffeehouse. Enjoyed reading about the history of the cabin! felt the price was reasonable. Great communication with hosts. Would like to return when the weather is nicer + do some hiking @ Newport State park. ty for everything!

Maple Magic was a wonderful place to stay for my group of 5 adults. The kitchen was fully, I mean, fully equipped. There were real sheets on the beds! So many places use microfiber now and I am not a fan. It was definitely an elevated experience. Michelle was very clear in her communications and helpful. Sturgeon Bay is a great jumping off point for all that Door County has to offer. Enjoy!

Kate had a wonderful home! This was the perfect location for a long weekend getaway. From the beautiful views out the bedroom and living room windows, to the fireplace to enjoy a cup of coffee by as well as the relaxing hot tub! This home was exactly what we needed! If you’re looking for a quiet weekend with your other half or a space for a family get-together…this is it!

From the wife : My husband and I stayed here for three nights in Oct 2024, with goals of enjoying the fall foliage and waking up to the sound of lapping waves. Mission accomplished, but with SO MUCH MORE, thanks to this wonderful property. The photos do not do the place justice, in my opinion. The views can’t be beat, and I’ve never experienced a more silent place than on that dock-end, in the middle of the night. I think all the other cabins were occupied, but we only encountered people one time during our visit. Everything was intuitively located for the comfort of the guest (right down to the lighter, kindling and plenty of covered, dry wood at the fire pit). The bed and bedding were very comfortable, the entire place was very clean. We really enjoyed both the fireplace inside and the firepit on the beach. Raised by a true craftsman I really enjoyed the meticulous, thoughtful details in this cutie. I came downstairs and said, “you know, I think they milled all this

We had a great sister-cousin weekend in Door County. We enjoyed having a place to catch up on each other’s lives. The location was close to restaurants and shops. It was a plus to have 2 full bathrooms for the 6 of us to get ready. Overall, a great place to stay for a group.

The cozy nest was a fabulous place to stay. The space was clean with delightful decorations. The master bath was excellent with lovely tiles and beautiful shower. The little touches helped make us feel at home!

one of the best host and home away from home. Super clean, equipped with all the necessary items, patio, garden, play area, games, books, TV etc. etc. you have everything in this place. Alison was very helpful and responded with 5-10 mins. I loved her house and already recommended it my friends.

This was a great stay! The house is so cute and includes many updates. It is close to many restaurants and shopping in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this house to others and won’t hesitate booking again for future travels to Door County.

Bonnie was a great host and easy to get in contact with. We enjoyed the coziness of her home. Very close to town, lots to do & see. Very quiet and safe neighborhood as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly unique property that I can't stop thinking about. The house boasts an incredible glass roof that allows for unobstructed views of the sky, stars, and the surrounding landscape. The house is perfectly positioned to make the most of its surroundings. On clear nights, lying in bed and looking up at the stars was simply magical. What sets this house apart is how it seamlessly blends with nature. It's an oasis of peace, ideal for anyone seeking a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Highly recommend this house for anyone who appreciates beauty, design, and nature. Kimberly was such an accommodating host, you’ll feel welcomed and well taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location and a charming little cottage- perfect little getaway we needed!

Had a great time at the home. Easy and clear communication, well taken care of, exactly as expected and pictured. We had 3 couples and a couple of kids and it fit perfectly with room to spare. We were there in the winter and found fun things to do there including having a wood stove fired Sauna delivered for a day to the driveway which made for great cold plunge action. Highly recommend.

A beautiful cabin right on Lake Michigan near Rowley's Bay. The place was clean, cozy, and just as advertised.

We loved this cabin! It was a minute walk from a little inland lake with a dock and it was amazing having a fire pit to use as well as canoes and kayaks! The cabin was warm and cozy. Would definitely come back.

Could not have been more impressed with this place and location. Amazing communication through the host and was great about responding to any questions that we may have had. The place was clean, organized and had everything we needed for our stay. Could not stop raving about the location; the beautiful scenery and the home itself. This was the best venue I have ever stayed in while on vacation. Cannot wait to go back!

Brianne's lake house was fantastic! So peaceful, serene, and cozy. Great location. We went to Door County for a fall ladies' weekend and our favorite part was just relaxing in and around the house. Pure hygge! The kitchen was well equipped to easily make meals there and extra linens/pillows were available for everyone to sleep comfortably. I'd highly recommend and would love to return!

Great place! Needs a good cleaning in all window seals and sliding door casing/track. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable/hard, especially the blue futon. Really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, especially on the cool & rainy afternoons. Sunrise and the water views were spectacular! Great idea to have an adventure cottage; however, some of the equipment is in rough shape.
