Casa is great and in a very good area to disconnect and take mountain routes. I really liked it for sure that we will repeat.

We had a fantastic week, we didn't lack anything in the house, very close to Villajoyosa and the village of Orxeta itself. Very quiet area and comfortable house with very comfortable beds, the truth is as if you were at home. The pool plays a lot and you are luxurious on the porch. you would miss a repasito outside and a fenced to the entire estate for everything else great, to return

A great quiet place not far away from the locl restaurants. You'll need a flashlight or cellphone light for the walk to the beach area

We had a great stay at Elena’s house it was exactly as described, very close to some very good restaurants and about ten minutes walk to the beach, the complex is very quiet and beautiful the pools were amazing we will definitely be back. Thank you

We stayed with friends (10) 8 days at Danny's and everything went very well. The house is extremely well located by the water, 2 steps from an excellent restaurant "la paillote", a very nice house for holidays. The outside remains to be improved, especially to have shade areas ( the work starts in September) but very sincerely we had a great holiday. Each room has its own bathroom, upstairs kitchen, kitchen on the ground floor, everything is very convenient even if we spent all our time outside, comfort and interior design were at the Rendezvous. Danny was very nice, very responsive and attentive, we recommend this house and its simply magical sea view. Thanks Danny.

We went for a weekend with friends. A perfect place to stay for anyone looking for tranquility in nature. No neighbors and with spectacular views. Paul was very attentive to us, he answered us instantly on the phone. We would repeat!

The apartment is great, just as described in the photos. Spacious for 10 people as we were in our case. Everything is very well cared for and there is nothing missing in terms of kitchen utensils, sheets, towels... The treatment by the hosts was very good, they always answered our doubts quickly. We would definitely repeat.

I went with my partner, the stay was amazing. Beautiful views, quite spacious apartment and very peaceful. We felt right at home, very cozy everything. From Paola, everything is great, responds very quickly, gives clear instructions and very useful and remarkable information. Totally right.

Very friendly reception by Dorian. Show us the listing proudly. We were always able to reach her with questions. There was a spontaneous leakage in the almost new kitchen, the kitchen cabinet was full of water. The faucet 😃was replaced within an hour(!). Very neat accommodation, cared for and clean. Not to mention also very fully equipped with everything you could need. Right on the coast so awaken with the sunrise. Recommended!

I want to thank Juan José because he is a very nice man. He made everything easy for us, and it really is a pleasure to meet such a kind person. The apartment was super clean and is bigger than what you see in the photos. The pool is very large and the jacuzzi is very comfortable. My kids really enjoyed it. We'll be back for sure!

Great space to stay. Myriam and Nicolas were attentive hosts, who clearly love this space. The property letting was managed by René who was equally great at communicating across the whole period of staying and before hand.

We have been on vacation with the family and the house is phenomenal; it has two incredible terraces with good views. Best of all, Antonio's treatment, he was very attentive to us and sent us a lot of recommendations of places to visit and leisure. A place we would definitely go again.

Ms. Klaudia is a wonderful person, and we really regret that we weren't able to fully communicate in Spanish. Her apartment was beautiful, and the room we received was very clean. It was clear that Ms. Klaudia takes great care of the interior. Our stay there was amazing, and we will remember it for a very long time.

Javier is an excellent host - welcoming, accommodating, and professional. I was late for my arrival due to train cancellations and Javier couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. The house is in a beautiful location and was perfect for our long family stay. Highly recommended.

Super recommended place to stay, perfect for a few days relaxing. The house is fantastic. Highlighting the heating that makes you at an ideal temperature despite the cold outside. Also the owners are very nice and pleasant. It was a great experience.

The house and facilities couldn't be more perfect, it had everything you need for us and the kids. The rooms are very comfortable. Full bathrooms, with soap, towels, toilet paper, all left in detail. The pool and barbecue, along with the chill out area was wonderful, children and adults enjoyed everything to the fullest, the only thing I would add is a fridge in the pool area, to have more capacity and to have more comfort to be enjoying the pool. I would add a dishwasher to the kitchen for your convenience. And the hosts have been super friendly and close, being available for any questions or needs. We will definitely be back!!!!! Well-equipped house, with everything you need to spend a quiet, comfortable, pleasant, refreshing stay... both with family and friends as a group, as was the case. Very attentive and super flexible owners both at check-in and check-out. A spectacular terrace and space to enjoy barbecues or paellas and the pool, simple but enough to enjoy several people and cool off. We would definitely repeat. Upon arrival, there were 2 crates of man lines and oranges waiting for us together with the friendly host. We had a nice holiday in this nice cottage a stone's throw away from the sea. Valencia is a 45-minute drive away and we were there regularly. It was also nice that our dogs were welcome and the garden was enclosed.
