Vacation rentals with a balcony in Marina Alta

We had a fantastic time staying at Sonia’s apartment. It is a bright spacious well-appointed place with everything that you need available. It has an incredible view of the beach and sea, and it is absolutely worth getting up early to watch the amazing sunrises. It is within easy walking distance into the historic district and main town by strolling along the esplanade like a local. There is a small supermarket and bakery almost next door. Sonia is a very friendly and responsive host; she sent us lots of links to recommended restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as suggestions about places to visit etc. There are two tram stops close to the apartment that make it easy to travel up and down the coast to other great beaches and towns; we loved San Juan and El Campello. We loved it so much that we are hoping to return to the apartment soon. Apartment and host are highly recommended!

We stayed in Peter's very nice and modern house over Christmas. The house was very suitable for us as a family, as especially the large kitchen and also the large living room offer a lot of space for all family members. Also noteworthy is the sensational kitchen equipment. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the building technology/heating in the winter time, but Peter was accessible at all times and tried very hard to fix all problems immediately. Even on 12/24, he delivered a new dishwasher. Price-performance is still ok. Certainly the prices are higher over the holidays, but you also have to be aware that the house is not a detached house with a large garden, but a townhouse, and there are only smaller, tiled terraces in the outdoor area. The proximity to the beach (by car a few minutes), supermarkets, Alicante and the airport were outstanding. We would book this house again at any time for a family occasion.

Great location to access beaches , bars, restaurants and everything Javea has to offer. Very nice shared pool and surroundings. Facilities in the house were all we needed.

Great stay at this apartment conveniently located in Benidorm, steps from the beach and with a great swimming pool. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea!

Fantastic house located on a really quiet street. We didn't hear any noise at night and there was a very comfortable bed. The house was very clean and there was lovely bedding and towels and we had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The host gave us clear check in instructions and communicated in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend this property.
