Peaceful location. Bars, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Local bus service for Torrevieja and Habeneros close by. Use of bikes with easy access cycle paths is excellent. Very well equipped accommodation, would recommend.

The location is something else. Right in the middle of the greenest part of the entire area, with great views. The house is cute and convenient. But above all, Martin is a wonderful host, always open to help, pro-active and willing to give advice with regards to what to do in the area Recommend 10/10

I stayed for a month in this really cozy and super clean apartment. It is equipped with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. It is located almost in the town center so everything you might need is on the next corner so to speak. La Mata is a small town but it has much to offer, beautiful nature and beach, relaxed atmosphere, nice restaurants and cafés, pescadería, carnecería, frutería, some panederías etc. Daniel was a great host, attentive and easy to communicate with and he even arranged a lift for me from Alicante. I highly recommend this place. Five stars.

We got a very friendly welcome when we arrived. The garden with the pool was huge, comfortable and in a great shape. When we entered the house we were overwhelmed from the big living room and the beautiful kitchen. The beds were comfortable. All the beds have covers and at night we had great rests. In the evening we enjoyed the terrace with the beautiful view to the mountain. The supermarkets are close to the house and few minutes further you enter the city with pubs, bars and restaurants. The two beaches from Calpe are close, too and beautiful to relax. We are very thankful for this great stay and the wonderful vacation.

Very pleasant experience, the apartment was clean, very cared for and tidy, with everything we needed near us, the amazing rooms with large TV and everything equipped to enjoy what you need, very quiet and beautiful community pool, the house in general is very comfortable and comfortable, a home for anyone who stays there, in terms of Cristophe very attentive to everything, very flexible, friendly and polite, we will come back!

Really enjoyed the stay in Maria Appartment. Great views from her balcony, close old town and local train stations. Maria was readily available when had a logistically prob near the end. Maria thanks for that. If you are going to Altea you won’t get much better than this.

I've always come to torrevieja from as young as I can remember. This was my first time staying in a Airbnb and it was definitely the best experience I've had since being a Airbnb customer. It was in a great location the place felt like home. Plus side is the swimming pool.. very hard to find one that is open most of the year. the amenities were brillant too, could cook a lovely meal instead of going our. Bar Carlos is just round the corner again which I've been going to since I was a young kid. thank you so much will deffo recommend and stay again!!

Very quiet area and comfortable house with very comfortable beds, the truth is as if you were at home. Very friendly reception by Dorian. Show us the listing proudly. We were always able to reach her with questions. There was a spontaneous leakage in the almost new kitchen, the kitchen cabinet was full of water. The faucet 😃was replaced within an hour(!). Very neat accommodation, cared for and clean. Not to mention also very fully equipped with everything you could need. Right on the coast so awaken with the sunrise. Recommended!
